Marilena is the best!!! Went in so scared and stressed because my car was acting funny. She was very helpful, checked my battery, and let me know that it was time to change it because it was the source of my car problems. She recommended a few batteries I could get AND changed it all within 30 minutes!! She was quick and super helpful! Will definitely be back if I ever need anything just for her!

Great service! I bought a battery for my key fob and a new set of windshield wipers. The two people who helped me not only sold me the items but installed them for me. Highly recommend this store. Great folks.

I have been here at least 3 or 4 times in the past year or so and they always have what I need. I used to go to Pep Boys till they shut down the retail side. It looks like AutoZone is my new place for all things auto! The shelves are always well stocked and the folks here are helpful.

I came in the store and Dmitriy helped me out with my car issue. He checked my car battery and engine check. He was super helpful. He gave me tips and stuff. I ve been in Autozone for like 2 decades now from different states and I can say of all the people that helped me , he s the person who went above and beyond. You guys are so lucky to have a person like him. I actually went to a diff autozone earlier and service was bad that I left the store. I m saying all of these coz it was a stressful day and it s rare to find people who extend their help to a stranger. More blessings to you Dmitry. Thank you.

Went in this morning concerned about my check engine light being on. The young man working at the counter scanned my vehicle and told me what was wrong with it and what part to get! Thank you for being kind and helpful I ve also been here in the past and had poor customer service so it s a hit and miss depending on the employee you get !! But definitely give them a chance.

Honestly the experience shopping here has really freaking sucked. We bought a battery not long ago and the woman who helped us didn t enter my bfs info correctly. So when we came in recently to get this battery fixed/swapped since he has a warranty they didn t have his warranty, made us feel like we had no idea what we were talking about, and we had to drive to different locations just to get a customer service number. I will say customer service was really efficient and helpful but it just happens to be that the workers don t really know what they re doing.

I had them to scan my check engine light on my Camry yesterday and I found out exactly what the problem was. It was a beautiful asian girl that helped me. Thank you!AutoZone is the place to go for all your auto parts.

The autozoner who helped me was super helpful and friendly. She helped me out with the OBD2 reader because my 4runner has a check engine light on. She gave me the print out with the diagnostic code. I didn't get her name and her name wasn't on the receipt, but I want to give her a shout out and 5 stars!

I ve been stressing out with my car, there were no places near me where I can get a battery change, so I had to drive 2hours to this location, the lady that helped me change my battery was so pretty and helpful she really made my day her name was Cindy

Had check engine light come on and needed code read on Sunday. Staff answered questions over the phone and was able to come in. Helpful customer service attendant helped hook the code reader up and gave us a print out. It is such a great service to be able to rely on Auto Zone to clarify dashboard light codes. Thank you for being there for the community.

It was quick and convenient and the workers were polite and helpful there was plenty of parking and they were quick to ask what do we need help with and was able to find the product very fast the cool thing was I saw one of the workers helping someone else service their A/C thanks auto zone for hiring the right people , and having everything I needed to get the job done.

The manager was very unprofessional. I bought battery and they were supposed to switched it for me but she wanted me to wait until all other customers who can after me be attended . I felt treated so unfair fyi I have always bought my stuff here. It took 1.30 hours.

I came to this location for battery issues and a representative named Casey helped me tremendously. I went from not being able to go to work with car issues to him assisting in fixing my car allowing me to go to work and handle my everyday events. I am blessed to have met him and to have visited his location I give this particular auto zone and Casey an A++

I don t normally write reviews but this time was necessary! I came in recently to replace my battery for the first time and I was helped by Sergio I think was his name, who gave me great advice about my battery, how to care for it and had me set for my road trip. I appreciate all the help, patience and kindness also!! He even asked to help me change it out which I appreciate too. He also recommended to scan my car to see if there was any other issues which I also appreciated! I recommend coming here more for advice and products :)

The store is clean and well-stocked. I had bought a headlight lamp from a different Autozone location but after I was unsuccessful in installing it myself, I went to this Autozone on Fulton. Brandon installed the lamp for me and also ran a diagnostic test since my check engine light was on. He was very nice and helpful and the staff overall here were great.

This stores customer service is amazing. I ended up coming in to purchase a bulb and after fixing my brake light my cars trunk decided it didn t want to close LOL. Two of the workers (Bianca (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) and the other a kind young man (I m horrible with names, but you know who you are so thank you! They both went out of their way to help me try and figure out what was causing the issue. After no luck, the kind young man helped me tie down my trunk. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my horrible day less horrible <3 you guys are amazing!!!

I ordered the parts for the store one of the staff said you will receive the part on 35 minutes but I didn t receive it I call the store after 2 hours they said we still didn t pickup it from other store I lost my customer this 2 times happened I don t recommend AutoZone for future business with them

Sergio helped me switch my battery out when I had a pesky rusty bolt and hook holding down my battery. He took his time to make sure the hook (very rusted and cracked) didn t break while removing the battery. Great job.
