The work I had here done was wrap for my car. For those who are considering bringing their car to this workshop, I do not recommend them, they do a terrible job and they are not professional at all. They have a bad character and they get very defensive. They do not know how to treat their clients and they lie about everything, do not waste your time in this unprofessional shop.I usually never write reviews but this time I believe it is important to speak up! I am disappointed and angry that my work was not the quality I expected. I tried to be professional but they did not hear me out. I want to avoid others the stress I went through!

I had a terrible experience with these guys. First, they left all kinds of bubbles on 2 of 3 windows they did. I thought some bubbles should go away over a few days. When I left, I then realized they didn t give my Tesla key card back and had dropped their phone in the car between the seats. I had to drive back to the shop like 20 miles to get key back and give phone back.After days it became apparent the bubbles and smudge left were not going away. They replaced passenger window tint and took care of smudge they had left but refused to fix the sparkling effect left by small bubbles in the windshield job even though it is visible in 3-4 areas of the glass. They eventually saw what I showed but their daddy was there and you could tell he was not willing to relent. He has probably lost too much money from all the other times they had to redo jobs. They told me there were imperfections in the glass. On a $70k dollar car for a $300 tint job, the glass was the problem. Okay, buddy.I do not recommend these guys. When someone guarantees satisfaction and there are obvious viewable problems they won t fix, I would never recommend anyone I know to support the business. Bad practices. I am sure they will be upside down and no longer a business soon.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Did a good job wrapping the bumper how I wanted it and for a good price. Other shops wanted to charge me several hundreds more but I kept looking and found Brothers shop. Patience payed off. I recommend them!

Great service, very friendly and family oriented. They were always helpful throughout the entire process, and willing to fix any issues that came about. I had my car wrapped here and would bring my car back to them again to be wrapped. I really appreciate them helping me in giving my car a fresher look. They have great prices, and quality work. I would recommend Brother's wrap for any of your window tint, and car wrap needs.

Super bummed.. had an appointment this morning to get my new car tinted and was super stoked that the price was decent. Get all the way down there and no one was there for my appointment. Place was closed. Messaged and called and no response. :( drove 1 hr to get there. Not a good first impression and will not be recommending

I got a quote on my windows to get tinted & they made me a appointment for today Saturday at 1pm. So I showed up to my appointment on time and no one was at the business it was closed. Tried knocking on door nothing. Called multiple times and no answer went straight to voicemail. Wasting my time! They could of at least let me know if they needed to cancel my appointment. Please don t waste your time and come here. TERRIBLE customer service.

If I could give this business negative stars I would!!Worst customer service ever! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. They are not professional and have a bad temper. We took our car to get wrapped and they said it would take 2-3 days. They postponed our appointment and then took a week to finish the job! If it weren't for me calling for an update they would have probably taken longer! When I arrived they were not even done with the job and the car was smudged with fingerprints. I noticed spots of wrap that were not assembled properly and they would get mad when I would point out inconsistencies! Lots of bubbles and dirt underneath the wrap! Wrapping your car is not a cheap thing so when you pay a lot of money you expect quality work but this shop does not know about quality. I know that no wrap will ever be perfect but this work was just sloppy and rushed. If you do have a complain with them they will get defensive and start to yell at you. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Had to go there 3 times for them to finish tint job. They messed up and I had to pay again. They don't follow instructions They just do what they want and don't clean windows at all after they are finished I had an appointment all 3 times and took over 3 hours each visit. Very poor quality product.

Hello google, brought my chysler 300 here last Saturday for tint on 5 windows but two fronts were badly scratched on the tint. So I brought back this last Saturday and the owner was nice and said hey we fix for you. So they redid the two fronts but those have hairs stuck between the film both windows but I will be bringing back for a third time. Go somewhere else for tint and avoid the hassle.So I just got off the phone with Josef the owner and he said he would not fix now that I gave a bad review so as long you do not report he might fix once but after that he refused so now I have bugs and hair and will have to go somewhere else to fix my tint and pay more money. Bad business practices and false warranty. Pictures to come. His ratings are not real only because he keeps fixing the issues as long as you give a good review.Service: Vehicle window tinting
