Called them on a Monday asking for Toyo AT3s and was told I ll get the whole set on Thursday. When I told them I was looking to get the Tires mounted onto my wheels before then, they were really helpful in getting things done a day earlier. Good customer service. However, upon inspection of the wheels when I got home, I noticed that two of them were scratched. Though they were small scratches, they were deep, permanent, and noticeable. I know they will get scratched eventually because I got them for off-roading, but I didn t expect it to be scratched by a shop. The handling of my products by this shop was substandard.

I like this shop. Older guy here just as a hobby fixing up my 20 year old Tacoma 2WD. Sooo Cute. Took the baby in to have a 3" lift and new wheels and tires. They did a great job. After the alignment she drove straight and true. Not finished yet but a project in the making. Good job guys. Before and After pictures.

They are deceitful guys. I bought from them Japanese tires. But they placed made in Thailand tires. I had to call police on them to get it fixed. Never ever waste your time and your money. Horrible owner. and horrible customer care. They put $60 tires for $170. So deceitful and con.Write something so that Every one can see your evil personality behind this human face.Your response will be self judgmental.

Do not come if you love to be lied to and get hustled/swindled.Called to get new tires, they say they have it and can get it 30-45 min. I arrive expecting to pay and get my tires. Nope they tell me I have to wait 4-5 hours to get my tires. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt they might have misread or misheard me. Honest mistake.I pay them $100 in cash and I tell them I will pay the rest once I get my tires. While waiting for my tires I see a better deal, and I call there store if I can get a refund. They say sure come by and we can get you a refund. I come back to the store, and immediately finding hearing I found a better deal and I want a refund, the man in the front desk tells me. I need to give them a 40% reservation fee. What is a reservation fee?He says because my tires where "special" and I was the first person to order these tires/ make them stock it in there store I have to pay them a 40% fee. So instead of walking out of the store with my $100 I leave with just $60. Talking to other the other tire shop, they say that 40% reservation fee is B.S. Looking at there website, as well as the receipt they gave. There was NO mention of this reservation fee.So if there people who are not car people and just want tires like me. DO NOT come here, they will just laugh behind your back and high-five that they swindled another customer.(If someone does have proof of this 40% reservation fee, I will happily take down this review)

Went in about 3 months ago. Got a set of tires (on a promotion). Noticed on my receipt that a tire recycling fee was added for all 4 tires even though I took my old tires home. Called and was told since I was given a deal that it was only fair since they hooked me up I was honestly dumbfounded on that logic but whatever. I let it go, bigger things to worry about. Fastfoward to 2 days ago, I find a huge bubble on one of the tires I was running (always kept at 34psi) . Put on my temp tire and have been trying to get ahold of the owner cause apparently no one else can pull up files or whatnot. I drive there today because anytime I m met with someone over the phone, it s like I m talking to a 12 year old. Not a smart one either. Of course when I arrive and fill in the person up front on my situation and ask for them to see when it was purchased and magically those files don t exist. even though I verified over the phone, originally, that I can in fact validate purchases from their end with the right info. Of course after they find out I m there to ask about replacing my defective tire, my information does not exist.Summary*fraudulent charges - adding charges for services they did not provide*terrible customer service despite being polite to them*liarsDo not do business here. Under the circumstance something goes wrong with their product they will not fulfill warrantees or their return policy and will over charge you.

Not sure where to start, I purchased a leveling kit, wheels and tires from Muhammad. Including new alignment. Keep in mind my truck was brand new off the lot (Toyota tundra 1794) the alignment was never felt right.after driving the truck 2500 miles alignment got really bad so I went to Clark s and frame witch specialized on alignment. They discovered that the alignment that California wheels was done really bad. And one tires gad developed a bubble. So after paying to get everything fixed That he ruined, I go see him to see how he can help on the repairs and getting a new tire sense it should be on a manufactured warranty. He No explanation on the alignment and that the tires had no warranty. And that he could not help in anyway. But me purchase another tire for $500. So after me being really upset I call Toyo company. And the tires did have a manufacture warranty and a 45 thousand mile warranty. So they made him replace it. So then after going back to have him mount the tire they broke my wheel sensor. Witch he refused to let me know. So after all this I leave his shop and my truck still drives horrible. So clearly I am never going back, so I make an appointment with American tires to check everything he touched, and sure enough the balance on all tires where not done right and one wheel didn t even have weights, and another had to many. So after another $500 my truck is running like it should. California wheels and tires clearly don t know what they are doing, and Muhammad does not take any responsibility on the horrible work he does. I will never go back. And I hope no one else gets taken advantage of by this company.

Don t come here this place ruined the stud of my cars wheel with hammering and applying unnecessary force on it. Surprisingly don t no repair it and even the owner was not not willing to repair it . They are liars !!! Do yourself a favor don t come here Please save your money , your safety first this business doesn t care about your safety they want your money !!!

Owner doesn't care at all about customers at all. He literally said " if its not about the money, I dont care about it". I would give a zero if I could. I called the day prior before to instal my rims and tires I bought from there to make sure they had everything I needed. They advised "no problem come down". I get there and they didn't have parts I asked about the day prior. Then advised me to come back the following day. I said I live a hr away and was misinformed. The owner could care less. No customer service!

Firestone said they couldn t take care of my tire because they were closing in 9 minutes and offered this location that they said was open until 7. My two tires were going flat FAST. I got there and the guy said that they are only open that late during the summer, but unlike Firestone they were willing to take care of my emergency. By that point I was nearly riding the wheel frame.They got it done real fast, two tires for $200. They were willing to take care of an emergency and that meant a lot to me. They didn t tell me to attempt to come back tomorrow riding rims. They were a blessing and I can t recommend them enough.

