Hit some road debris and wrecked a tire on the way home to Orange County. They were able to get me in and out the same day and we're pleasant throughout the process.Quoted a fair price and had me back on the road in the same day.

The only place I take my Mini Cooper for an alignment and they always do a great job. They always seem busy so it s best to make an appointment if possible or arrive early. I was recommended to come here by another mechanic so it must be good.

The only reason theres even one star on this review is because i wanted to write a review. You have to give a star to do that. They get NO STARS in my book. My tire popped two blocks from them and they quoted me $25.00 not including tax!!!! Highway robbery. They are unreliable slow and a rip off. Its $10.00 or $15.00 anywhere else. No id rather suffer.

dropped off my car right before they opened and they had it ready to pick up by lunch! 4 new tires and an alignment for a great price. super friendly and no nonsense, will def be back when i need some brake pads!

Been using this business when the dealership fails me. Most recently for brakes ( front and rear ). They do a great job. Highly recommended.

I just bought a car and it had a major alignment issue. Took it to Chase and post inspection, Shaun gave me a quote. Halfway through the fix, they encountered another issue with a different part of the steering and informed me - it wasn't good news but I appreciated the communication. Shaun quoted me on this new problem. Later I found out that the part actually costed a lot more than what Shaun quoted but he kept his word on the quote and ate the cost. Long story short, I took my car to Chase tire & Brake, and they took good care of me with honesty and integrity!

I went to this place to have my breaks replaced, and they charged 250.00 for labor alone. A month later my breaks are getting louder and louder. I take my car back in to see if they can take a look at it, and I'm told that since I brought my own breaks in they couldn't guarantee them. Which is fine, but then I was giving some excuse that since I didn't get my rotors reserfaced with them, thats why my breaks were making so much noise. I then ask how much to resurface the breaks, and the guy tells me I'll have to buy new breaks as well. This place is a rip off, and not helpful at all. They never even took my tire off to look at it.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional shop for all of your brake, tire and alignment needs. I am an absolute freak about my cars and Shaun and his team consistently deliver quality service that I can trust 100%. Thank you guys for being around!

These guys are so personable!! They did such a great job and explained all our options &Got us out so quick!!Ps guys if you are reading this we are the nurses who got off night shift with a flat tire! Thank you so much

I do not recommend this place, The owner is very rude and arrogant ! there is no place to park and the lot is tiny they park your cars very close together........
