If you are looking for an honest and reputable business that is fair priced and does exceptional work, Cruz Collision is the one! My experience with Cruz Collision involved body work, bumper replacements, painting, a new hood liner, and interior/exterior detail. The quality of their work was exceptional! They literally breathed life back into my 05 Tahoe and I could not be more pleased with the final outcome. The genuine hospitality they extend is a rare find and amplifies how they are set apart from their competition. Went in for a widebody install on my 2019 mustang. Initially we discovered that 2 front bumper parts of the widebody kit would not fit on my aftermarket bumper.This was no problem for the guys at this shop as they were able to do fully custom work in fitting everything as problems arose. Communicative and high quality work at a good price.They even through in my chassis mount wing install for free! Would recommend for all auto body, paint needs

My wife got into a fender bender. We took the quote to other shops for an estimate and settled here. Cruz Collision was far more detailed, experienced, and super helpful compared to all the other shops. I would highly recommend this shop.

Cruz Collision is an awesome shop with very personable staff. They kept me in the loop during my entire experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Special shout out to Christian, he s the reason I came back for a 2nd time. I was impressed with his customer service and winning smile. Nestor is awesome too. Very nice people but not the cleanest work had to go back and forth multiple times with touch ups and other problems after they fixed after an auto accident. Also got my vehicle back with my symbols on the back of my truck placed on my car upside down. Still having issues with my door closing but just bringing to another shop to look at it. Very open to helping me get all the fixes fixed but was always coming back with more problems. And the paint jobs blend is not the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All of Cruz Collision staff were nice and personable through the entire process. They kept me informed on all the details and where they were in the process of fixing our car. The work they did was awesome and they even went above expectations and buffed our headlights and helped with a flat tire that wasn t even part of the insurance claim. Thank you to Nester and all the other staff for helping us get our car back looking new.

Cruz Collision Center has been the greatest in their communication, customer service, and with the work they provided for my vehicle. They made sure my vehicle was taken care of and they communicated with me every step of the way. All the employees were very friendly and supportive during this difficult time by assisting me with my insurance providers as well. I can't thank them enough for getting me through this, especially being my first accident. I got it back better looking than when I bought it from the dealership.

I had issues with my headlights. I took my car to Cruz Collision Center and they were very helpful and courteous. They were able to resolve the issue very timely with the utmost professionalism and curtesy. Should I ever have need of their services again I will definitely go back to them. The manager even called me the following day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Cynthia and Christian have made this process so easy. They did all the calls to insurance, advocated for all my repairs. Very fast turn around and kept in my rental car. When I got here to pick up my car Nester met me at the door to show me all the repairs. My car is prettier now.than ever. The first picture is of my car today and the others are the damage she was brought in with! Thank you for all your service and care.

While driving, a car on the opposite direction ran over something and the object hit my headlight and my hood, breaking the headlight fixture and denting the hood. I wanted it fixed fast. I found Cruz Collision Center online which had good reviews and was very close to home which was very convenient. They have amazing communication. I'm hard to get a hold of so they called and emailed me and they were very helpful. They wanted nothing but the best for my 2021 Toyota Highlander. Insurance wanted to give me a used headlight and they communicated with my insurance and got me a new headlight. They worked fast to get my car fixed after dropping it off and it looks 100 times better then when i first bought the car and it was brand new. They even cleaned the rims thorough! I am very pleased with the experience I went through with Cruz Collision Center. Easy to work with, very helpful. The staff/owners are amazing and they know what they're doing. I would highly recommend for you to go to Cruz Collision Center for any of your auto body needs.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The center is very well run and all seem interested in customer satisfaction. The lobby is inviting and stocked with snacks and refreshments, which are complimentary. Naster and Christian were very professional and went above and beyond. There was good communication between them and me throughout the insurance claim process and completion of the repairs. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience here at Cruz collision. I received the vehicle washed and clean which I did not expect. The customer service was very informative. I cannot tell the vehicle has been repaired. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!

Cruz Collision came recommended to be from my boss, & they were fantastic! One of my windows was not rolling up, and they were able to order the parts and fix it for me all in the same day. They have great communication and fair prices, I really recommend them!

We used Cruz Collision a few weeks ago when we had some tailgate damage done to our new truck! Nestor and his team did an AMAZING job! Not only did they fix the damage on the tailgate, but he was able to match the paint color perfectly and in a timely matter! I was so upset when I got smashed between two cars who both took off in a hit and run. I got referred to Cruz Collision is Sacramento. I took my car and I couldn t believe what an amazing job they did. They had to blend the paint from the new front end to the rest of the car and it looks brand new. The owner, Nestor and his wife Cynthia helped me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was shocked when I saw my car. I will always use them if I need any help in the future. In fact I referred my dad and my daughter and they are getting some body work done now. I will refer this business to everyone. 10 stars out of 5!!! So happy!!!

Cruz Collision Center is the best. They treat you like family, are fair, honest and above all they can be trusted. They did amazing work restoring the look of my 30 year old van. Polished so paint looks new, buffed the chrome, created a battery holder, got rid of rust in my wheels and painted. Now looks brand new. I would recommend to everyone.Service: Body & Trim

The owner of this shop is the salt of the earth. They came highly recommended and for good reason. Not only have I worked with them professionally but they also helped me with a custom bus build with tricky parts and insurance coverage. If you need a body shop, look no further.

I was hit by a car and called to see if I could bring it by to receive an estimate and help with the insurance company. They got me in the same day I called and was able to get to get to work immediately. The took control of the whole situation and dealt with the insurance company all for me. They helped me get a rental from the insurance company and well as the most value I could have from the vehicle. The kept me in the loop the entire time, what they did and found on the vehicle, what they sent to the insurance company, and what the insurance company said to them and I. The best customer service I have ever received, so helpful throughout the entire process. Great help, I was helped by a gentleman named Nester.

There's not enough stars in my book to express how wonderful this autobody shop is. The work that was done is amazing. I love the quality, the passion, and the A-1 customer service this business has. I appreciate Nestor and Cynthia for explaining everything to me. They both kept me updated through the entire process. This was my first time having any work done on any car, this process was stress free and smooth. I cant say thank you enough, my car looks beautiful and it smells amazing. Thank you for getting my car back to me super fast. This will be my place going forward. I would like to say thank you to all that helped with my car. I have a 2018 Toyota I am Going to Grass Valley for work one morning hit a deer messed up my whole fender and light and mirror and door and they fixed it. It looks brand new 10 out of 10 excellent work guys.

Put this place to the top of the List, Don't waste your time anywhere else. Excellent Full service. I couldn't be happier after the repairs from a hit and run accident. My 21 year old Ford Ranger looks good as New

The family at Cruz is very friendly and helpful, they take the extra initiative to ensure their customers have the best experience. Cynthia and Christian were a huge help in assisting me with my insurance company and reassuring me they would get the approvals needed. They were also great at communicating with me on the progress of my cars repair and kept me updated the entire time.
