I chose this place since it was in my insurance s network. I wasn t sure at first since it didn t have top ratings. I previously took my cars to Kniesel s but I wish I had known about this place sooner because I would have come here every time instead. My car had damage on and around the right front quarter panel from an accident and the whole right side looks amazing!!! My car now has a good side for photos. I am so satisfied with the work done to my car. My representative was Zach who didn t seem to be much of a people person over the phone or in person. Alex checked me out and he was very kind and more open to interaction. There was constant interaction via phone from the moment I scheduled an estimate. Contact to confirm any drop off and or pick up dates and times. They also use a system called CarWise so you can stay updated with costs and know where in the process your car is regarding service. The front lady is very friendly and accommodating.They work with the Enterprise located on Broadway to switching to or front a rental is seamless. I was able to drop my car off at Duane s, pick up the rental from there, drop the rental back off at Duane s and get my car back. Such an easy process for what can be a stressful event.Not only was the outside shining, the inside had been cleaned also which I appreciate because I didn t have time to do so before I dropped it off! I frequent the car wash multiple times a week and clean inside and out of my car, so for them to do that upon return was a great surprise! I m sad to know I can t go through the car wash for 30 days while my car heals but it s worth it considering the past work I ve gotten done elsewhere! Super grateful for their time, patience, and great work! I would recommend Duane s if you don t know where to get your car repaired!

Clay and the entire staff was amazing when I took my car in to get fixed. Clay performed a thorough estimate and explained everything to me in detail. Clay is extremely professional and his customer service was incredible. The repairs to my car turned out great and the turn around time was less than a week. The system they have to view updates on your car was so easy to use and allowed me to follow along with the progress. The entire staff at Duane's was also incredible. Everyone was so accommodating and thorough. The shop itself is clean and welcoming. The front desk attendant was also very kind and professional. They earned a customer for life with this experience and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their car fixed!

Professional and very kind. I went through the other party's insurance, but Duane's still made sure that I was kept up to date on repairs and adjustments to the estimate. They coordinated with enterprise for getting my rental and were even finish ahead of schedule!Full disclosure, my car was a mess, lots of long hours of travel with a child every weekend... it was a mess and the guys detailed the interior. Embarrassed but greatful. Definitely would recommend Duane's for any body work.Thank you!!

Talk about service with a smile We had our company truck fixed by Duane s auto body team back in 2019 and over the years we had paint issue with the truck. Went to see the guys there and Hector took good care of us from the time we walked in all the way to driving out. They went above the repairs needed to be done. Fixed a dent that was not their doing and completely repainted what was painted before. To Hector and Duane s auto body team, my hat goes off to you for standing behind your work and outstanding attention to detail. Highly recommended to anybody needing repairs done right.

The staff here was great. Had to come in after an accident and they helped not only with the repair, but with the car rental, and worked with my insurance to make sure everything was done properly. Kept me informed the whole time and got the car done two days earlier than expected. All of that and they did excellent work leaving my car looking better than it has since I drove off the dealer lot.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had two cars that needed body work on the same day (accident for car # 1, water damage for car #2). They helped us work through the complicated dynamics involved when all your family's transportation goes askew.The woman who worked up front was so hard working and got so much done. Hector helped us diagnose and fix problems with our subaru that occurred while it was at the shop at no cost to us (rear air suspension kit stopped working so back door would not stay open without manual assistance).We were so happy with our experience during a really stressful time and would happily recommend them to family or friends. Thank you all so much!

Hello! After speaking to personnel at DPB, overall satisfaction with amenities and customer service is 10. I was 100% happy with all the services from the moment I drop off my car to the moment that it was ready for pickup.They keep up to date with the process via te t and phone calls, great customer service and detailed information about the process.Thank you all at DPB for providing excellent work and amazing customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've had to take my vehicle in 3 different times, and the staff are great. Their body work on my vehicle has been impeccable. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

If I can give them more stars I would. This is my first time writing a review but they deserve it. I m not sure why I see a few 1 star reviews. Their service is top notch and super responsive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this really sweet lady in the front and she kept me company whilst waiting. Every time I had a question joe had an answer. They took care of me and my vehicle really well. The whole staff was super friendly and positive whilst they kept my car. Joe did a great job keeping in touch with me and they are very professional. It also seems like they got a really positive and fun work environment which I really like. Overall a phenomenal place and I highly recommend due to their great quality. Give that man joe, the technicians and the lady in the front a raise x2!Service: Body & Trim

Okay ppl, this shop is extremely good at what they do. Customers leave satisfied with the work done to their vehicles. The employees are very friendly, professional and respectful. They treat you like family and if you want your vehicle to get the best repair go check them out!

Duane's did an AMAZING job with my car. They returned it in beautiful condition even better than before I had the incident that needed fixing. I just moved to Sacramento so I didn't know where to take my car. My car got hit at school, but im glad that I took it to Duane's. I hope that I don't need to take my car there anytime soon, but if my luck gets pushed then I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend! They have great customer service too, so the entire process was handled very smoothly.

