Great service, honest and AWESOME mechanic rate ($).Professional service and rapid time (first come, first serve).Honest work, will provide all options on repairs without any pressure by forcing customer to deicide. Sometimes they will refuse and not charge a diagnosis fee after a quick review of an unrepairable job.I have done brakes, engine repair. maintenance and alignment. Never have there been any issues with my experiences. I can assure you that they have fair prices, never been overcharged for parts and labor. Shop around dealerships and other shops. you will not beat their prices in this area. They even allow you to provide your own parts to help you saving money (Parts is where other shops charge you 2x more than what they paid at autozone /Oriley's to make their profit )Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I love how they won't give you a quote over the phone. Tan is always courteous and friendlyHe also remembers his returning client's. They have always been fair too. They are honest and and won't try to cheat you.I will never take my car to any other shop!

I've been coming here for over 15 years and I wouldn't even think of using anyone else. Great work and great prices. Had my alternator go out and called @9 in the morning to bring it in and it was fixed that day. Bottom line, these guys are awesome. My mother has been taking her vehicle here for years and telling me how wonderful they are. I figured I'd give them a shot and I'm very glad I did. I've taken my vehicle there a few times now, twice for some moderate repair work, and each time I'm surprised at how reasonable they are. Both major repairs were around %25 less than what other repair shops estimated.I never thought I'd offer praise to a car repair shop, but these guys deserve it they are terrific.

Went in to see what the problem with my car was and they tried to charge me 45 dollars just to get a code reader on it. I was willing to try a local shop and get whatever repairs needed done but after that I went to a Firestone where it was free and all that happened was something was unplugged.

Two brothers mechanic owners are very honest with their repairs. That is why I have been coming back here for over 10 years. They also do headlights restoration, look like new. Their prices are very fair price.

they did an alignment, but the wheel was still tilted to the right. they denied anything was wrong so I took it to Goodyear for diagnosis and they confirmed the alignment was out of spec. I went back to De Anza to fix it, brought the diagnostic paper from Goodyear and they still declined and just gave me my money back and told me never come back lol. They literally drove with me in the car and the wheel is clearly titled right but he says it looked straight to him... Then he calls me a scammer? Never wanted a refund I wanted them to fix their mistake. I posted the picture of Goodyear diagnosis below.

We don t take our vehicles anywhere else in Sacramento they are truthful they do a great job they do a quick job very happy with all of their work and will never go to any other mechanic!

When they're for tire alignment the sign said $39 for most cars fast for $59 since I have a van. I said ok and he start the paper work and told me that its going to take some time and i said fine. He toke the keys, i told the guy that he should list the price so people know and went out standing next to my car he went out with the keys and asked me to find anther place since i am not satisfy with the price I told the guy I already did the paperwork and if I didn't want to do it I would walk away when you told me the price still he want me to find another place and I asked him do you want to work or what? And he said no I'm not going to do your car then I said fine and took the key and went to another place.I never seen in my entire life horrible customer service like this before

My wife and I have been using them for over two years now. They are very fair priced and do not waste you time. We take our car in to them for routine maintenance AND when our car broke down. They had my car back to me the next day after I gave them the go ahead to fix it.

I have heard that is repair shop is a ripoff however, they have never been anything less than cordial to me. Also, I have never received anything but very good service there and quick also. Was quoted $900 for balljoints at other car shops but, was done for $600 at De-Anza. I am satisfied with them very much

I've been going here since they opened, and have recommended numerous family and friends. Everybody has had great experiences. The quote is always lower than other quotes, and it often takes them less time to fix the problem, so they charge less than they quoted. They are the best.Hu

I have gone to De Anza for about 8 years. I trust them 100% They are always fair and have let me bring my car in without an appointment MULTIPLE times! They have gone above and beyond with me on many occasions. As a single woman I have been treated VERY poorly at other local mechanics and I now will NEVER bring my car to anyone other than DeAnza! I think that they are the best!My name is Denise and I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE!

Do not go here , turn your head and find somewhere else . They will deny you service off skin color and they do not LISTEN you think they would while trying to make money. No offense but they are Chinese and unless your Chinese yourself there going to play you. Find somewhere else to service your transmission . You get what you pay for.

He is changing the prices for oil change first time he charged me $45 second time $50 third time $53 today $57 that s not fair it is better to go to Toyota dealers

Ok folks, here's the skinny on De Anza auto repair shop. This shop is fully licensed ASE/ASC an by the BAR. These guys are good mechanics doing most all types of repairs. They do a lot of front end alignments (good price) tune ups, water pump replacements, some major engine work, and they service most all types of vehicles. But if you have a Bmw/Mercedes/Jaguar or other more expensive car, you may consider going to either specialty auto repair shop.They've repaired various repairs on my cars but, I've never needed to have them do something that they might not be able to do, so I can only say, they are very good at getting the work done quickly, good prices, and they can do most repairs that most cars require. These guys aren't dressed like most mechanics so if your looking for the properly dressed mechanic, look elsewhere. It's a small shop and you don't have to have an appointment which is VERY GOOD so you can drop by to get the repairs done. This is a licensed repair shop and they can't do everything for FREE so, expect to pay for what your car needs, PERIOD!!!!!! The only 2 things that they can improve on, is the waiting room, they need to update it and the BATHROOM is always lacking a good cleaning......... Getting in an out of this business sometimes can be difficult b/c they are located at Watt Ave/ Marconi Ave an the traffic can be a lot. "If they were not doing the proper repairs and people had lots of complaints, the BAR (Buruea of Auto Repair) would shut them down quickly so they must be doing repairs right!"

This is the worst auto repair shop in Sacramento. I was told $60 for a/c service over the phone for my 300c. But once I got there the guy saiid $75Then after I paid for ac I asked if they could take off tire for one second so I can what's making noise he said $50 just to take off tire. This place is a ripoff stay away!!

Awesome Job!Saw this sign while driving by about headlight restoration. $40... Do to the size of my headlights it was $50. .. I am amazed how well it turned out.
