This autozone is always do helpful and never seem irritated when you keep going back. The guys and gals in here also helped me get a better battery then the one I kept getting that runs out fast. Love it here

I lived behind this autozone for awhile and they were delightful neighbors. They did sell me the wrong headlight once, no actually twice. Worker was helpful despite being incorrect. They weren t allowed to touch my Prius because it was a hybrid(?). It wasn t super clear.

The way company employees treat customers, especially long time loyal ones in this day and age is critical. I have a long purchase history from the Autozone on Broadway in Sacramento. Because of the way I was just treated there that history is over. Amazon treats me right.

Employees are extremely helpful. They don't hesitate to go with you out to your car to help diagnose any problems you may be having. They also loan out tools.

I bought a bunch of supplies and noticed oil spilled in my car. When I asked for paper towels because oil spilled in my car I asked for paper towels to help cleanup and they let me tear 4 sheets off for a pint of oil. I asked for more and they said no. I laughed my way out the door, what a bunch of cheap jerks..

I went to O'Reilly's.they said it will be a few days to order the parts I need.i went to AutoZone and they had everything I needed right there in the store.no need to wait.

Really wish I could remember the name of the gal who assisted me. She was so sweet and helpful. Gave me a print out on my check engine light. Jokes around with me and was just wonderful.

Less than zero stars. I also witnessed the young mother humiliated by staff at this store and am shocked to find out she is still without her car! This is nothing short of a crime and the type of behavior that left unchecked erodes any hope of things really changing for the better finally. I want to see this woman is made whole again immediately and AutoZone is out till then. Shameful

Social media is blowing up justifiably over the exploitation of a woman at this store. They gave her consent to leave her car in their parking lot over night, as we have all seen this is common practice. She even leaves a note on it to protect it. She comes back to find it towed!!! She has zero money to get her car back and is crying for support to undo this. Male employees show zero compassion and patronize her continually. Probably not a stretch that the tow guy is likely their buddy. What the deal AutoZone?

I used to be an "Autozoner" I expect more from you. Unacceptable to treat a paying customer the way you did. I know it's against policy to make repairs in the parking lot, but it's really Manager's discretion. I've seen people do complete brake rebuilds. You wouldn't have a job without broken old cars. Do better AutoZone Sacramento. Make it right

I parked my car here thinking I could leave a note that it needed gas and a radiator so that it wouldn t get towed before I could fix it. It s a car part store right? Common for folks to repair their car in the lot. Well not even an hour passed before they had my car towed while my phone number was posted on the mirror. Don t spend money here

Here work Manager lady ninda. Judith L it awesome! She s very helpful, always has a wonderful attitude. She s always helpful and goes that extra mile. That whole morning staff is top notch. If you want a wonderful friendly experience with knowledgeable people, check out the Autozone on Broadway. Ask for Judith L, you ll always get a good laugh with excellent customer service.

Towing someone s car that just spent money on a radiator and gas? They even gave you guys a chance to be a good human by leaving their number and you failed. Hope you guys covered that tow bill!

This AutoZone places zero value on their customers' cares or concerns beyond getting their money! I was there when they had a customer's car towed after she bought a radiator from them to get it fixed. She left to get some gas for it, and less than an hour later she returned to find out her car had been towed!

AutoZone on Broadway had my battery for 3 days and then said it wouldn't take your charge well I got to charge and it's fully charged I tested the next day is fully charged I have went around town it's fully charged so I'm wondering at this AutoZone on Broadway how many people you said their batteries were no good and they bought new batteries if I don't get a response I'm going to pick it AutoZone and I'm going to wonder how many people have bought new batteries from you and I knew my battery was a year old you had me wondering if I had an effective battery so how many people have you did this to and had bought new batteries I'm looking for a response it was a woman of color working with this guy he had to be the manager because he opened up and said he has 20 batteries back there so if you have 20 batteries back there and they've been back there longer than 3 days I think that person went about want to buy a new battery to get his car moving mine was a motorcycle battery a year old takes 4 hours to charge your battery why do you have 20 batteries back there at 100 and 200 a piece and they might have just left their lights on look at the map for 20 batteries if you're doing it at this store maybe they're doing it at other stores and someone needs to check that out please respond

This place is just awful. They towed a woman's car less than an hour after she spent $300 at their shop. The manager of this store needs to be let go immediately.

Visited the state came all the way from texas, needed some oil for my car. associates are extremely rude and the manager needs to get let go immediately my incident happened 2 days ago.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing and Diego really helped me out! He checked my battery, helped me select a new one, and installed it. He was fast, friendly, and a life-saver!

Helpful staff got me squared away, but the location may keep some away as it's a little run-down and perhaps not the best neighborhood. If you can get past that, you'll be taken care of.

Very helpful with reading the diagnostic code for the check engine light. Pointed me to the part and printed a report. Helpful when taking the car in for repairs.
