These guys are PIRATES!!! I ordered the billet vent kit and they sell everything separately so that you end up spending a ton of money. The parts you need they sell in a separate kit at a outrageous price!!Carl that works there is HORRIBLE!!!!! By far the WORST customer service!!!! You spend over $300 dollars and he acts like he is doing me a favor!!! I will NEVER spend ...... money again with this company!!!I have bought items from this company and have never had this experience!!!

I have purchased a few suspension products online. The products are true quality. Well engineered, good fit and finish. Can't go wrong. Highly recommended

Good product but if their sales people make a mistake you are going to be the one that pays. Ordered a wilwood brake kit from Carl Robinson, he admitted that he made a mistake but the only way to solve the problem was for me to spend over $2000.00 to buy another one and they would not take the wrong kit back, everything was still in the box . He told me that it was against the rules

Some of the worst service I have ever received. Talked extensively with them about what front clip would be right for me. When I got the frame I got everything mocked up and in the car. When I went to put the rack and pinion crossmember in it was too short. So I gave them a call and was told I was outside the parameters for how wide the frame could be. So I asked where I could have found that information and they told me that they don t include the maximum frame width on any of the assembly drawings or instructions. So I then asked if I could return the rack and pinion so I could get a wider rack and pinion and they told me no and I was stuck with it. So all in all horrible experience especially for spending 5000 dollars.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I was extremely excited to order from this company after seeing them on several television shows. After several months waiting for a back ordered part I was never informed was backordered I would not do business with these guys again. Not only did I have to wait several months for a part that was never listed as back ordered when purchased, I was also never contacted before they tried to initiate a freight shipment and charge my card a second time. Then after getting that set up there was no communication on a tracking number or if the shipment ever left the facility I expected a lot more professional path with this company. Yes I knew there would be a second charge for the freight but other companies I have used always calls when the shipment is ready and confirms a second charge and gives the details. Not just willy nilly. Do better!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Ordered parts online, then Patti from customer service went back and forth with me via email from 7am to 5pm about shipping charges, quoted 150$ to ship two motor mounted weighing 15lbs, just to finally say oh btw we don't even have that part in stock... after I adjust started I'm going to be behind schedule of we don't figure this shipping issue out at 7am... worst customer service. Bought the same parts from S&W for 279 shipped as opped to 450 from here. 29$ shipping from them.. disappointing

I ordered a complete welded front 2/3 clip for my 1976 Chevy Luv Drag Truck. So far so good! I have been speaking to Mr C-Ray the entire time during this purchase and he has been awesome. Returned every call he missed from me as well as sending email as needed. My experience has been great with them and I will definitely buy from them again. Cant wait to get this thing back on the track with the weight loss!!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Unbelievable shipping experience. I'll never buy from these guys again. 2 products cost around 450.00. Instead of shipping them both together they shipped separately. I paid 256.00 in shipping.

I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts in the past from Chris Alston's and I never had an issue. I ordered a rolls cage for a 1963 Chevy nova simple right! Well not so fast the parts came from UPS missing two parts from the cage. I called Mike as soon as the shop notified me and he was really suspect that the parts had been missing in the first place after asking me a bunch of ?'s I didn't know the answer to I got frustrated and called the shop on 3 way call the shop told Mike what parts had been missing and that he signed for it showing the parts weren't delivered. That should of been the end of it right? Mike should of sent replacement parts the same day on them and filed a claim with the shipper. I'm a paying customer and the parts didn't show simple. But it wasn't. He told me I needed to wait for 7 days in order to give time to the shipper to find the parts etc. mean while my car is sitting in a single lift specialty shop and it can't wait for 7 days not knowing if the parts end up getting found or not. I asked Mike to reorder them And they did the parts showed up today. I got charged for the new parts. Why would I have to pay in order to get the parts resent to me I paid for them and did my part they just didn't show up. So I'm writing this review to warn other hot rodders in the hot rodding community to steer clear of this place customer service is horrible the tone of their voice when helping us out is annoyed and if for some reason my shop didn't sign their was gonna be zero chance of them believing me and getting my parts resent. I will be disputed the new charges with my bank and visa. Please do yourself a favor and find another place to do business with the reviews are for sure correct.Service: Steering & suspension repair

A while back I was faced with the predicament of selecting a complete front and rear suspension system for my 1968 Firebird. After taking advise from a trusted vender, I decided to go with the Chassisworks system. They were local and offered what on paper appeared to be a good system for my car. I opted for their "works" package. Front sub frame with all related suspension and steering components. X brace/sub frame connector with driveshaft loop. Rear G-Link with double adjustable shocks at all four corners. After driving the car around and getting a feel for the new set up I noticed an issue. When driving on the highway the front suspension would bottom out with the slightest pavement grade incline/decline. I reached out to Chassisworks with my issue. They requested pics of the car. Upon reviewing the photos they concluded the car was too low. They also stated my tire sidewall height was too aggressive. This perplexed me as my car was significantly lower with the previous set up. 3' drop rear leafs 1.5' drop front spring with spc upper arms, hotrods to hell lower arms with recessed spring pockets. Both with tall Howe balljoints and Bilstein shocks at all four corners. Zero rubbing zero bottoming out and superior highway ride quality. I spent a considerable amount of money and the car sits higher and performed poorer during highway driving a than my initial set up. The parts looked sweet but didn't offer the ride quality I was expecting. I decide to have stiffer front springs installed as there was no way I was going to raise the car from it's current height. I purchase new springs from Chassisworks and had them shipped directly to Able Chevy in Rio Vista CA. For those who aren't aware Able is a rare breed amongst Chevy dealers. It's run by race enthusiasts. Their lead tech Chad is the most capable individual I've even encountered. About an hour into the swap I get a call from Chad. I'm thinking "oh no". Upon entering the service bay he presents me with one of my quality Chassisworks front shocks. With the compression turned up to 16 out of 16 he precedes to compress the shock effortlessly with his bare hands. Aside from the terrible ride quality this shock was also responsible for the following: Large scrapes on my freshly powdercoated sub frame, large dent/scrapes on the front of the exhaust tube, damage to the lower control arm. All three of the damaged components were located on the corner with the faulty shock. The "your car is too low" diagnosis was muthbusted when my 2.6" of bump travel was initially measured by the Able Chevy Tech. At this point my car is taken apart with the reason behind my suspension issue right in front of me. The Chassisworks facility is located about an hour north east of the Chevy dealer so I decided to take the shock up there and get things ironed out. They acknowledged the shock was faulty. They understood my car was on a rack with the front suspension taken apart awaiting a fix. Their solution is why I will never recommend Chassisworks or TCP products. The rep offered to either sell me a replacement shock or repair My existing failed shock. Really? Yup really. Repairing the shock required sending it out (2+ week turnaround). I should have been issued a replacement shock on the spot AT THE VERY LEAST. And based on the damage Inflicted as a result of the shock to my frame, exhaust and LCA being issued a replacement lower control arm in addition to the shock would have been known as taking the next level of after sale product support. That approach is what I call "doing the right thing." Instead Chassisworks opted to collect $275 from me for a replacement shock and sent me on my way.I recommend avoiding this business at all costs. There are much better options out there for aftermarket suspension systems. Ride Tech, speed tech, roadster shop etc.
