My husband and I would like to recommend Noah for giving us an A+ service. He works above and beyond. Ever since we moved from Texas he is our guy-to-go person when it comes to maintaining and fixing our honda pilot Car. His services and your system are immensely appreciated by us. Hoping more of crew like him! We will definitely go back to Capital City whenever. Thank you and more power to you and your team!

My car service was terrible. My car was in the shop for 7 weeks due to minor collision repair. After my vehicle was repaired on the seventh week there was still issues with my vehicle. I took my vehicle to a different repair shop and finally the repairs were done correctly. The labor cost and parts was too expensive at Honda, especially for terrible labor work. The advisor I was given barely communicated any updates. I do not recommend this service place.

Great service department, you can trust their assessment of your car problems and fixed properly at a price you can trust and afford. I have one service advisor/tech that I trust my service to, but they all give you great service. My '92 Honda Accord has high mileage but you could not tell or guess it's mileage due to it's high performance.Capital City Honda is the only dealership that I trust my Green Honda to be servicedby.A satisfied customer.(Jst4r**)

Bought a CRV Hybrid after waiting 4-5 months for delivery with multiple confirmations that the car was on the way . (We have owned 4 Hondas).Specifically declined after-market leather treatment by the dealer. They applied the treatment and charged $1100 on top of msrp. Showed them messages and they said it was standard process, even though they had agreed not to install treatment.Booked an appointment for repair. The appointment just allows you to bring in the car. It is not an appointment that means they will start work on the car at the time of the appointment. Wasted 3 hours in there waiting room.Replied to dealer email about rating their service. No replies.Looking for another dealership.Honda is a quality car. You decide if this is a worthwhile dealership.

Pahn, the service advisor is well commended and very friendly and accomodating. Hes an honest to goodness advisor. Keep it up man. I know he treat the others the way he treated me as costumer. He take care uber ride for me as well. Five STARS....

Great service! Good staff, good prices. Found a good car for my kid and wife. Service department is good too. They have this little portal that lets you know exactly what's going on without having to call. I've not had the same experience working with my Ford car and dealership, these guys go above and beyond.

I was a first time customer and pleasantly surprised over the awesome staff here in the service department. Great customer service from Carlos Young! He was very helpful and kept me updated about the status of the my car s service throughout the whole process. He gave me a great turnaround time for my car and I will definitely be coming back to get my car serviced here. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide!

Very pleasant atmosphere. I was informed of additional service which needed with my approval. Glad the facility brought back doughnuts to make you feel comfortable. Wish would bring a loaner vehicle back as your courtesy when our vehicle is being serviced. Thank you Honda for taking appointments

Frustrating experience took 2 days longer than estimated, had a maintenance, and an add-on put in. The service advisor never called to verify timing or parts. I had to call several times to figure out when I could get my truck back. They are happy to take your money though. I would suggest a different dealership or private service technician.

My daughter and I, we were on time for her appointment. Yet a half hour later and other customers are being taken care of AFTER US who had later appointments. Thank goodness for Austin, he was apologetic and kind, smooth empathy play and Austin played it right. Next time corporate decides to send out flyers for oil changes, PROOF READ. Austin took care of us hey the free coffee helps AND the coffee was very good. Generally we don't go back to a dealership cause of price gouging, however I was impressed . Thank you Austin. And this is coming from a gal who's career was in customer service forty five years I know my stuff.

The service was superior. Austin Smith stayed on hold on the phone for over an hour with our warranty company to get the approval needed and enable us to have our van ready at the end of the day.

Been a couple times for a few things, breaks, a/c, that sort of thing and have had no complaints. Made the appointments online and showed up 10 mins prior. Everyone who helped me was friendly and things were done in a somewhat timely manner. They payed for the Uber home and back which is a plus, glad I didn't have to wait at the dealer.

It really doesn t matter if you have an appointment here or not. It took over 20 mins before anyone even greeted me. My appointment was scheduled at 2:15pm and I turnover my vehicle to the service advisor at 2:55pm. 2+ hours later and I am still waiting. I would think twice before coming here again. Your time is not valued here.

