So check it out. I was up here trying to take care of my son's busted up battery for his car and came in here looking mad busted and disgusted. . Then I ran into Joe. Dude was so funny, and so pleasant, and went the extra mile to make sure that my neefs were taken care of that I had to make sure that I left some love for him here on this review. Dude should get a raise and a promotion. Good looking out fam.

I recently came in the other day looking for oil oil filter and some car floor mats. Chelsea was very helpful and had the best customer service I ve ever came across. She went above and beyond to find me the floor mats I was looking for. 10 stars for her! Will definitely be going back to this location

Just went to auto zone right when they opened n was told that I basically couldn t be taken as a customer at the moment because the employee was late ?!?! but there was two people in the store. I would definitely put 0 stars if I could.

I went in on 4/7/24 to return a tie rod end I had under warranty. There was a little mixup while doing the return but the two wonderful ladies (Chelsea and Stephanie) were great and fixed the issue. Two thumbs up to both of them. They are awsome.

I had trouble with my car yesterday and I was lucky to get Will Reyes the manager to help me. He was great, professional and just down right nice. He's an excellent employee. He was very thorough and got the job done.

Got Rear Brake Pads [as well as 10pc Torx Star Bit Set] for under $50 for 2007 ML350. Service was very good imo. As long as you communicate to the service professionals what you require, they will seek the Auto Zone online system to assist you.I mentioned that the advertised price (of where I retrieved the Star Bit [T/Torx] Set) from the Auto Zone product bracket read $10.xx. Management honored this price knocking off $5. I thought that was surprisingly cool.

When there s a Will, there s a way - thank you to Will for being super helpful with getting my battery replaced and walking me through what to do in case I had to do it myself in the future! Gent was charming and did good work - you re in good hands with the staff at this location! **He wanted me to make sure I mention that they can replace batteries. If you buy a battery from them they will replace it for you**

The man working there was VERY helpful. I wasn't quite sure what I needed to get my AC fixed, I thought it was a belt and bought it. He exchanged the belt for the AC recharge kit and gave me instructions on how to do it. I left with a very cold AC and a pleasant experience.

SORRY CHECK ENGINE IS BROKEN WHAT!!?? REDFLAG#1.Fat guy with big belly was so rude! im SORRY but for me to say this im HURT and UPSET! Usually its never that serious but i felt SO INSULTED!!! Was coming in 2 buy 75$ car seat covers and this bum had the nerve 2 say I STOLE SOME CHEAP HEADLIGHTS! I really feel it was RACIALLY motivated!!!! NOT ONLY THAT I WAS IN A NEAR FATAL CAR ACCIDENT BROKE MY FEMUR BACK AND AKELIS HEEL I CAN BARELY WALK! HE DIDNT CARE AT ALL HE CALLED ME FAT AS I LEFT WHEN HE WEIGHED A GOOD FEW POUNDS! ALL I WANTED 2 DO WAS USE THE BATHROOM AND IF HE LOOKED UP THE # HE COULD SEE THE ITEM WAS BROUGHT A WEEK B4!!(IDIOT!) THIS STORE NEEDS A MAKEOVER &HELP.I HAD 2 USE RESTROOM AND THEY JUST WATCHED ME SUFFER!!!! THEY HAVE A BATHROOM BECAUSE THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THE LAST GROUP OF EMPLOYEES LET ME ,THE LADY, USE THE REST ROOM.THIS PLACE IS RUDE AND THEY TREAT PPL LIKE THEYRE UP TO NO GOOD WHN THE STORE IS DIRTY!!! I came into the Mack Road Autozone with little to no experience with changing a car battery. Rochelle was kind enough to walk out to my car and find out all the details about the car and helped me find a new car battery that was suitable for the vehicle, as well as my budget. She ensured to tell me about the different batteries and warranties. Once I chose my battery, the store manager Will, provided a one of a kind experience by helping me change the battery, while also educating me on the process, so that in the future I will feel more confident in changing it myself. I appreciate both of their service. For stepping up and going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Will and Rochelle.

While I was driving, one of my wiper blades flew away and it was raining hard that night so I went to the Autozone at 1400 W.Capitol West Sacramento, CA to buy a pair of windshield wiper blades and I asked the store crew whose name is Charlie Garcia to help me install the wiper blades for me. Charlie completely understood my situation and he helped me without thinking twice. It was raining hard while he was installing the wiper blades and he got wet. I was so impressed by his kindness and I wanted to give him a tip for helping me install the wiper blades. I knew that Charlie compromised his health when he got wet but unfortunately their store is not allowed to accept tip from customers. As for myself Charlie Garcia s kindness is priceless.

