Specifically worked with Justin, Chris, and Taylor; all were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. They stayed in touch regarding the progress of my vehicle. Fast service, great people.Their detailer left my car better than when I dropped it off.Overall, great work!

I have had nothing but issues since I walked in there doors. No one at the counter to speak to me for 30 minutes. Then was told it would be ready in 5 days, called in 5 days later because no one gave me an update. Then they stated they needed it another week! Called in again a week later(again no update or calls provided) told that they need it for another week that it was going in for paint. Called again this Monday to speak to them and was told that it was going into paint that it would be ready today. Called this morning to find out about what time it would be ready for pick up and was told yet again it is going into paint that it won't be ready for a few days. I should state that this is for a bumper! My insurance is no longer cover the rental as it has now take over 3 weeks! Every time I call they have no explanation as to why it's taking so long. The employees are not helpful and the lady that answered the phone was rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LOCATION. STOCKTON BLVD IN SACRAMENTO.

Absolute Trash. They keep my car for almost 3 months for a simple bumper repair. When I finally get it back, it wasn t flush!! If have to wait so long at least do it right. Also one of the receptionist was nice, the other one not so much

I walked into this place and everybody is smiling ready to help me. Justin was very helpful answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car in good hands. I got my car back and I am satisfied with everything they did for me. Thanks guys

They did a great job with the repairs. Due to the plandemic, Biden's "logistic issues" have become everyone's issues. We had to wait more than a month for something that normally would have taken a week. Communication was good until after we got the car back -minus one minor shield that was not sent correctly by their vendor. If I had not called today, 3 weeks after getting the car back, we wouldn't have known it had finally arrived.

I selected this shop to repair my car after it was involved in a minor accident. Jose walked me through the steps and explained the process. He also kept me updated and was always available to answer any questions I had. When I picked up the car it looked better than expected. Great customer service! I would recommend this location!

I normally Do Not make reviews at all but my experience with this shop was honestly horrible. I had brought my car in on March 14th due to someone hitting my car at work and left me with a big door ding, and did not receive my car until April 26th. In the beginning I was told that my car was suppose to be done within 11 days, but it just kept getting pushed back. The first time I called to check up they kept forwarding my calls and didn't answer for 3 days. Then when they finally did answer they would say to leave my name and number as if they didn't have it already and that they would call me back but never would. Then when I came to picking up my car I noticed that they did replace my cracked windshield for free but then I also noticed that there were scratches on the rear bumper and I pointed it out. They were able to find someone to get them out, but why say my car is nicely washed and ready when there were obviously scratches that weren't there before. Another thing was that when I was going over the paperwork with them they said that I didn't have to pay anything but then they came back with another packet saying that I still had to pay my deductible. I also noticed that my car had an extra 1k miles on it but when I brought it up to them they said it was because the Calibration team had to drive it for a couple minutes to make sure everything calibrated okay. I was confused because that made no sense. But all in all I will not be returning to this shop in the future.

Caliber did an awesome job on the repairs of my truck after it was hit. They kept me informed through every step of the repairs through text messages and phone calls. Very friendly staff, Denix was very helpful in explaining the whole process. I like the fact they kept me updated on the whole process from start to finish. I really recommend Caliber Collision to anybody that needs any body work. Big thank you Rachel and Denix for all your help..

I want to rate them less than 5 stars because of the time frame for the repairs that were needed. 24 business days seemed like an excessive amount of time for a front bumper replacement. My man Justin was pretty cool to work with. He is not going to blow anyone away with constant communication but he was very accommodating in our interactions. I was in a service advisor position prior and feel for him. I had to deal with Caliber and my own customers cars with way to many bad experiences to have any expectations for a smooth transaction. Justin(the short one) was easy to work with and did not hide from the issues for the most part. Recommend Justin but would look into another body shop. Justin 5 stars and Caliber gets 1.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very poor communication and work not done in a timely fashion with the dates they give you. False promises, damaged my vehicle during repairs and had to keep for extra longer period, left white stains on the body if my truck that wouldnt come off, work being done on my truck was not clean. I had this plate thing fall off my vehicle. It sits right under the vehicle. I needed it fixed fast and stopped by here. Matt was super friendly and was able to check it out and help me fix it right way. The service was A1. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Matt! Definitely made my day.

Great work, I mean Great work. Bad communication, and completion date was pushed out 4 times. That was my only gripe. I had to come out of pocket for the rental car which is my own fault for not getting that with my insurance. So the date being pushed back 4 times really sucked. I was hesitant to use the insurance recommended shop, but when my typical body shop was unavailable, I had no choice. They were amazing and friendly. They kept my updated on all aspects of my car. The staff was great. The only thing I would say is prepare to wait a little longer for parts because of the supply issues that we all are experiencing. Parts being available was the only hiccup, but that was out of their control. However, I appreciate the lengths they went through to get those parts. They went and picked up several parts instead of waiting for them to be shipped.Service: Body & Trim

This shop is very good at what they do. I worked with my specialist name Justin and he did a great job making sure that I was kept in the loop the whole process. I'm extremely impressed with the Work Caliber did on my 2015 Toyota Camry XLE. The paint job is beautiful and the replacement parts fit perfectly. Moreover, they kept me informed on the entire process, and their Customer Service was great. I recommend their services to anyone who wants their car repairs done right. The body works good don't clean up after themselves with compound my seats, floors were covered they removed everything I have cream inside left dirty outside Dusty dirty. This place is not for customers love keeping vehicle detail in and out district manager saw me trying to clean came to assist. Bad location which I knew tiny squeeze place easy to get your vehicle scratched up there.Service: Body & Trim
