I am very disappointed with my experience here. They did a poor job of fixing my car. They made me wait in the lobby for about an hour while my car was being "detailed" but when I had checked the car there was caked dust everywhere and found some parts weren't seated back properly (see below). There are also weird grease stains on my driver seat and center console. I had to clean everything when I got home. I'm not sure why Claudia had asked me if it's ok not to dry the car because it's definitely not been washed. I get that it's raining and there was no point in drying but they could've washed the car like they said they would.My lift gate button housing is also off (they claimed they didn't touch it but the work order clearly shows that they had removed the lift gate). My rear bumper which they had replaced isn't perfectly sealed around the passenger side rear break light housing (see below, I had included the driver side for comparison). The accident had happened on the driver side so I'm not sure why the bumper isn't done correctly on the passenger side. They didn't bother addressing the low tire pressure indicator (it wasn't on when I gave it to them and I took it to the dealer to get it fixed).I'm wondering if making you wait in the lobby till closing is part of their general strategy of rushing you out the door with no questions asked and without a proper inspection before release signature.I won't use this shop again.

My wife and I are so satisfied with the service provided by Savanna. She was always so helpful and has a great attitude. She worked hard to correct the issues I had with my vehicle. All along being extremely professional. We are so impressed. Thank you Savanna!

Avoid this shop at all costs. The repair job took 6 months with regional management involvement and in the end the car was taken to a different shop to fix all the issues, replace the damaged parts (damaged by the aburn shop employees) and the damaged parts post the accident that weren't even replaced by the shop on aburn blvd. At all costs, avoid this shop. The car was finally fixed at Caliber in Roseville and this is the first couple of days that I'm driving it without all the broken parts, parts falling off the vehicle, odd noises, and the pulling of the steering wheel to the right. Accident date march 2023, today is mid-October of 2023. Just a few photos. One after the accident and the rest are after repairs at Auburn blvd

I could not be happier with this company. Their commitment to customer service is like American Express. They are committed to everything they do, bodywork communication with customers, timely responses and time efficient. I absolutely enjoyed working with Savannah and Kayla. I don t know what I would ve done without their commitment to get my car to me as soon as possible. Savannah kept me up-to-date on day-to-day basis to make sure I knew what was going on with my car. Kayla checked in with me time to time to make sure I was happy with the service that was provided. This is a fantastic company and even better team at this particular branch. Thank you so much for getting my car back to me. I m going to miss talking to you guys.

We chose this shop based on reviews and happy we did. Joy, Claudia and Savannah were all so professional and friendly to work with. We were kept informed of status of repairs thru the entire process. Had our Jeep back within 2 weeks.

My 2021 Jeep Compass was towed to Caliber Collision approximately at the end of February 2024 due to it would not start and when I jump started the Jeep wouldn't hold a charge. We had an extreme rain storm where my complex parking lot was Simi flooded. No rain had gotten into the interior of the Jeep, thank God. After multiple diagnostic testing it was concluded that it was both batteries that needed to be replaced. After receiving my Jeep on 03/20/2024 I noticed my battery charge was down to 10.8 volts. I called Caliber Collision back and was told to bring the Jeep BACK so that the alternator could be tested. If Caliber Collision did multiple diagnostic tests on my Jeep why wasn't the alternator tested in the first place?! Last week I started seeing pinkish fluid on the ground. I called Caliber Collision regarding this AGAIN. I was told over the telephone I might need another repair! See how Caliber Collision is trying to rack up money on people. Nickel & Diming you. Is this Caliber Collision ethical business practices. Bring your vehicle to us so we will "fix your vehicle" the incompetent way. Then you will be so desperate and possibly get fire or demoted due to missing deadlines at work trying to fix a problem that Caliber Collision caused. Who in the world has time to keep bringing their vehicle back and forth to the auto shop? Enquiring minds want to know Caliber Collision. I headed into work Saturday 4/6/2024 early morning when my Jeep started over heating. All the transmission fluid is gone from the Jeep. I started a new job in San Francisco. Caliber Collision has costed me so much money. Now, I'm looking at the possibility of have to replace the transmission due to the incompetence of the mechanics at Caliber Collision. Anyone can take anything apart. A skilled individual, a skilled competent individual knows how to put something back together properly. This is obviously something Caliber Collision doesn't require their mechanics to possess. May I remind everyone that this is a 2021 Jeep Compass! Clean car report. Meaning, I bought this vehicle towards the end of last year 2023. Only driven locally. On 3/20/2024 was the 1st time I was driving this Jeep further than Rocklin, California. So I'm not in the mood to hear some trumped up lie about how far I drive. I know how dirty mechanics are!In addition, California has a mind blowing homeless population due to multiple issue that have nothing to do with Caliber Collision, BUT is this how you treat the single mothers that need their vehicles to get to work and to get their children to school and such? It's an ETHICAL obligation to have ETHICAL business practices Caliber Collision! This isn't the kind of place you want to rate since no one wants their car in shop due to an accident, but I must say this location did pretty good with keeping me up to date with the progress. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because there were 2 push back due to the incorrect part, delayed pick up twice and also I had to return back because the fender clip was not secure and the fender popped. They indicated that it could be because the clip was not OEM however after a slight adjustment made, it seems to be ok...for now...fingers crossed.

