Avoid this place by all costs. Took them 10 weeks to replace my bumper. Called me six different times to tell me my vehicle was ready...it wasn't ready. Wrong badge, damaged logo, bad fitment - list goes on and on. Took so long that I was unable to take my car in for an unrelated warranty issue, and ended up having to pay out of pocket due to being a week past factory warranty. Owner basically told me to kick rocks. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I ve had three of my vehicles repaired at Bertolucci s. They did a beautiful job on my Lexus, which was peppered with rocks on the Highway 50 improvement project. They repaired the passenger side fender, windshield and roof, which were damaged. Other than a few minor quality control issues, I was very pleased with the repairs. They corrected the issues I had without hesitation. They stand behind their work. I am and always have been a satisfied customer.Thank you again,Tony Martinez

Brought my car here after it was hit by a U-Haul, and Joe was extremely helpful. He went over what was necessary and I was able to have some other minor dents removed and one major dent repaired while it was in. I ve added some before & after pictures; the before doesn t look too bad, but it had been dragged and a bunch of things had been broken internally, including a radiator support. My car looks better than it did when I bought it! I m so pleased with how it came out.Everyone here was friendly, kind, and understanding. They re also thoughtful about their procedures and go above and beyond for customers.As a side note, I appreciate that they have a discounted rate with Enterprise! It may be something that other places offer as well, but it was a relief to find out when I did need a car, so I m leaving that there in case it helps someone else.

Bertolucci's quoted my insurance company $18,000 for repairs!!!!! That's an entire new car! I repaired the suspension my self for $800. Go to this place of you wanna get ripped off

There is a reason I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Bertolucci's customer service, quality of service and timeline cannot be beat. Excellent work with my car. Could not tell any damage had occurred. We've had a few cars taken here and it's 100% every time. Our insurance covered basically everything. The clean and detail afterwards was flawless and made the car look so new I could most likely get top dollar for it.Thank you again!

Great people! Michelle in the office has been wonderful dealing with all the insurance adjuster, me & keeping the peace between us, nobody else gives service like this, wish I could give more stars and get that wonderful woman a raise. If you need work done, this is as good as it gets. Much love to whole crew there.

I just want to say had a fabulous experience taking my work van to this body shop that is family-owned Bertolucci s I couldn t ask for a better job well done. When we got our van back it looks brand new. What a fabulous company and the manager there always kept me informed with the process of my vehicle getting fixed. The managers name is Randy just want to say thank you Randy good job we will always will take our vehicles to you. I had such a great experience with Bertolucci s. Every person I talked to was friendly and their quote was lower than anywhere else I looked. They also detailed the inside of my car, which I was not expecting! We had recently gone on a long camping trip with our dog so picking up a clean vehicle was an amazing surprise! Hopefully I never need an auto body shop again, but if I do, I will be going to Bertolucci s.

I've been going to this shop for many years...still the best shop in town! Michelle at the front desk always knows what's going on with your car (off the top of her head, yet) and is always super-friendly. Joe took care of me and my car and kept me informed during the repairs. Joe always returned my calls right away and went the extra mile when he didn't "have to." In this day and age, this business is old-school and I mean that in the best way possible.Service: Body & Trim

This is the only auto-body repair place in Sacramento that would even give us an estimate after Farmers' Insurance decided to total out my mom's adored old Mercedes. (Everyone else said they had made a deal with Farmers not to touch any vehicle they, Farmers, had totalled.)Anyway, Bertolucci s understood and did a terrific job. They were friendly and still very professional. The car was ready when they said it would be and the work they did was immaculate.I recommend their services to any car owner who is picky about final product. You will be treated well and so will your vehicle.

I have had a great experience working with them. The office staff is Amazing! Amber and Michelle helped me through my process. They will make you feel like your situation is important. I will go to them in the future if I have any body damage that needs repair.

It never fun or great to have to go to a collision repair shop. But I will say that bertolucci makes it easy. We have used they 3 tines bow over 20 years and once again my truck looks great.

Love the quality of this well-known shop..Excellent care on my car...unfortunately, after car returning home..IDK if coincidental or carelessness, but both front tire & rear left tire had a total of 3 embedded screws..had to replace one but in the end having to shell out for repair costs..I can't blame the shop, but, I'll never know. Cosmetic & Collision repairs are 5 .

I was recently involved in an accident that resulted in substantial damage to my vehicle and I was concerned that my insurance company would attempt to cut corners in order to save a few dollars at my expense. Vince worked with my insurance company as an advocate for quality workmanship based on their shop's long standing reputation in the community. When I picked up my car yesterday I could not tell that it had even been involved in an accident! I am extremely happy with both Vince and the wonderful staff at Bertolucci's for this positive experience. I am a loyal customer for life!

I made an appointment to get an estimate here because a friends recommended this shop. Well, I took time off work, drove all the way there and left with no estimate. I mentioned that I had gotten an estimate already, from a company my insurance recommended but I wasn't really happy with it. That's when things changed. Instantly I was asked if I had that estimate with me? I replied that I didn't have it with me. I was then told to go home and get it and bring it back because he needs to see it?? I don't think the other quote I got is any of their business, and it all seemed very fishy to me. I guess I should have lied, like they did to me. Cannot recommend. When you go in to get an estimate it should be simply that and you shouldn't have to worry about saying too much. I spent more time in their lobby waiting than we did looking at the damage to my truck. Stressful and a waste of my time.

Great work and awesome customer service! I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share with everyone my experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drive back off the lot with my repaired car, I was treated like family. They are truly the best for a reason. Thank you Bertolucci family! Highly recommend!

I brought my car here after hitting a deer :( They were professional, helpful and kind. My car was housed for an extended period of time while trying to locate the necessary parts for repair. The parts could not all be located due to the shortages created by the pandemic. AAA totaled the title of my car. I had to release my car to the insurance company to complete my claim, Bertolucci's invited me to clean out my car of any personal items, my rx sunglasses were in a compartment along with other items. A staff member even removed my disabled person CA license plates for me, this was a wonderful help as I would have great difficulty trying to do this task. I did not even ask the receptionist to remove for me, she offered when I asked to borrow a tool to remove my plates. The staff at Bertolucci's were excellent at keeping me informed and being supportive through the process of attempting to have my car repaired. If I have need for auto body repairs in the future, I will be returning to this business.Service: Body & Trim

Went in for an estimate for damages on my vehicle.It's been almost an entire week and have not received a estimate for repairs via email.I guess my damages was a waste of there time.ZERO STARS !

In my opinion this has to be one of the top body repair businesses in all of Sacramento. I had a bit of bad luck and had to take my brand new truck to them twice in a 3 months. Each time I got it back it looked better than the day I bought it.

Very caring staff, Bruce removed hitch from my car for me. My car was total loss. Amber and staff were protective and allowed me time to remove my plates and hitch before travelers salvaged it. Much appreciated.
