Beware of this company!!!One of their drivers hit my car while trying to merge into my lane and clearly did not look before doing so. We pulled over, exchanged information, driver admit to fault, we left the scene. I report the incident, low and behold, the driver is now stating I was at fault.It was my mistake for not recording their driver admitting fault during our info exchange. I would not trust their employees nor company for any type of business.

Had to wait a couple weeks for them to have my battery in stock but once they had it service was quick and the employee that came out was very knowledgeable. I like to ask questions and he was polite & happy to answer them.

Been doing business with them for the past 10 years but they keep getting worse, not good customer service anymore and prices are almost same as a new battery, the battery i got from them recently was bad after a month and their warranty is not going to cover replacement ,which Costco, Walmart, and autozone does, they say only they can charge it for me and if its bad cant do anything else, even offered them extra money to exchange, will not do business with them anymore.

they try to sell you just any kind of battery that is not even the group that is supposed to be in your vehicle be careful people.I ended up going to buy new instead bc at their prices it doesn't make any sense to buy used or refurbished if it's going to last less then a year.

My truck s batteries (Cummins diesel, requires two batteries) weren t holding charge anymore. Shopped around for replacements: Big Hog Battery had the best prices compared to chain stores.Contacted them and Carlos was able to come to my work the next day with two new batteries and installed them. Got it done within five minutes, and saved me money in the process. Would definitely recommend!

Batteries are not good quality. Far and few really last long. I bought mine a year ago and it went out already. Convenient yes kind customer service yes but quality of product is where they drop the ball. Go to auto zone better warranty and product last much longer. Plus you can get points!

THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BATTERIES I BUY THAT ARE USED USUALLY WORK GREAT BUT NO REFUNDS ON BRAND NEW BATTERIES THATS OVER 300$ SUCKS VERY BAD.

I had a very pleasant experience with Big Hog battery services. They came to my work, replaced my old battery and tightened my terminals in less than 10 minutes. I was back on the road again!

Friendly staff, junk made in China batteries. Purchased 2 deep cycle batteries here I should have known better as no specs are printed on the batteries. So no surprise they go dead in no time flat. When purchased, I was told they were 100 amp hour batteries. After testing at a 5 amp draw, both went dead at 6 hours. Save your money and buy something with real specifications printed on it.

don t waste your time and $ here to deal with unprofessional folk. Your car will shutdown while driving and is danger to you and someone else. 2nd time battery issue They just trying to sale high and more. Oh I gave you bigger batteries and more power. But I end up won t fit my tray if original size will fit. This place need more training staff more fair to customer and be right, also need inspection because of the quality is bad. Bought a refurbished battery from here no more 1 month ago, i came in for an exchange with my receipt for warranty purposes. THEY WILL NOT UPHOLD THEIR WARRANTY PROMISE!!!! I am told i will be waiting for overnight just to see if the battery will charge. I explained them that I did overnight charge at home that s why I brought it back for exchange Big hog will take your money quick, but they are in no rush to help you out. LAST TIME I COME HERE FOR SURE!!! Take your money somewhere where they will uphold their warranty and appreciate you as a customer, because here they do not care at all

If could give negative I would. Save your money and go to Sacramento battery company in West Sacramento better prices and great customer service. (And no I an not friends or related to them) They gave us the wrong battery size for our car but we worked with it but battery keeps dying went to take it back and they do not honor the 30 day warranty and then tried to sell us another one for another $30+ dollars, like really this is the way you conduct business? Horrible customer service and product experience. Buyers beware!!!

Bought a battery 6.5 months ago for my RV. Doesn't hold a charge. I took it back within 30 days, initially, they "tested" it... Saying it was fine. But they would charge it overnight for me..... I'd first had it tested at AutoZone, and they'd said it was bad...Their explanation was that rvs always have something on that drains them... They refused to listen to what I was telling them, that the battery is dead within 20 minutes of turning it off ... That is NOT an accessory drain! I've been disconnecting the cable to try to prevent my having to jump out whenever I start it...Now it doesn't hold any kind of a charge. I can jump it, but as soon as I turn it off , it's totally dead again. I was getting ready to pull it out, to take it in tomorrow (they're closed on Sundays) and I realized that they marked the date of purchase incorrectly on the battery!!! Really!?! And I seriously doubt it was by accident! They marked it as purchased a month before I even owned my RV!! I'm taking it in, but somehow I'm not too hopeful about them honoring the warranty... If I'm wrong, I will update this review

This is my go to place for batteries if I don't want to spend a ton of money. I have purchased several batteries here, and all have been great. The staff is helpful, and they will take out the old battery and install the new one for you.

Bought a refurbished battery from here no more 1 month ago, i came in today for an exchange with my receipt for warranty purposes. THEY WILL NOT UPHOLD THEIR WARRANTY PROMISE!!!! I qm told i will be waiting for a few hrs just to see if the battery will charge. Big hog will take your money quick, but they are in no rush to help you out. LAST TIME I COME HERE FOR SURE!!! Take your money somewhere where they will uphold their warranty and appreciate you as a customer, because here they do not care at all

This place sells used car batteries amd they last a good 15 months which for the average price of $60 used and $115 new well worth the cost, i don't go anywhere else

They had a battery that fit my daughters car it was very reasonable it was refurbished but that's all she really need it. When your money's looking funny this is the place to go for your battery replacement.

I have gone there 3x for battery check and two purchases for my car and a friends car. The used battery has worked perfectly fine for 6 years. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I took a really good car battery with 800 CCA to sell to them and the man at the counter offered me $5 so i wouldnt recommend taking your batteries to sell to them because they dont pay $h!t. I was told this is a good place to buy and sell your batteries but Im not impressed at all. If the man didnt have such a sarcastic look on his face i would have just given it to him. So my review is definitely .

Jn and out guys are promt and polite. Just feel bad for then there is no ac in there they hade excellent customer service they deserve some AC at least a window one!!!

Under sold me a battery. It died. Took it to AutoZone and they told me it wasn't enough cranking amps.Returned it and they wanted me to come back later after they charged it and just leave my car stranded. Or pay $8 to get a swap.I swapped it and they gave me one with lower cranking amps than the first one. SMH

My experience with this guys was good this is the second time i purchase a used battery for my ford f150 las time was about 3 years ago today it finally died so i came to this place disconnected the battery jose was very nice to bring the battery to my truck since i have back problems sold me a good battery good price im a happy customer thank you jose.