They really helped me with what I thought was going to be an expensive repair they honestly told me it was a simple fix, put my car on the lift and repaired my bumper free of charge! Next time I legitimately have something to address they'll have my business hands down! Appreciate their honesty and quick work!

This is the best body shop I have ever been to. They work with all insurance companies, offer water and coffee for customers. They have a text alert system that shows you the progress of your vehicle and current estimate costs. They call you to give you updates as well. You can have a rental car be delivered there, get a ride to a rental car company and drop off your rental car there. They are all very friendly and care about each customer. Will definitely pick them again if needed. Car looks brand new, better then it did before.

Duane's Body and Paint, Inc did a really great job repairing my car. They replaced the catalytic converter that had been stolen from my car. They have great communication and service skills at a reasonable price, they go an extra mile to provide the service you need and want. Professional and friendly staff members that are exceptionally great at doing their job.

Professional, communicative, expert work, amazing staff. I have only wonderful things to say about Duane's. They set up the rental and repaired my car quickly and beautifully. The manager Hector is amazing and the rest of the staff are too. Thank you Duane's, I'll be back, just hopefully not too soon .

A CSAA network shop. The sheet metal/plastic/paint job was done in 10 days. Looks new. Rental car picked up and returned at the shop.

Excellent customer service and quality work done on my Honda. Both my drivers side doors got badly damaged because someone backed their truck into my (parked) car. Everyone at this shop was very friendly and helpful. They wanted to make sure I was ok and didn't get injured in the accident. They were really nice about accommodating my schedule for drop off and pick up times and got it done in a timely manor. Everyone warned me that after something like this my car would never be the same and would always be a little "off", but that was not the case. They made my car like new and I couldn't be more grateful. Insurance covered everything but they still gave me a full invoice of everything they did and I would say it was priced fairly and the transparency was appreciated. They even cleaned my car for me. The facility is very clean and the work was done well, but the reason I am taking the time to write this review is our Service Advisor, Clay. He was awesome - totally professional and exceptionally service-centric. Both my wife and I had insured work done on our vehicles and he handled everything flawlessly and kept us appropriately in the loop. My wife had a so-so encounter with a different Service Advisor at first, but once Clay stepped in, it was totally smooth sailing for her and, in my subsequent visit, for me.

Highly recommended to have your car repaired at Duane's. My sister had her car repaired there and was very satisfied with their work. Unfortunately I was hit from behind today and now I'm going to have my car repair there. I'll let you know how it comes out.

A + plus body shop from start to finish. From the customer service displayed from everyone at the establishment to the repairs made to my vehicle . Very professional and friendly . The repairs made were spot on . The rental car process was a breeze thru enterprise at the establishment. If you Need repairs done to your vehicle I highly recommend Duane's Body Shop .

I got rear ended and AAA recommended me this shop as it was closest to my home. I really didn t like the girls at the front desk. They didn t really welcome me or anything. I waited for a bit and finally got my car taken in. They didn t really explain much just we can take your car in . I guess it s good that they took it in. They seem reliable for the most part. Customer service can use more work.

Simply the best!Duane's Body and Paint was referred to me years ago by a friend. I've had the pleasure of using their services twice since then.A1 service: Friendly & professional staff, helpful advice on dealing with insurance claim and rental vehicle and my truck looks awesome like the accident never happened. Lifetime warranty on the work performed. Turn-around time was quick. Shop is super clean and just feels very classy.You won't be disappointed with Duane's at all. And again, I say this with after 2 top-notch experiences in which I drove away quite impressed. You don't need to be picky, they'll do it for you.Derek

Duane's Body & Paint is an exceptional and professional shop. The state of the art facility is very clean and well organized. All of the repairs were done as it was initially explained to me. My car looked like it was never rear ended. My car was completed a day earlier than promised! Thank you AJ and Duane's Body & Paint. I highly recommend this shop!

I was rear-ended a few months ago. I went to Duane's Body & Paint Inc. From the time of the estimate to repair these guys were top notch. They treated my WORK van as if it was a high end luxury car. AJ and Hector and staff definitely know there business and how to treat their customers. Highly recommended. Easily 5 stars. Thanks

First time dealing with an auto body shop and they were amazing when my insurance company gave me a list of places they work with I called threw and no one would give me answers or really explain the process. Duanes was the last shop on my list because it was the furthest from me I talked to Clay for 18 minutes he made me feel so comfortable with picking this shop to work on my car. They knew that I would be paying for a rental out of pocket and they made sure to do the work super fast and kept me in the loop about what was going on! Clay and the team at Duane s is amazing my car looks fantastic better then I even imagined you can t tell I was in an accident at all now and they even cleaned the inside of my car which I needed done!

We took my daughter's 07 Honda Accord in for a front bumper repair. The work that Clay and his team did was just unbelievable! I actually did not recognize the vehicle because the job was done to perfection. It also was shining and smelling wonderful!I would like to say, Thank You to Clay and his awesome team for a job well done.

Amazing place ! They had my car ready in less than a month someone did a hit and run on my car but The person left a note with full coverage insurance so That s good they did an amazing job no complaints here I was so excited when I got my car back I ll give an update later but as of now no complaints