They did amazing on fixing my front end on my 2020 nissan. Ask for Melanie She is the best. She gave amazing updates every step of the way.

They are all very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for their customers needs. This shop does amazing work and they also offer lifetime warranty on everything they do. Thank you for making this difficult so easy to get through.

Horrible experience. Do NOT go here. They do not give you what you pay for. And they don't put your car back together correctly. They got GRAY overspray on my BLACK CAR. And tried to cover it up by "detailing" it for me. But I'm not an idiot, it's super obvious. I would research other repair shops before you chose them. I made the mistake by allowing my insurance adjuster to set up for me, and later read the reviews, big mistake, will not happen again

My car s front was damaged in an accident.The good: The staff are friendly, Melanie was helpful and professional. The manager Jeff is very knowledgeable and very helpful.The bad: Melanie moved to another location and the new staff is not that responsive. We seldom got insurance and repair updates and we had to email/call a lot to communicate with the shop and insurance. A lot of delays than estimated. The repair is generally OK, but nobody cares about your car more than yourself. I have a few complaints about the work done on my car. First, they drained my battery before any work started (they called in third party to charge the battery since my car is plug-in hybrid). I doubt they did not close my car door firmly. Second, the coolant level was well below the minimum when I picked up my car (the car s radiator was replaced). If I did not open the hood and check by myself, I am not sure how much it would affect the engine. Third, they re-painted the last piece of bumper because the first painting was too bad, it even did not pass their own standard. This further delayed the time I picked up my car.BTW, Jeff has moved to another location too as the time the review is here. He ordered new clips for my car s windshield side strip and had them replaced (the broken clips were not found by their technician during normal check and repair, I found it and pointed it to Jeff and he was willing to help).

I was involved in a hit and run on 11/3/23 and dropped my car off here at caliber collision. Went inside and Savanna Cox greeted me with the best customer service while dealing with multiple customers. She met my expectations of customer service and will be coming back for all of my service repairs in the future.

Caliber Collision repaired my car after an accident where the back quarter panel was badly damaged. I was greatly surprised when the repairs were done, the side looked just like the day the car was first purchased from the dealership. Great workmanship. I went to so many shops for estimates, I was on the verge of tears. Then I arrived at Caliber Collision. Jackson wrote my estimate and he was patient, understanding, and listened to my concerns. Even though the insurance company ended up totalling out my car, he still gave me very helpful advice. He treated me like a special family member. I highly recommend this shop and ask for Jackson. I guarantee he'll take excellent care of you and your car.

I needed a grill repair after a guy backed into my car. The staff here was fantastic. The repairs took a few days but the insurance covered a rental for me and the staff went as far as returning my rental for me so that I didn't have to Uber/Lyft from the rental place to the shop on pick up day. In general my car came back in a much much better state than it went in. They went above and beyond.Service: Body & Trim

Took too long to get vehicle fixed. Had to bring back the vehicle twice after it was picked up since they lost lug nuts, clips and bolts. Poorly put things back together. Not happy that they lost things and vehicle was very dirty inside!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
