Caliber Collision offers convenience as we as outstanding customer service. While having repairs done, the rental I was provided had been dropped off to me where it was also picked up once repairs were completed. The communication and updates on vehicle repairs were constant and detailed. Very good experience and the quality of the repairs is excellent.

This location has outstanding customer service plus the speak Spanish too! I got my car fixed at this location and the employee luis had great communication and explained to us in detail how it all was going to work out. He assured us that it was all going to come out perfectly. And it did! If you ever need your car fixed I recommend this location

I took my vehicle in on a Monday was promised by Friday need less to say didn't revive my vehicle back until the following Thursday with a broke button and the detail that was in the estimate was not done. Had too take my vehicle back in to fix the button. This shops employees have poor communication skills and the quality of the work is horrible. Highly not recommended

I have used Caiber Natomas twice now and the service and professionalism is top notch!! Their employees are great to work with: they are super nice, explain to you the services they recommend in detail, update you along the way while your vehicle is being repaired and their work is flawless. Diana and Isaiah are amazing and super sweet. Its a bitter sweet situation but if you ever need your vehicle repaired after a collision, TAKE IT TO CALIBER NATOMAS!!

I took my car in for repairs to the back end. They initially estimated approximately 2 weeks for the repair. If you want communication on what s going on with your car, this is not the place to be. My representative Chris contacted me once at the very start with a 2 week estimate on time this was almost a month ago. I was told after the first day that my parts were already in so it was just labor. I m now being told that one of the parts ordered that came in a week ago (which I was initially told were all already here and received) is defective but they will either have to use the defective part or they will have to wait for a back ordered part leaving me without a car for additional time which they have no idea what amount of time it will be. I ve only received updates a total of twice and I had to call to get any update at all and it s like pulling teeth out. The representative himself attepmted to tell me that I said it was ok the last time I called him which I know I didn t say. I also wasn t told that there were parts either not received or just received and wasn t informed more time was needed.

I recently had a rather disheartening experience with Caliber Collision. The entire process was marked by missed deadlines and lack of communication.One of the primary issues I encountered was the failure of Caliber Collision to meet multiple deadlines. What was initially promised as a 2 day repair process turned into a prolonged week and half ordeal. It seemed that each deadline set for the completion of the work was consistently missed, leaving me in the dark about when I could expect to have my vehicle returned.Equally frustrating was the lack of communication throughout the entire ordeal. I found it extremely challenging to get updates on the status of my vehicle, despite making repeated attempts to contact Caliber Collision. Phone calls and texts went unanswered, and when I did manage to speak with someone, the information provided was false promise and unhelpful. It left me feeling neglected and frustrated with the overall customer service experience.

Very satified with all the repairs done in my car. They keep you informed and up-to-date with the repairs that are being done. Timewise it all the depends how bad is your car my took about a month. I definitely recommend this shop they do an excellent job!

Fantastic service! The staff gave consistent updates twice a week. My car looked as good as new when I got it back fully repaired a few weeks ago, washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside.

Very professional repair shop. I was informed of the repair process from drop off to pick up and I was not disappointed in the work they completed. My vehicle was hit by a car that rolled right into my driver back and a big rig crashed into my passenger side and at pick up. You would not have been able to tell if the vehicle was ever involved in an accident. Great work and very professional

Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my 2022 Jetta that was hit by a driver not paying attention. Great customer service and car was fixed by estimated date. Their work is quality and Sara Atwater was an awesome staff to work with she kept me up to date thru the whole process.

Kat and the team at Caliber have been incredibly helpful! My car needs to be transferred to the Caliber in Antelope, and they have patiently worked with me and my insurer and have gone above and beyond to make sure my repairs get taken care of. Incredible customer service! This is why I only use Caliber for my auto body repairs.

TL;DR - don't do your business here if you value your time and expect them to perform on their promises.1 - failed to be ready to perform estimate at time of appointment2 - failed to communicate disruption in their schedule3 - failed to maintain consistent story about the schedule disruption causeThis review is not about actual body work results. I cannot comment on that as I have not experienced that part of the service. I value my time and my car more than to trust with it to people who's best effort and processes fail at the scheduling and estimation phase.Location claims to have no walk-ins policy, only scheduled appointments (that is fine, up to them how they take in customers), so I had scheduled an appointment, provided insurance info including claim # and my contact details. What is not fine is that when you sacrifice part of your breakfast or whatever else you could use your time productively for in the morning in order to arrive on time for your early morning estimate appointment you are told they will only be able to look at your car in a "moment" (which after clarification questions happens to be 20 minutes or so). Declared reason being that one of their colleagues called "out" and a person meant to be doing my estimate is busy with a walk-in client. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with such scheduling I was told that they are doing their best to accommodate all their customers. When asked about the mentioned early "walk-in" and "no walk-in policy" the receptionist lady reversed her story and denied mentioning a walk-in said that the customer is also per appointment.Eventually within rather 5 minutes another employee came out to me and informed started asking questions if I contacted StateFarm and if I told StateFarm that I will be coming to their location because StateFarm per her statement did not send policy information to them. Sorry, but that was first time I heard that I have to contact StateFarm and tell them anything. I provided my policy and claim information upon appointment scheduling and since CC claims to be "working" with StateFarm totally reasonably expected them to figure their business out amongst themselves. (Note: StateFarm is not my insurance - it is the at-fault party insurance company, collision incident happened months ago).I am not doing collision repair on my car 52 times a year. I have no idea what normal or abnormal processes are and who I should call when and tell what. They are doing their business daily and know what they need, from whom and when. So I expect them to at least tell me what I need to do that they cannot do themselves. It is their job if they want my business. But seems like our expectations do not match.
