This shop is very underrated. Most shops are all about a customers money, but this place actually takes pride in their service. Customer service is great and the mechanic they have there is an honorable experience mechanic. Hard to find honest help these days. I recommend this place.

My rear brake pads were worn out and my car started grinding and screeching from the rear. Went to 3 different auto shops and they all quoted me from $300-$600 for rear brake pads + ROTORS.. I told them I didn t want rotors and was turned down by them for just wanting new rear brake pads. They kept insisting it was my rotors even without looking at car.Came here to Car Pros and got quoted $104 for both my rear brake pads. Mechanic did recommend new rotors but didn t force it on me which I highly respect. Homie finished the job in minutes with fresh brake pads and even showed me the finished work before slipping my tires back on. Drove off and my brakes feel more engaged and no more grinding or screeching noise. Thank you for providing good and trustworthy business. Definitely recommend these guys. Will definitely come back for car repair needs

My husband and I went in around 330pm needing 2 new front tires and a wheel alignment. Ken assured us we would have our vehicle ready the next morning because he didnt have our size tires in the store. This was difficult for my husband and me because of convenience.Ken called me at 530pm saying he fixed the vehicle and to come pick it up! We were elated and thankful for his service. Car is running smooth & we can definitely tell the difference! Thank you Ken & west coast tire and auto center!

Ruben & his men are great took my 2014 corolla in ( AC wasn't blowing cold) Ruben was honest & told me he needed to add coolant before to make sure it didn't have a leak - before he did anything else he said he would call . 2 hours later we get a call our ac is FIXED! No leak just needed to be recharged .By far the best shop around ! Affordable costs . Friendly People .also had 4 tires installed . alignment , carbon filter . Front breaks & roders done here I won't take my vehicles anywhere else .

OK where do I start. 1st Day. I never been there before. So I had a miss in my 94 GMC so I stop there. I ment Ruben & ask him what it can it be? Ruben stop what he was doing & said here ! I can show you, Open the hood and said replace that thing there & that shoud take care of it. WHAT ! Just like that? No appointment no coming back tomorrow. no $100. So he & his team are my trucks new doctor. He did my fuel pump, brakes roters, oil, test the coolent & fix the leak, & now today replaced my fount end. I know how much it wood have cost to do all that, & I M cheap. To have that done to my truck it wood have took all year just to pay for it. little here little there. Thanks Ruben & your #1 main man, I'm glad I made that 1st stop. My truck love's you 2 guys. Thanks so much. & will pass it on. Tim AKA: bearbait ***** + *****

appt was easy, and was able to talk to mechanic directly, where he even gave me extra advice and i learned something. (im not a car guy) he showed that he cared, when all he needed to do was rotate my tires.

A very decent place to take you car for brake repairs, the mechanic is very honest and will only do what is needed, opposed to unnecessary repair. We will definitely come here for future repair work.

Awesome guys here, they were quick on picking up a tire for me and getting it back within a hour. Awesome shop will always come back here.

If I could give a zero I would the costumer service is the worst ever the guy who working in the front is reall rude I believe his name is Miguel also they over price everything I went for some breaks and oil change and on my receipt is shows they got it from car quest but when I went my self to check the prices the parts were so much cheaper never going there again in my life

Simple tint job, fast so far looks good. Happy with the amount I spent. Wish I would have done it sooner.

West Coast Tire took me in without a appointment and changed my oil immediately and I was on my way.
