Jackson and the entire staff were fantastic! Needed a bumper replacement from someone backing into me, they found a few more items that needed fixing and even diagnosed a previous engine issue without batting an eye. Had my car back within a week. Couldn t be happier with the service and work provided!

Highly recommend. Choosing an auto shop can be daunting but all staff were professional, great with communication and made the process easy! My car looks amazing as they did a thorough cleaning to make sure new paint matched the older looking paint around the vehicle.

They were awesome! Texted and called me regularly with updates to my car and even had it done 4 days ahead of estimated time. Amazing staff super reliable would definitely reccomend to my friends and family

If you want to be treated with courtesy, compassion, and in a professional manner, this is the place to go. It s no wonder why this is one of my insurance company s preferred repair facilities. I dealt with a representative named Jackson Shrader who couldn t have been kinder. I had a million questions which I sent via email and he responded to each one of them immediately. I hope I won t need collision repair again anytime soon but if I do, I ll definitely be back. Oh, and the repairs were finished ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise.

I called Clliber Collision and talked to Jackson about my car. He was very nice, professional and helpful. I droppedoff my car. He called me and told me my car was finished. Which was earlier than expected. They fixed my car beautifully and perfectly. They even had my car washed and cleaned. Great job, great customer service. Thank youService: Exhaust

Bryant is seriously so amazing! Very informative every single week as promised. When they told me the car would be done on a certain day it was in fact done that day. Super easy process in the whole insurance claim was taking it to caliber. I will refer them to everyone I can and will definitely use in the future.

NO STAR IF I COULD. I dropped my car off for a small repair, while in Caliber Collisions care, my vehicle was "broken into" (no windows broken, no marks on doors, car was left UNLOCKED) and my 2020 bmw X3 SUV was gutted from the inside and both my factory upgraded front seats and back seats were stolen from my vehicle. Caliber Collision opens up at 7:30am and they did not call me until nearly 6:00pm that day before they closed because they did not know what to tell me... My car is now a total loss and I am out money for a car I had for nearly three months due to Calliber Collisions unsecured lot and out of all the 12+ security cameras they had not one had worked..... Also, the claim is on MY insurance, Geico will be after Caliber as well.. I will be taking this another route unfortunatly I thought as big as Caliber was that they would take care of their customers. Unfortunatly that is not the case... I will never recommend any Caliber Collision to friends or family, nor will I ever take any vehicle I own to their shops.

The car looks as good as new. The color matches perfectly and I am very impressed. There were no surprises with the cost and the car was finished within the time frame that was quoted. They were very accommodating and easy to work with regarding my inflexible work schedule. I would definitely recommend them!! I am extremely happy with the results.Service: Body & Trim

Ben and Jackson were very communicative throughout the entire process. Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and dealing with my insurance company. Everyone I encountered from the moment I made the appointment was friendly and helpful. Jackson was my service manager and was great. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my car during the process, which was fantastic and helped me not wonder or worry about reaching out to them about the progress. Update, my car is done! They did a fantastic job. It looks brand new. They even saved my old license plate frame and put on the new one. Excellent customer service, highly recommended !....So far... They just took my car in 3 days ago. There is a two-week guesstimate of how long it should take. There is very little parking and sometimes people park it legally in the handicap spot. Customer service is excellent. And the team seems to really get along with each other. It is a very upbeat, fun atmosphere. They have fun music and sometimes they sing and whistle along. They're very quick with their estimates and seem to be on point about them. I will follow up when I get the car out of the shop!

Being in an accident that requires car repairs is not fun. I contacted Caliber Collision for my car repair. WOW! I sure wasn t expecting the process to go as smoothly as it did. Jackson handled my case who was just wonderful! He kept me apprised of the status of my repairs almost daily and worked with my insurance company. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair! The office manager, Andrea, and staff were wonderful too! I would highly recommend this shop for their work.Service: Body & Trim

ETA: unfortunately I had to drop some stars. I was told that my car would be 2 weeks to repair. We rented a car for one week & my wife took a week off of work. At the end of last week I was told they were waiting for a part that would be here Monday. But now it "should" be here on Thursday. Making it a 3 week repair. And that's IF the part shows up...And today, my car still shows it *should* be ready today; I even got a text yesterday saying the car was on schedule. I called Jackson to double check only to find out that my car won't be done until the end of the week. The lack of communication with this (and actual MIScommunucation) & the fact that I'm now not sure what I'm going to do for work for the next few days, is VERY disheartening. If I hadn't called I don't think I would have known until I arrived to pick it up.This is the second time we've used Caliber to get body work done on our cars. They have always been great with keeping me up to date on the progress, working with our insurance, and the cars always look amazing when they're done. We've used 2 different locations & gotten amazing customer service as well as service on our cars both times. Would highly recommend any Caliber for your needs!

I hated body shops until I came to this location: sure it s appears a little run down but don t judge a book by it s cover. The staff was very attentive and very kind. I felt like I was with family. They heard me, they listened to me and they did an exemplary job at discussing the repairs my car needed. When vocalizing any concerns I had, they were quick to get me back on track. The biggest highlight for me and my car accident was knowing they were easier to interact with over my own insurance company.Would I recommend them? This location I certainly would. There is nothing better than finding a shop that fits you best. I was involved in a hit and run. A semi backed up into my car and caused in damage. I took my car here and they did an amazing job. Jackson is my angel. He kept me posted in everything that was going on with my car. He knew I had to pay out of pocket for my rentals which was financially breaking me, and he put me priority. He is so caring andunderstanding. He's a very genuine young man. The office staff were amazing as well. If you ever need to take your car to a body shop, I highly recommend this one.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car in to the Auburn Blvd location in Sacramento to get repaired after an accident. Jackson took great care of my car and kept me informed through the process. The work was fantastic and Jackson made all the difference in creating a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend looking him up. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! I spoke with, I want to say, at least 8 or 9 staff members and the amazing thing about that fact is that each one of them seemed to be up to speed on my car! I can honestly say that I don't recall ever visiting a business that all employees were as informed as this one. They went above and beyond and considering the amount of work, they were quick! I was shocked to learn they even did a bunch of extras such as recharging my AC, dropped in a new battery because they noticed mine was about through, and even washed and cleaned it up so I felt great getting back into my car.