Allen was an amazing help during my visit at autozone today. I walked in and explained to him that my battery wouldn t keep a change and he was amazing with good attitude came out and tested the battery. It was determined I needed a new battery and he even came out disconnected my old and put a new battery on. After all was done he made sure my car started and I was good to get back on the road. I was having a crazy morning and the service he provided changed my whole mood to great. Honestly was happy it was just my battery! Thanks Allen. Definitely going to be back here if I need anything.

I usually don't write any reviews but the staffs at this location was nice, friendly and the service was superb. I purchased a car battery and had it installed by Will R. He was very generous, funny and honest. I forgot about the core charge and almost left home. Will R. ran to the parking lot and told me I had to get the core charge money back. He would hate it if I lose money that belongs to me. He shows great customer service and care! I definitely had a pleasant visit. Thank you for the great service!

Great staff. Awesome selection. Well kept store. No public restrooms. Most product in stock. Very helpful staff. A variety of tools, chemicals, electrical, moderate racing parts and accessories and FOR ALL NEW CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE A GREAT RENT A TOOL PROGRAM, FOR SPECIAL TOOLS, THAT ALLOWS YOU TO GET ALL YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN YOU RETURN THE LOANER TOOL! Big parking space.

I have been going to this auto part store for at least 10 years. This last time in really changed my mind about shopping here and disappointed me. I walked in searching for what I needed. Obviously confused on where to look. There where literally 6 associates at the front. 3 of them walked by me and did not greet me or offer assistance in helping me find what I was looking for. Though they eyed me like I was shoplifting. Quality of staff has truly dropped.I was ready leave and hitting the door when an older gentlemen came from the back an offered to help me. Turns out the product I was looking for was behind the register. Had any of the other 5 people just asked what I was looking for I could have saved 10 minutes of walking back and forth.To put salt in the wound; the item that the online system said they had was not in stock. Which means someone is not updating inventory correctly. I highly doubt I will return here. Prices have gotten outrageous anyway.

I think his name is Will, he went above and beyond. He's the BEST. He checked my battery, replaced my battery and checked my alternator and had me on my way. He deserves a raise a promotion a couple of days off something because he didn't have to do it he just did. Thank you so much.

Went in yesterday and they had a line very clearly made on the ground pointing you in the direction for waiting in line with 6ft marker spacings, masks are required to go in but for some reason the cashier had no mask and the manager did but he didn't care. I was waiting in that line along with another person and after he was done checking someone out i should have been next but instead he decided to help out 2 new individual people that walked in and one didn't even have a mask so i dropped my items on their counter and walked out. I've been to that store often and i can say i've never been impressed with their customer service but that was just plain ignorance by the cashier and manager. O'Reillys across the street has 10x better customer service.

I give them five stars pending on if the diagnosis they gave me is correct. I took my auxiliary battery out of my motorhome for checking and charging. I had ran it down to 9 volts. The told me it checks out bad but it took a 91 percent charde.

What can I say i needed some fuses and they had some actually i go to Autozone quite a bit for many of my automotive needs and they usually always have what I need so pretty handy as well

Octavius (not sure I spelled that correctly) was amazing. When I walked in and asked for assistance for changing my car battery he had no hesitations. During our transaction, a very rude and verbal customer became irate and he handled the situation in a very professional manner. Kudos to him. Battery changed, back on the road!

I needed oil. This is the first time I came here. I ask the staff thinking I am the only one there that time he will help me. Nope. He told me to go the back isle. I came back to him. Pls help there is none at back. He was hesitant or just plain lazy. He came with me. Oh there s none. And then oh here s it. He s giving me a 10 W. I said i need 5W. He s not paying attention. I just said thanks and kept my cool. Another client came same thing.

This place is very useful to me because it's down the street apart from that the workers here have the sense of every customer that walks into the door is a thief which is not a good representation of this company also their attitudes are extremely poor which is not good for business sometimes they have the habit of trying to size you up which is funny because this is a auto parts store, and.. that's it.. nothing more!! it's Under New Management which is understandable manager needs to have a group meeting amongst his peers to work on customer service

The store manager was the main cashier and the other worker was stocking the shelves. Though they seemed to be under staffed, the manager was very helpful and courteous to me and the customers that I saw when I was there.
