If i could leave zero starts I would. My car was taken to this shop to get it evaluated additionally by my insurance to see if it would qualify for a total loss. I did not hear from the shop until days after and they stated they had found additional damage but it did not qualify for a total loss (which i was ok with). I told them i did not want to fix it there and I wanted to take elsewhere. They then called me back & stated that they had already started to do work on the car WITHOUTMY AUTHORIZATION. They were instructed to stop any work they did and my car would be picked up. My car was delivered to me IN PEICES and with trash in it (pictures attached. This is not how my car should have been given to me. This was completely out of line and flat out illegal for them to to do work on a car without ANY authorization. If i had time I would seek legal action, because my car is completely undrivable now and really is just junk sitting on the road.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Joel and his team did a fantastic job on painting the hood of my truck. Joel walked me through the process and provided a transparent quote for the work. His quote was competitive with other body shops in the area. California Auto was attentive to details. Did a great job! Check out the before/after photos. They stand by their work with a phenomenal warranty that s included in the pricing.

Very, very pleased with the repair on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The paint job is outstanding. Perfectly blended and like new. The car was cleaned inside and out and smells great. They were the lowest estimate of all the shops I visited and their work is far better than the shop I had used prior. They completed on time snd on estimate. Highly recommend.

After ten years of saving for a vehicle, I found a used one that I loved. It only needed work on the bumper, door and wheel well to be perfect. I took the vehicle to California Auto Body North and worked with Victor. He was polite, quick to respond, and had our vehicle in for the repairs within a week. We were quoted for the repairs, and our vehicle was ready within the time allotted. Upon picking up the vehicle, Victor was honest and adjusted our price quote by about $500 less because there was a section of the bumper that he was able to buff out and did not have to paint. This integrity is valued as a customer and appreciated beyond my review can express. He could have easily charged me the quote price, and I would have never known the difference. The work completed is impeccable and our car looks brand new! I have included the before and after photos. Could not be happier with the work and the service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome job on my car, I was very satisfied with the work as if I was never in an accident. They were quick and were very communicative. I asked if they could replace my broken fog light because it would be difficult for me to get to it and they replaced it for me! Great work and overall great customer service!

They did quality work and have friendly staff. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of a few communication issues that resulted in some delays. It was a work truck, so every day it was down cost me

I just can t say enough about such GOOD service, repair, work ethics, and kindness. They did an exceptional job! 10 stars! We even had a little problem after the repair and they were right on it, no hassle. My beloved 1999 Honda Civic was stolen and the bumper damaged so that it was hanging loose when I got the car back. The original estimate I got from another auto body location was absurdly high. CA Auto Body North not only gave me a reasonable quote, they completed the work beautifully and even attended to a couple details I hadn't thought to ask for, like removing all the glue from the duct tape I'd used to temporarily secure the part. I was so impressed with that! They also replaced the trim around my windows which was showing its age a bit. My car looks years younger and I am so happy with their service! They made this process easy and pleasant. I recommend them without reservation. Its so nice to find a company that goes above and beyond these days!Service: Body & Trim

I absolutely love the staff here. My car was in their shop for about 2 1/2 weeks to get repairs done after a car accident. They were so on top of keeping me informed about the progress on my car and estimating the time it would be done. I got daily pictures of the progress on my car, which I loved. The front office staff was so nice and always very helpful and assuring. The guys did an amazing job fixing my car, it's back to looking brand new. I'm so happy. Would definitely recommend them.

I can t say enough about this place. I called for an estimate and Junior was able to see me right away, assess my car issues expertly, and get me back on the road. He was able to find the part I needed immediately for cheap to give me a great deal on an estimate. Once he had the part, he was able to fix my car same day. He even gave me a ride home while I waited. When I got my car back, I was impressed with the with they did and they even vacuumed my floor mats. Super friendly front staff which made the whole process that much better. 10/10 would recommend California auto body north!

Just such a fantastic company! Easy to work with, the staff took personal interest in my issue and paid me the attention that made me feel they wanted my business. Their quote for the work was fair and maybe even a bit cheaper than the competition. Their facility was well organized and equipped to handle most issues. I even overheard a rep tell a customer that his only problem was burned out bulbs. They could have sold him new headlights or wiring but they didn't and instead went with honesty and integrity.

I am thankful to California Auto Body on Auburn Blvd, Sacramento. I was in an accident on March 20, 2019. My car was in the shop on March 27, 2019. They stayed in touch throughout the process. When the repair was delayed, they were on the phone letting me know why. I received my car fully repaired and detailed on April 2, 2019. Everything was great and just glad to have my car back. I mainly dealt with Junior who was fantastic. Jessica was great on keeping me updated.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good, reliable, affordable repair shop.

This has to be one of the worst shops in the Sacramento area. I came to this shop because of all the good reviews i seen online and i got the worst quality I've ever seen in my life. There customer service was great but the quality of there work is horrible. Pin stripes were done terribly wrong my door droppes every time i open it. Front and rear bumpers don't match up to the fenders. Swirls all over the car where they tried to buff it. This isn't even half the things that are wrong or the issues i had with them. Over $8,000 job and didn't even get half of what was paid for honestly. Needless to say stay away from this shop if you want good quality workServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional and courteous employees. The person at the front desk is very friendly and professional. I had Flawless experience of getting the catalytic converter of my Toyota Prius. Justin helped me and kept me updated throughout the process. The car was ready to pick up at the given time. Overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend. Also Justin help me to get my catalytic converter secured from theft. Except both cash and card.

