First time at Autozone and it can be overwhelming. I was greeted with a warm welcome as well as being super helpful to what I needed for my car. Adding gas is the extent of my knowledge regarding cars, but Matthew saved my day!!! Thank you sooooo much for helping me!!! I wanted to write this review to always remember that kindness will be etched in people s lives forever.

Raining today & i noticed smudge stuff on my windshield. I requested help with my wipers & i was told i didn't need none & my window was clean. My wipers are old and i wanted new ones.I told him, there's stuff on my window & it prevents me from looking out. I bought a .99 cleaning towel, he suggested & it didn't work.He wasn't interested in helping.Autozone has always been helpful in the past.

The guys at AutoZone are very friendly and caring to the patrons needs or wants! My Son and I are happy campers so to say! We brought a dead battery in and got a new one, no problem, with a nice warranty too! Thanks to the guys at AutoZone!!

Usually come here for simple items like wiper blades, light bulbs, & cleaning supplies. They always have what I'm looking for. Customer service is good.

Excellent. Had been to another Autozone on Broadway who sold the wrong battery and wouldn t install. The staff here not only corrected the battery issue, but installed and informed us of the situation. Great spot.

I walked into AZ on Fulton for air & engine filers on a hot Wednesday. I was greeted by Alex who helped identify which filters I needed and he installed them for me. He showed what I needed to know in the future, and he was super pleasant. I offered to buy him lunch or something to drink and he courteously declined. I am grateful for his attitude and assistance, Thanks So much Alex. You re an asset to Auto Zone.

Sammy at autozone on folsom blvd went far n beyond trying to fix a problem with my dashboard lights evn tho its beyond them working with the fuse panel he fixed my problem in just a short time n after other auto zones couldnt evn look at the problem he did it n it was jus a loose fuse ty Sammy for not taking advantage of an old lady it didnt cost me anything. He was a true blessing someone please let him know

Ulysses, Dragon and Alex stepped up to assist me with my needs on my 2016 Nissan Altima. They each imparted their suggestions and recommendations on how to resolve my front bumper scratches, etc. Scratch Fix All in 1 color and by step step usage of "Dupli-Color" kit was selected. Their mutual attentiveness and response to address my concerns and questions were impressively answered.. These 3 staff personnel represented AutoZone with "excellence". They patiently took their time to help this senior. The values I tried to impart to all my students in 51 years of teaching, they each definitely took their time to demonstrate those values. I walked in looking for an item for my car. No good morning or can I help you and when asked about location of product I was told it might be on aisle so and so. Which it wasn't. It wouldn't have been on that aisle even if it was in stock. Will probably never go back to that place again although it's the closer automotive shop near me.

Went there to buy a few parts of the same item. I looked online to make sure that I got the right store to go to. When I arrived I couldn't find it and when asked where it was, I told it's in the back and that they can't get them. When asked why and when I was told it would take them two days to unload the items and to return Thursday mind you this is Tuesday and I have today and tomorrow off on a time sensitive project. Terrible quality of service, lack of urgency, and no effort on their part. Why even have it as a "In stock pick it up today" "curbside pickup" advertisement from the company if there is a two day delay.

The man who helped me was an older gentleman and he was very straightforward, helpful, and kind. Not only did he install my windshield wipers for me, but he showed and explained to me how to do it so that I have the knowledge in the future. I really appreciated that. My whole experience here was quick and easy.

I have been working on my car for dam near 2 decades. Lived through out California so, who knows how many I have been too. This spot has been my favorite for the last 5 years. On a constant basis they're always friendly, willing to give some advice. Pretty quick with getting you checked out. Never long lines. Only thing I dread is when they don't have the part I need in a pinch and they send me to Fruitridge since its the hub store. They all seem to be true car guys or gals which is always a place at these places.

The custer service was great. The store is smaller so the part availability is a lil slim on not essential items. The gentalmn help us called 3 different stores to make sure they had the part so we didn't have to..

Just want to thank the manager yesterday. He helped empower me to fix my automobile problem. I had the problem with my 12v outlets for a few years since I bought the car. I thought it was bc of the replacement stereo the original owners put in and it was going to cost a ton of money. He empowered me look in the owners manual for the fuse then helped me get the right fuse which didn t cost. I wish I d gone in sooner. It s not just a store but people who help empower others.

There s nothing worse than looking up on a website for you it was AutoZone and it tells me that you have a bunch of batteries in stock. Then I drive down to your storefront only to hear no we don t have any of those in stock. Very frustrating why show it in stock on your website only to be told none of it is in stock when I get there. I spoke with the manager she said she has complained several times to Corporate about this yet nothing ever gets done. Not a great way to run your business AutoZone!

I like it here, staff is friendly always willing to help. Not terribly fond of the selections of lubricants, can't seem to always find what I want and end up finding a different brand I'd prefer not to use.This one is relatively lowly stocked I feel, every time I've needed an out of the ordinary part I've had to go to a different AutoZone. Not a big deal, but maybe something to keep in mind.All in all, it works great if you need something for your car ASAP, or if you drive a common car (parts are usually more available, and more oil options with typical viscocities).

I did not have a wonderful experience at the store for which the staff was not very knowledgeable at all I could not answer any of my questions what's sad is the person who helped me seems to be the manager ... I ended up walking out because I did not feel comfortable whatsoever with the products I had questions about and could not be answered therefore I left and I'm going to a completely different company and will never return to this location ever again attention AutoZone corporate office do us all a favor your sign states that the staff is knowledgeable and can help us I think that information needs to come off for the Folsom store because they don't know Jack

Helpful counter person. I needed four count of what I was buying and he checked his online stock in a friendly way. Thankfully they only had two as I needed a different part. My fault.

They were super helpful when I went there. It needed these little plastic clips and some fuses and windshield wipers and they walked me through the whole process slowly. It is great when staff goes above and beyond. I recommend this spot.

You can always rely on this AutoZone to have a wide variety of items that are in stock. The staff he is very friendly and helpful. For the most part, they are never crowded. I would for sure recommend taking your business here for car parts.

Walked in with my son tonight to try and get some help with two lights on my dash that came on and both of my headlights had suddenly gone out. I m a single mom and I don t know much about cars and neither does my young son. My brother assured me Auto Zone was the place to go and they would be happy to help. I must have gone to the wrong one. As we walked in all 3 employees were talking and just continued to talk while my son and I stood there waiting. Finally one of the employees said, what do you need? I said can you please plug in the machine you have to diagnose- and he cut me off and said he could not help or look at or go near our car unless the check engine light was on. I said ok and asked what advice I could get on the headlights and he said who knows, it could be anything! I said ok, I guess you can t help me? He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and like I was in the wrong place asking for advice and help with my vehicle. Incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of service and rude treatment.

At 12:17 pm on May 16 2023 I witnessed 3 of your employees throw a man to the ground and proceed to hit and kick him while 2 other employees watched.
