My husband took his torque converter to get rebuilt the old hag who answers the phone and says she's the owner always has an attitude from the beginning. Told us that it will be ready in 2-3 days it took a week for them to call us. Once we pick it up and installed it we notice it was shuddering. Called them back and told them about the problem the hag told us it wasn't the torque converter without even checking it. Again with an attitude. We bought another torque converter from another place and its working great. Call her back to ask for my money she got a attitude with me and started yelling like crazy. So unprofessional she said she will not give me my money and hung up on me. My husband and I kept calling her back and she kept hanging up on us. can't believe she still in business with that attitude.

I was recommended this place by a good friend from D.Paz auto repair. I must say they do excellent work there and sell superior products. Matt was very helpful, took his time to explain and show the rebuild process. Answered all my questions and gave a lot of tech information plus asking me questions as well to better guide me in my build. Def. Recommend this place, would def. Go back for all my TC needs. Satisfied customer.

Huge thanks to Matt at D&P torque converters for spending time and proving to me why his torque converters beat the competitors. I emailed and called 3 different companies for a torque converter for my 4L80E that is going behind my duramax and no one returned my phone call or email. Matt responded within minutes, was very patient with all my questions, and had it built within a few days! If you are looking for a business that will take great care of you, this is one of them.

Best stall converter I've ever owned. Transmission physicians did my 6L80 performance build for my 2012 camaro ss. D&P BUILT the stall converter.... Billet. Got my car back and it really performed. It actually stalled higher then 3400. More like 3600. Very happy with their craftsmanship! Hands down the best. I have had Yank converters and circle D converters and the list goes on. This one is the best!

Very knowledgeable and a nice bunch of people I went in to get a torque converter service they cut it open and explain to me exactly what they were going to do to it couldn't ask for more

Unknowledgeable and rude old lady answering the phone...your better off going to PDQ...waaaaay better customer service and selection ...at reasonable prices...
