I got hit by a small company that is refusing to take responsibility for hitting me so I had to go through my insurance while they go to arbitration. This location was listed through Allstate. Everyone was really nice and flexible, and my car was fixed in 2 weeks. It is really great that they re open on Saturdays since my job doesn t really allow for me to take off during the weekdays and it was hard to find any body shop that was open on weekends. Having the agreement to pick up a drop off with Enterprise was also great. They kept me posted throughout. Thank you for all your help during such an awful event.

Victoria helped me since day one. She was very polite and knowledgeable. I was kept informed during the whole repair process. Victoria was amazing at letting me know of parts getting in so I could bring my car in, she informed me of car being right on schedule, change in estimate/more parts needed and when it would be ready. She was very sweet, every time and always had great customer service.When picking up my SUV, a tall young man (maybe samoan descent) helped me who also showed great customer service. He went above and beyond to make everything right for us. We had gone to pick up my car and there was a minor issue and was still promised to get car back later that day but due to my schedule I had to come back the next day. He came into the shop to give us our car which he could have easily said wait till Monday when they open.My car came out looking great. I was worried about paint job and not looking like the rest of the car but it looks amazing and can't even tell. Time frame was faster then originally estimate told. ZERO STARS. DO NOT GO HERE SCAMMERS, CON ARTISTS, WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN AND INSURANCE CLAIMS. WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR CAR!Had to show up with my partner and call the police to try to get our car back after insurance paid them out over $3,600. They never did the repairs I came in for. Had a broken window and needed a new cover for my ignition under the steering wheel. They racked up a list that they made up of things to fix, after keep the car for 40+ days went in today and there was still glass all over the car, the manger lied several times straight to our faces even though we have proof of EVERYTHING. we had to call the police in order for them to release our car that still has a broken window. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TIME. DO NOT GO HERE. We even met with another costumer who went on record for us explaining how his car had also been there over a month for a small repair and that they gave him an estimate of 7 days. This place scams people. It was truly heartbreaking as this is our only means of transportation. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Took my Hyundai here after it was damaged during an attempted car theft. Took about a month to get the work completed due to parts being back ordered. They texted me with weekly updates, yet when I called and spoke to two different ppl I was provided with conflicting information. I spoke with the receptionist one day and she said they received all the parts that afternoon and would contact me the next day to see where they stand. I didn t hear anything so i gave a call back and spoke to Jacob who said they were waiting on some bolts to come in and for a vendor to come out and complete some work. Very vague and im convinced this was just something to say to get me off the phone quickly.When i got my car back i drove off and realized the window was not tinted as i discussed with the two men while we did a walk around my vehicle. They said a vendor would come out or they would send it to be tinted. They failed to do so, yet they did arrange and pay for me to take it to be tinted. I just really don t appreciate using my time and gas to get something done that I was ensured would have been completed during the weeks my car sat waiting for parts.Service: Electrical

Very friendly staff with amazing customer service! Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired the day that I went to drop it off. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They are very professional and left my car looking new.

I I was very pleased with the service. The initial appraisal everything was explained thoroughly and then I guess every day language so that I understood what was being done and why. After that as the work progressed and hidden damage was uncovered I was notified almost immediately I think. And when the automobile repairs Completed I received notification and was given an opportunity to look at the work that had been done and signed the papers and took my car happily awayServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my Mercedes in for a door dent and was so pleased with everything! Got a better price than Kniesel's downtown where I previously had work done. Called on Friday, brought my car in Monday, and it was done that Friday. Kniesel's was booked out 2 months! Every employee was pleasant, responsive, and Will,the Service Coordinator, buffed out a few scratches as well for me. I scheduled an appointment with them to fix my car. However, they called me a few days later saying everything is all set up and fine and then called me the next day saying that it s not and that I need to reschedule because I m with GEICO. This kind of unprofessional waffling back-and-forth made me not trust them with my car. I decided to go with another company who is on top of their business.

It s the couple of days before new year that my car damaged. I told service King if I can use the car in the new year. Service King called me to pick up my car only one day for fixed. I think if anything stands out about this Service King, it's that the customer service is really great. My car had some minor damage, and even though I didn't get it when expected, the team here kept me apprised and on the day of delivery, stayed late to make sure I got my car back on that day. The quality of work was amazing and I'm very happy I chose this place for repairs.

Had some front end repairs done there a few years ago on my 2016 Land Cruiser. Front fog lamp went cockeyed recently for whatever reason. Didn't hit anything, but regardless, needed to be fixed. Wil took it in for half a day and his guys fixed it no charge. Pretty awesome considering the initial repair was YEARS ago. Gives real meaning to Wil saying he wants happy customers. Highly recommend these guys for any autobody work you need done.Service: Body & Trim

A security guard slammed into me and my husband's car and did a lot of body damage to that vehicles. I took it to service King to get an estimate they made an appointment for me when I got there they are ready to help me with no waiting there use covid-19 rules and regulations and establishment and the staff was friendly and polite and very helpful your estimates will be emailed to you or yo pick them up the following day I don't know if you pick him up but actually because I got my email to me but if you make an appointment you should be seeing that same day or the next day and you'll be in and out in no time way less than an hour that they said

These guys are awesome! Proactive contact and updates, high quality service and repair. I had an issue with my a/c unit after repair; they gave me a rental car and corrected the problem at no charge! You'll be glad you chose this repair shop!

Very professional business. There friendly, and they do an amazing job. They take most jobs and are willing to work with you. Best part is they don't try to take advantage of you and there pretty upfront as well. 5 start body shop!

I had my truck there for a minor scratch and broken window and I haven't got my truck back yet. It's over a month already. They took my truck apart and can't put it back together because they can't find a part for it. Worst service.
