GREAT JOB to the AutoZone store on Bradshaw - they had common sense and saved my faith in AutoZone-customer service. My Mom, brother, cousin, and I could not be absolutely horrible customer service experience response at the AutoZone at the Fair Oaks store in Carmichael. We just could not believe what she told me. Thank goodness we made a call to verify what we were told at Carmichael store.

Bought a 3 year warranty platinum battery at this location. Two years later, the battery went bad. Went to a near by autozone where I live with the original receipt in hand. They ran my information and found no record in their system. Even with receipt in hand with my name and number listed, they refused to do a battery swap due to the representative at this bradshaw location never submitted my information in their data at the time of purchase.

Yesterday was my very first visit to any AutoZone. This one in Rancho was close to my home. A guy helping me with my car was unable to figure out why the Check Engine light was coming back on. He recommended I go to AutoZone because they checked it for free. The attendants there are friendly and the young lady who helped me was wonderful. She quickly figured out what the problem was. I was very happy with the service. From now on, when I need to buy anything for my car, I'll be going there FIRST!! Excellent customer care!!

Been coming to this location for the last few years. Always have a good experience, today was no exception. Needed to purchase headlight bulbs for a new assembly. Options were limited and spent quite a bit of time researching with the team. James and Juan were patient and showed us great care. Store full of customers and still somehow made us feel like we were the only ones.

Needed to get a battery for my vehicle. Staff was a very friendly. I ended up paying more than I wanted to for a battery but was able to get what I needed.

Was very courteous and helped me not one time but two times with two different cars with my wiper blades in a storm situation I absolutely enjoyed the interaction as well as the pleasantness in which he performs his job duties it was truly a blessing

Yesterday I went into my local AutoZone (store #5595) in my Dodge Dakota. It had a check engine light and running rough for the past couple of days.I was thinking it was in need of a tune up, but "Kevin" (the attendant that provided truly OUTSTANDING customer service) suggested that we hook up an analyzer, discovered that it was a defective "camshaft sensor ".Bottom line, today my truck is operating very smoothly and without a check engine light!Not only did Kevin save me a lot of unnecessary spending (that I couldn't really afford) but he also had the part in stock, far much less than all the parts necessary for a full tune up and that wouldn't have taken care of the issue anyway.Much thanks Kevin for your professionalism and outstanding customer service, I will absolutely share this exceptional experience with friends and family that I received at your store.Sean Connors

Went in for a brake light. The gentleman who helped me, I believe his name was Jack, was amazing. Super helpful. Not only helped me find the right bulb for the car, but installed it for me! He was so nice and clearly very good at his job. I was in and out, fully installed in under 10 mins!

5 stars to Keven CSR # 71 (store 5595) for his fanatic service and wonderful personally. He helped me and my signific other with finding out we needed a new battery after coming out of planet fitness to the vehicle that would not start. 5-star employee!!!

Wonderful service!! Aaron went above and beyond providing us with assistance. We could tell that he really cares about people. And his co-worker Darren even helped us to install the new car battery. I'm so glad our old battery died when we were close by to these guys...it couldn't have turned out better!

I hit Murphy s Law tonight! My car was hesitant to start so I drove it to Autozone (Thank sweet baby Jesus!!) Kevin and Jake helped me soooo much- Lifesavers!!! They offered to check the battery. Turns out it was dead, literally 0%. Then they offered to charge it. After an hour of charging, it was still no good. Jake walked me through the purchase options, which was super helpful since I had no idea what I was doing. We go to install the battery, but I had locked my car and closed the hood. And now my key on my fob wouldn t work, and my phone battery was less than 5%. With my iPhone cable in hand, they let me charge it so I could call for roadside assistance and have me a chair so I could rest my weary feet. In the meantime, they tried to troubleshoot. They installed it, gave me helpful information and suggested I come back to test (they were closing) if there may be any other issues. I am sooo thankful I ended up here with Jake and Kevin- two of the sweetest guys and super helpful.

