Worst experience ever from a professional body shop. The staff was rude and unprofessioanl. It took 34 days for a dent in a door and hood to be repainted. There are chips in the paint on the door that was repainted. I even had to submit an ethics claim to there HR department to finally get some what the level of service that should have been received when I dropped my car off. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.Service: Painting

Caliber Collision did an awesome job on my vehicle. Eric kept me informed all the time I did not need to call them. Car was done in time they said it would be done. I found this Caliber Collision shop on Google search. I'm glad that I found them. I had my doubts when I saw the surrounding neighborhood. But the cleanliness of the shop and the way they handled my claim quickly diminished any concerns that I had. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Nothing is perfect in this world, but the repairs and paint job that this Caliber shop did on my car was near perfect. Also, I give kudos to two important lady employees. Dori and Heather helped me through the whole process. They are Great employees that care about their customers.

Heather really went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. My car has been plagued with issues that other shops, even when given multiple chances, could not rectify fully. Heather took care of all of them in one go, not only prioritizing my convenience, but also performed stellar customer service.

My car had never had any physical damage, so I already was not looking forward to this process because I knew it was going to be difficult and probably expensive. I was pleasantly surprised with how wrong I was! They made sure that I was benefiting from all of what my insurance had to offer, and the repairman, Eric, was kind, thorough, and very good at his job. My car looked beautiful! I hadn't seen it in such a condition since I purchased it. The customer service and professionalism they provided was the best I've experienced in a while. Cindy was my advisor, and she was great. She routinely provided status updates, was very responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Customer service is clearly a priority, and I wish more businesses treated their customers like this.

Caliber collision came through at the Lexington location went the extra mile to get my vehicle ready to be repaired, thanks to Heather S and last but not least the person who did the estimate @ 7500 Folsom. This assures me that I m going to get quality service form well qualified technicians . I ll always tell everyone I know where to receive the very best service for there is should the need ever arise to have collision repair .

I can't say enough nice things about my experience. All the employees that came in contact with were wonderful. Heather was amazing. Definitely recommend. I took my 2021 C300 here and felt treated with more honesty, respect, kindness and attention to detail there than any place. I've taken my Mercedes.

Alex at Caliber collision went over and beyond to make sure that my super car was back in my garage as soon as possible, even with the rare German parts that take many months to get due to covid, he called around to find my vehicle the parts where we could get them sooner. His expertise in the car game made me comfortable and confident that my car with him the right hands. He communicated directly with the insurance company to get what was needed completed. Im beyond happy with his service! Somebody give this man a raise!! : ) Thank you for everything, we can t thank you enough!

When I drived my car to there for them repair, they don't take me back to home, I think that's the most basic service,but they don't have. For my car, somewhere is not fixed, they said that wasn't damaged, insurance will not cover it. But It's open. They don't want to fix it. the real price was more the doubles then the estimated.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

ABOVE & BEYOND THE BEST SERVICE! It was absolute pleasure to deal with such an honest, caring and helpful group of people. From the front desk to the service advisor, nothing but responsiveness and respect. I highly recommend this business. I was rear ended and went to this location for body work on my car. This location, and service tech Eric, provided some of the best customer service I ve ever received in any business setting. Eric kept me informed throughout the entire process, and finished the work way ahead of schedule. They even had a driver ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle to take me to the rental car agency and scheduled the pick up of the rental when I picked up my car.
