ZERO STARS! We are not satisfied customers. We were charged almost 1,000.00 dollars worth of LABOR ONLY to replace a starter.We called in with the exact problem and all serial and model numbers for the part we needed. They sent a tech out who sent us on a wild goose chase over a battery that did not need to be replaced. WE were RIGHT THE WHOLE TIME!! We only needed a starter replaced. 1,000.00 dollars of LABOR later.... and 2 visits they finally replaced the starter in our Forklift as we asked originally. What do ya know... it works again! Beware! You will be charged for 2 visits and a ridiculous amount of Labor. 6.5 hours of Labor @ 140.00 an hour to replace a starter! Shame on you!

Used Chapman Equipment to get me out of several issues with my gooseneck trailer. Owner Randy and his wife Kim are awesome. Family run and great service. Will always recommend and personally use. A+++

Jason, Randy, and the rest of the team here are excelent. I was in need of 5 heavy duty machines to be fixed and the team at CESI has been 100% honest and done great work. I've worked with other local companies that I wont name, and had some bad experiences. Not with Chapman, they care about your equipment and it shows in the work the do all the way from your estimate to the final step of the work. Randy and Kim are wonderful. They have worked exceptionally hard to get us up and operational again while communicating well and making sure we were covered during the repairs. 5 star service for sure. Thanks guys!

Chapmen don t know how to fix problem, they only know how to charge money. They charged for service and labor. I called them for my forklift issues, they send me technician he came check forklift wrote ton of problems, There isn t specific think that suggestion to me to fix my forklift. Like this charger battery, battery charger, charger battery, battery charger, battery expensive, charger expensive. I don t know where I start. I lose money I still have same issues what I have before.