Bought a Lexus IS350 from a nearby dealer. Part of the deal was new tires. Car went here for tires. Got the car back with wrong size tires and both rear wheels on one side of the car. Got that corrected after waiting around for 5+ hours. Now I go to check my lug nut torque and these guys tightened all the lugs to approximately 200ft/lbs, which if you don't know, is over double what any modern vehicle takes. They also scratched the wheels super bad on all 4. After retorquing the lugs, it seems that the ridiculously high torque the shop applied warped my wheels and/or my rotors. Gonna be thousands to have repaired.

Got our 4Runner lifted today. They did a really good job on the lift. Good pricing for both alignment and lift. Customer service was great. They gave us a good estimated time and vehicle was done in the same day. Very happy we chose to go with this place cause my time got wasted with another shop yesterday. California wheels & tires were super professional. Thank you for making us happy!

I ve been coming to DJ now for years. I m not sure why the negative reviews if all the times I ve been here it s been great. I always take my tracks in to get a new set of wheels and a lift kit. DJ and his staff are super knowledgeable and experienced. The best thing is that they offer the best price is in the whole area. You can go ahead and call other places but they don t be price or service here. One thing I love the most is they usually always have everything in stock they have a huge warehouse unlike other places where you have to wait days.

I live in Reno Nv. I visited the store and made a purchase assuming they knew what they were doing. I picked up my order and they had ordered the wrong size wheels even though I asked for a staggered set. Being that I had traveled back to Reno (150 miles away) I had to handle the exchange over the phone. What a nightmare!!!When trying to return the wheels and tires for the right size I was lied to and given the run around fir so long I just found someone else to deal with and exchanged the wheels and tires with another company. These people are terrible and do nothing but lie. Never will I do business with them again and warn anyone reading this to BEWARE!!! They are dishonest and only wanted the money. The manager is terrible and a liar as well as the front counter person as she was the one who ordered wrong and then kept lieing whenever I called to try and rectify things. BEWARE!!!

Really enjoyed my experience at this shop. Junior was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got the rims, tires and leveling kit I wanted in less than 2 hours. Saved over $500 from the competition in Sacramento and the inventory was the best I ve found yet. Definitely taking my vehicles here from now on. A business ran correctly. Don t look elsewhere. I already wasted that time for you. Financed it partially and that was also painless.

I had my truck lifted 6 inches here and they got me in and out with the lift kit installed in no time. Then I came back to purchase my wheels and tires here for the great deals and huge selection of offroad rims and tires. The best part of this business is the family owned customer service. They uphold all of ethics you would expect from a family owned business. This is my shop.

Brought my truck in for a new tires and wheels but had no idea what I wanted. They recommended a couple brands that they carry but were open to using any wheel or tire brand that I preferred. I ended up buying wheels from a different online shop and having them shipped to this place. I had the 6 inch lift put on, with 20 inch wheels and 35s tires. Super stoked on the outcome! After driving off the lot, a warning light came on. I called the shop and they had be bringing it in whenever I could. Took it in the next day and they were able to fix the issue within 10 mins. I d definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I looked around a few tire shops in sac area to replace my stock wheels and tires for my Toyota Tundra . This place looked clean and looked like they new what they were doing . Wrong!!!! Manager promised my wheels would not rub after he modified bumper a little .. wrong!! I had to do it myself . His alignment machine also scuffed all four of my brand new wheels. When I asked what he could do to make it right like replace the brand new wheels he told me nothing he can do about it .then just closed his shop door . Will not recommend at all . If you take your truck here to get wheels and get black wheels beware. Will leave a perfect scuff mark in your rim right where there alignment hooks up to your wheel . Take your truck somewhere else. Would give them a zero if I could . Very disappointing.

I got my rims and my tires changed here a few months ago. And after they changed my tires I took my car out for a drive but then I noticed my care started making this weird noise and my wheels were shaky. So I went back and asked what was wrong but they told me they couldn t help me and I had to pay more to get it fixed right after I just paid to get everything changed. The owner was rude and was not helpful at all. Don t come here and waste your money.

He is a deceiving unprofessional owner and a thief. I order some chevy replica wheels for my truck and they mounted replicas for a gmc. He said he was gonna get the correct ones but he just stringing me along for months. But looks like he needs my $2,500 more than anything. I guess running a mediocre business where he taking money from people he be deceiving works for him. He's a coward as he stopped replying to the BBB.

I was looking for some parts for my lexus and this person (Mark Valleh) who was advertising this shop all over his facebook page basically took my money and ran. If this person does not work here, please let me know so I can remove my review. This person lied, stole my money and puts a damper on this establishment.

This place is awesome. I ve ran over so many nails and these guys always make the time to take care of us.Upgrading rims and tires no problem. These guys are awesome. They even fixed my husband s breaks for a price we could afford.

These guys took good care of me! I brought my 2016 4Runner with my own purchased lift kit (toytecboss) and got some wheels and tires and did my alignment. I would definitely come back if anything

I would not recommend this tire shop I put a lift kit in my truck and was charged 200 dollars for an alignment that was never done. The rear lift was higher than the front I was not happy with their job. They were not willing to work with me to fix what they did. I called them several times. They have absolutely horrible service and are very unprofessional. I would not even reccomend to my wost enemy.

Paid for some new 20s and tires and the owner gave me the cheapest set of tires n wanted to charge me 300 extra for some name brand tires, which I specifically asked him what tires was he putting on n he said some good ones, so I said ok. Said my tires were worth $700 so I said ok but gave me some tbb tires which are worth 400-450. Then he tried to lie to me saying that the tires were already mounted which he took the display off the show room n mounted new tires on there. This place is not honest and fair.

These guys have been totally awesome with customer service. I bought 4new tires for my SUV here at a great price. They've gone above and beyond to take great care of me on routine services.