My visit here today was great! As I pulled up to service the lady directed me to where I needed to park, next Mikey got me in the system and the great elderly gentleman took me home via the dealership shuttle.Overall very thankful for all the hands that made my visit here great and can't wait to pick up my car and be to drive it again knowing I had the best working on it to keep me on the road!Much Appreciated!

My recent visit to Honda fulton was great, since i arrived they took the car info and direct me with Ashley to build my profile. Great communication and help me to take care the diagnostics warranty on the model. 2016 civic a/c condenser was replaced at no charge,(10year warranty). Awesome experience. Great place with big waiting area, nice coffe machine. Really enjoy. Definitely will use the service next time.

Made an appointment online on a saturday for 7:45 a.m. Monday. Got there and they told me that the appointment didn't go through. But they got me in and serviced my car anyway. A bit pricey but at least i know it's done right.

Nick is a great service adviser! He cares about his customers, and gives excellent customer service. The technicians are also, very knowledgeable. They recently updated the coffee machine, and the coffee is great! The manager of the service department. Always makes sure your well satisfied! I can't forget about the young lady that works the front desk. When you first enter the main entrance. She is very pleasant, and always has a smile. The cashier's even though they take your money. They take it with a smile

I have been doing business at this dealership for more than 30 years. But this dealership has recently changed ownership.Just not the same place. Very few new or used cars on site. Took my Honda there for service. Did I receive the same service as the previous owner. Do not know. Did they change my oil and filter? Rotate my tires? They charged more than my last service. Not very hospitable. I sat on a metal bench in service bay, not once did some ask me to come inside or offer coffee. Was not offered courtesy ride. Will take my car to another dealership in the future.

If i could give negative stars i would.Worst Honda dealer in Sacramento county bar none.Awful service! I made an appointment to get my car serviced for 10am. I sat in my car for 25 minutes before a service provider came out. When when service guy and I went in to check in the car I asked about the rental I reserved when I made the appointment and he told me they ran out. I told him I had made a reservation in advance. He didn't have any comments or offer any apologies. I had to ask for my car back to continue on with my very busy schedule. More delays while waiting for my car.I will not return to this dealership even though it's less than 2 miles from my office. I'd rather drive 11 miles in the opposite direction and get good service than solicit this business.

Showed up today 15 mins early for my 1 pm service appointment. Waited 30 mins standing there like a stick in the mud. Many employees moped by but all avoided eye contact like I had an extra nose on my forehead. I went inside and the service fella said they were busy and someone would get to me. Drove off without a smidgen of customer service. Your service Dept needs serious oversight.

my car had a bad smell when turned on the AC system so I took my car there. They checked and estimated around $700 for a deep clean to end the bad smell. All I want was for that bad smell would disappear and the agent also made sure about that so I agreed to the price. After waiting for 5 hours and taking my car back. I realized the smell still exist. Indeed, they didn't notice me and just take me to the car. I came back and asked the agent why?? he explained that I need to use more for professional service bla bla and waited for a month for the smell to disappear. However, it has been almost 2 months and nothing changes so I think that I just wasted my money on this place. Never come back again!Service: Air conditioning

They are fair and honest, and keep you informed through the process; which I appreciate greatly. Being a busy mom who works full-time and has a long commute I don't have a lot of time to waste and they've always been on point with my needed services and recommendations. NEVER CAME BACK! LIE! NOTHING HAD CHANGED! EXPENSIVE! OVERPRICED!I came to have a check and use the service for deep clean the air filter on my Honda Accord air conditioning system due to bad smell. The technician charged me 800$ and told me he had fixed it already. But nothing had been changed. After that, I went to another Honda center and checked. The air filter had not been changed, it still filled with trash and other bad things, there was also trash and dry leaves in the air systems, while our car just had been fixed at the price of 800$ 1 week ago. After having fixed at another center, the smell gone in just few hours and the fee did not exceed 100$. I feel like I am tricked. NEVER CAME BACK.

I bought a car 2 weeks ago from here, Chris was great woth the process. There was no pressure, he was laid back and didn't try to push stuff on us. I got a great price and was in and out pretty quickly.

Mike L. did a great job explaining the process of what was needed to fix my car. He even took me to the back and had the mechanic walk me through the issues. It is pricey but great service was provided. He ran through different options with various cost range that fit within my budget.