Went in November for repair and Still waiting on a part I was told my car needed in DECEMBER! They do good work, but service sucks. I had to call repeatedly abt the status of work on my car and was treated like I was a bother!February 11th I Returned for an estimate, seeing as they just worked on my car... haven't heard ANYTHING back

My Nissan Rogue was involved in a fender bender- not my fault! California Auto Body was a preferred shop on the list provided by our insurance company. From the first telephone conversation with Junior I felt comfortable asking questions. When I arrived at the shop, Junior had just finished preparing for his lunch break. I apologized for interrupting his break, he was gracious and quickly helped me get on my way. Junior evaluated my car's damage, contacted the rental car company and had me on my way in less than twenty minutes. He went over the paperwork, asked if I had any questions and promised my vehicle would be ready in three days. I received a call within two days. My car looked great when I arrived at the shop! They even detailed my car, vacuuming cracker and snack crumbs from ungodly crevices in the back seat from where my son's car seat accumulates treasures! Junior was pleasant, not once making me feel like I was being taken advantage. We even chatted about Pinterest! :)Moral of the story... If your car needs help, go see Junior at California Auto Body North!

Again, I was amazed at the professional staff and treatment by Junior and Victor. I highly recommend California Auto Body North. I can not give enough praise. From the moment I handed them my car keys until they handed them back it was all about their service. They go the extra mile. I have never had a better experience . They really care about their clients. They returned my car in show room condition. I was very impressed.

Took my car in to have scratches repaired that I was getting done for free from Carvana (scratches happened in transit) and they buffed out the scratches instead of trying to charge me $1500+ to repaint the panel and hood. Very honest people.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I hadn't been involved in an accident in over 20 years. My luck ran out, and I had several thousands of $$ damage to be repaired. The staff at Californiad body were patient, and professional thought out the body repair process. They kept me updated via telephone and messaging. Provided me transport to and from the repair shop, when needed. Great job to the front office staff who were kind, and courteous. Process was smooth, I don't want go through it again of course, i.e an accident, but if I wanted some body repair work, I would check with them first

Great job. Im very pleased with the work. Junior was great and very professional. Quality work. Would love to bring my old school there but unfortunately they dont do work on classics. My 2013 gt mustang went in with substantial amount of damage . Car was done in very fast time frame , way faster then expected, and looks just like it did when i bought it off the lot if not better. Would highly recommend

Got a small dent the size of a baseball above the driver's side rear tire well. Was recommended to this shop from AAA and I must say that I could not be happier. Junior greeted me immediately as I walked in. Jumped right up and dropped what he was doing in order to come take a look at the dent. After some quick assessment he made the arrangements and took the car from me right there on the spot. He had one of the other people from the shop take me over and drop me off at Hertz rent a car around the corner.The work was done well, in a timely manner, and the level of honesty and professionalism is something I am not used to seeing in the auto repair industry. I will highly recommend others to visit Junior at California Auto Body North.

One of the shops that will do shady stuff behind your back, when you bring you car in for just an estimate they will give you a hard time when you chose to get a second opinion! Don't trust them!

These guys are a Joke. I took my truck to them through AAA and I regret it very much. They pulled a scam by not painting my truck I think they thought they could get by just spraying a clear coat cause the damage wasn't very noticeable unless you are in the sun. Either they pulled a scam or just did a horrible job Either way they didn't honor their life time warranty and when I bring it to them to fix they cover up the scratches with wax and blame my washing on the issue. It looks so bad that I'd rather spay the thing down with primer then to let these guys touch my truck again. Besides that they did a bad job putting the pieces of the truck back together. I wish I went somewhere else and you would too, I feel that they scammed me and it might have to end up in court.

I found the people at California Auto Body very professional and courteous. You can't even tell there was damage to my car, it looks great. I got my car back in the time promised. The facility is clean and organized.

California auto body Auburn Blvd Sscramento , I have used this company 4 times for auto body damage. I choose them Everytime through insurance . Victor the owner helped me over 23 years ago and I have never gone anywhere else . Over the years I have delt with other mechanics that he has working with him .Matt at California Auto body just suprised me with my car tonight . Truly thankful for all his updates and his crew for the fine work . Highly recommend this company if ever if need Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Subaru impreza 2019 had the left side pushed in a bit by a hit and run. They fixed it up and I cant tell any differences.The staff was compassionate and easy to work with. The mechanics gave useful tips for maintenance too.

Absolutely the BEST Shop FATHER and SON and front Ladies are friendly, Cute and always on time. They go the extra mile and deserve 10 stars. They have done about 5 cars for me and all were done with Mercedes-Benz quality, Thank you very much.

If you want to feel confident about repairs to your vehicle, I highly recommend that you choose CA Auto Body North. I had taken my car to a shop down the street that waives the deductible, my car sat untouched fir a week, told it would be ready in 7 days, it changed to 2 more weeks, I was paying $190.00 weekly for the rental car, the other shop damaged my door of a new 2018 Honda Accord Sport Turbo (black), they damaged my door, left rear view, and my wheel, only paid for the door and refused to pay for the remaining damages. (Do not go down the street (Platinum, PAB) and let them sell you on the deductive being waived - warning! It cost me soo much more) I went to see Steven and Sammie and that was a Monday (8/12 and they completed by repairs by 8/16) a $13,8000. repair job. They care, they have integrity and I would go no where else but here! Dr. J. Rodriguez - extremely satisfied customer.