Went in to get replacements for my low beams on a 2017 Ford Escape. Not something I m super knowledgeable at, but the associate behind the counter helped me figure out which one would work. Rang me up quick and easy. When I was struggling to put them in myself, the store manager Aaron came out with a big assist, helped me get them installed and on my way. It s extremely rare when associates or even managers will make themselves available like that. Outstanding customer service is something I appreciate/value greatly from any business and the guys here know how to provide it. Will definitely come back to this location next time I need a new part.

Thank you DARREN H.I'm speechless with the above and beyond service I received from Darren.I had both my plates stolen and in need of screws.Screws were difficult for my vehicle.I was very disgruntled from service received from two previous autozone seeking help. I was given wrong screws at one store and other store didn't care to look for me.Last store for me was the BRADSHAW location.I walked in expecting the worst but left with theVERY BEST.I'm super impressed how DARREN H took ownership of my problem and was able to multi task.He has high situational awareness, great customer service, demeanor and follow through.He went through different screws to make sure he found the correct one. He personally checked to make sure they fit on my car parked outside. I never complained or said anything about previous experiences. He naturally find a solution with a great attitude.I cant say enough how impressed with DARREN H I am.He saved me time,money and stress.THANK YOU.

Customer service needs work. I bought a new battery at a different location they installed it for me and it was a great experience. I brought the battery back in for warranty and they told me to go pull the battery myself and wouldn't provide any tools. One of their parts drivers tried to help me but even she couldn't get them to help. I had to drive home grab my own set of tools and come back so they can warranty a battery. If you have the time drive an extra five minutes to Zinfandel

Darren was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Came in 10 minutes before they closed and he helped replace one of my headlights. A complete professional going about helping me out and answered all questions that I had. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate the help Darren!

Worst service ever. Sold us the wrong brakes twice. Took back the first wrong set...takes 24 to 48 hours to get your money back to your card, couldn't exchange them so we bought them again, supposedly the right brake pads. Wrong ones again. Again no exchange and we would have to purchase yet again. Employee messed up twice, but nothing the manager can do. Thanks for nothing.

Extremely helpful staff. All AutoZone stores loan tools, but these guys gave me full access to any tool I needed, even opening a new package and letting me walk out with it. While I was replacing my battery, the sales clerk was out in the parking lot with three different customers, helping all of them. I would recommend this place.

Today I walked into the store to buy a wrench to open up my tail light to change the bulb. Aaron, a sales tech, came to my rescue. He saved me money by coming out with the wrench I needed and helped me install a bulb in the housing of my break light. Wow, great customer service and win win for us both. Now I'm a dedicated customer!!!! No thanks to the other auto part store down the street, that sold me the bulb but couldnt help me install it. Thank you Auto Zone!!!!!! Made my day and helped a girl out! Bravo!!!!!!!!!!

Had to replace a ratchet tool from them and what I like is that it was replace with ease. The only issue maybe that they don't have the tool you may need to replace so having to go to another store maybe the inconvenience and time which is what happen to me other than that again replace with ease. I do recommend their Duralast tools.

Went hear to purchase freon for my car. Was advised which was best and purchased. Got a 15.00 rebate (gift card) for purchasing. And you pay a 10.00 core charge (standard). Bring back your can and you get your money back. They were very pricey colored to sane product at Home Depot and Wal-Mart for 35.99. I paid 51.99. It was close and convenient. Staff was courteous.

There's two types of people who come to AutoZone,1. You're good with cars and you need to get a part to fix it up yourself2.. You're not good with cars and would like to be helped as much as possible.I fall under the second category. I came to this location because I needed something very basic. A A/C refill. After buying the bottle for $61 dollars the cashier's wontw help me put it. And I came in at a time of a day when they weren't busy at all.I ended up doing it myself and due to my lack of experience a customer ended up helping me because he could see my frustration.He wasn't too good either so in the process of refilling he went over the mark. I went again to autoAutoto address the issue that my car is blowing hot air and without even stepping out they told me I need to go to a shop. This is just terrible customer service.
