These guys I've been going to for over 20 years they are up and down the west coast. In house service. Stocked everytime.Everything to do with the drive train on a small. Medium duty large trucksOne stop shop

I called Betts Truck Parts & Service to place an order for an electrical air assembly. I spoke with Glen in the parts department. I was amazed at his professionalism and patience to find exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward two weeks later. My wife went to pick up the electrical air assembly since I was on the road. As my wife was walking in an employee was walking out to go to lunch. My wife asked him if he was Glen and he stated, "yes." My wife told Glen that she was there to pick up the assembly for me. Glen postponed his lunch and took the time to make sure she was taken care of. Glen, thank you for your dedication to awesome customer service.. Based on my experience with your attention to detail, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Great place for part. Stay away fromTheir service department. Brought my Mack to them after they replaced all the bushing bolts that hold my suspensions were hand tightened. When came back for them to redo it and Re-torque it. Their service manager gave me attitude saying their gun is 700pounds per inch no way my bolts came loose within 24 hours. After redoing it and using torque wrench it was not even close to 500 as my suspension recommends. Stay away from service or stand next to them and make sure they tighten every single bolt. Then double check yourself. HORRIBLE SERVICE Department.

Willing to price match or close to it..Definitely coming here again when in need again thanks to our Rep wish I can remember his name..He's older one from the 3 there when I went. He's a good people person.

Bushings done by these guys go bad within 12 months. When called them for warranty, they said its 15 days over. And their Forman said 12 months is not bad at all . Be aware.

Best alignment service for semi truck and trailer here i talk to jhon he is the best person here and i book appointment with him and when i went over there they finished work in 1 hrs

Terrible customer service. Unless you like rumbling angry old men terrible customer service. Unless you like rumbling angry old man who asked you if they can help you without ever looking up from their desk.. Then I asked for a part that I knew they had he looked me in the eye and told me they didn't have it. I insisted that I knew without a doubt that they had it and begrudgingly he looked in his computer and found the part. Don't expect anything in the way of customer service here order online if at all possible.

I always buy parts from them, good service. I've returned or exchanged my truck battery without any issue. Why I gave 3 stars is because of alignment. I bought a truck and bring in to do alignment, so they did alignment. I pick up my truck and got my first load. On the way to pick up, stopped at West Sacramento, CA to get a fuel and notice that my cab is little cricked/unleveled. called mechanic that I usually go to and he told me couple places to check... So, right spring leaf was rusted and broken at the U Bolts. how you do alignment and don't see broken spring leaf? I thought they need to inspect the truck/suspenssion.

Always be skeptical about bad reviews. They don't say what the "part" was they were looking for was. And the other guy doesn't say what they wanted done to there truck in the line of service. To me they sound like a couple of whiners that didn't like the price so they deflect to staff. I have been using Bets since the mid 80s. Yes you may need to order the part in. But there isn't any place in the world that has all parts on hand to fit every truck. There is a reason it's called a spring shop and not a clutch rebuilder.

I have been to Betts a few times & I like the store.they havethe parts that i need , They get my order right the first time and they are very competitive price.also they stand by their products.i never saw aby grumpy old men there but i saw knowledgeable people with a lot of experience.&a very nicely organized store.if you want to get things done go to Betts but if you need to be pampered then I suggest you go to the pampered pooch to get your tail brushed...

I went to this location. Looking to buy some parts for my work truck. I waited to get some service and they could have cared less. I been to other betts locations like the one in Fontana CA. In southern California. Compare to that one. the service is night and day

Very professional service, came here for an alignment told me bushings are bad, had them charged, saved my brand new tires, now truck drives straight and smooth, big thanks to Ruben

I always get parts from them for my Roadservice when in the area. the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I like the fact I can get in and out fast and there is never any lines.

Went to do alignment on my truck and they did a terrible job. Steering wheel wasn t straight after alignment and truck was pulling to the right. When i took it back, they said they will fix it but instead they took off steering wheel and repositioned it. That s how they do it here

If u need an alignment this place is to go to. They will take time to explain what is wrong and what they have done to get it fix.
