Chris sells lemon cars and takes advantage of the situation if you have a low credit score. He sold my daughter a car that broke down 4 days before the 3 months. He made it seem like he was going to help and had the car towed to his shop. After all the texting we decided to go speak to him. He had only allowed her to purchase the car she had because of her credit score. She had no other options. The car needs a whole new motor. He told her "no one put a gun to your head to purchase the car". You really want to go to a place where this is the response a dealer gives to his customers. He also said "she just had bad luck. I have attached the screen shot of that conversation. The only reason why I gave him was 1 star is to be able to post this review. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Bought a BMW here. Dash lights popping on before I even drove off the lot. Chris told me it was just a Fuse and he d have it fixed he has a guy . Long story short after being sent to two or three hour away hole n the wall auto shops and the problem never being fixed the car broke down. So I had it towed to THEM since he didn t want to have it fixed by a BMW place due to it being too expensive I guess what this ordeal has cost ME he hadn t cared to consider. Oh and by the way this was over 3 months ago I sent the car back. Haven t heard from him since.

Nice car and a nice guy but he wanted to charge me to fix an airbag when he originally told me the car has no problems, even after talking with him extensively the ad still days no problems to this day. I just felt he should have fixed it especially after he told me the car had 0 issues but I guess that s just my opinion. He did offer a 400 mile warranty which I thought was very fair but just didn t feel safe with non working airbags

I do not recommend this place or these people. If a dealership can't even give an honest answer as to what their hours are and then sell the vehicle out from under you 2 hours after their supposed close time, I doubt anything else they represent is true either. Shady hustlers from moment one.

Avoid these guys at all cost. Item description did not match the posting. After confirming that car has no damage I went there to find there is a lot of damage on the car. We agreed after Chris has it fixed I will go and pick up. I went to pick up the car which was supposed to be fixed already but nothing was done to the car. He wanted to raise the price. Since I needed a car I agreed to pay after he fixes. The day I was supposed to pick up I called him to make sure the car had been fixed, I was told no because the car without fixing will be another $1000 more. Very unprofessional and rude and trying to take advantage. AVOID at all cost.

Can't say anything bad about them. They helped me with bad credit and no licence. I gotta 97 lumina, nothing fancy but it runs good. It was an all cash deal, no financing, but I didn't have all the money. They let me make the rest payments over a month but my financial situation has been rough. They also gave me 3 days to take it to a mechanic and have them look over it. Most dealers won't do that at all. Long story short had it 4 months now just barley finishing up the payments. Plus added late fees but they didn't repo it so I'll settle for it. The guy and girl that work there were nice and let me slide on my payments for over a month as long as I told them what's up up. Car runs good for an old beater. No check engine light, no transmission slipping, or overheating. I mean all in all can't complain for a small dealership.

Chris is good businessman we have bought 2 cars from there they are used cars so things do happen but in the 2yr loans for each car we had no problems you can always do as i did and get your transmission checked at AAMCO or any other concern in the first 30days so do your research but this is a good company.

Do not purchase a car from this company. All the cars in the front are for customers with good credit, and all the cars in the back are lemons which are sold to the customers with bad credit. They do work with your down payment, but you'll get a car in the late 90's early 2000's, and end up having to pay $5,000 total for it in the end when you can get it off the street for $2000. They do have a 30 day warranty, only because they know it'll break down within a week. I think they need to fix the cars before they sell them, it'll save the customer a headache, and save them some money. My cars check engine light kept coming on a couple of days after I purchased it. They kept taking my car to some shop on Broadway, and it would come back with the same issues...for 3 weeks I had this problem. They finally had the guy give it an oil change/tune up. But the car needed a new battery, and transmission service: They never put a new battery in (they put a used one from another vehicle- I had to purchase a new one 2 months after), and never fixed the transmission problem so it would slip a lot over the next 5 months. I finally decided to give it up because clearly the car wasn't worth the amount I was paying. They get $5,000 from the finance company for a $2,000 vehicle. Please people be wise, and cash out on a car before getting financed. If you're going to get financed make sure the car is worth the amount you're going to pay in the end (like a 2014+ from Future Ford). These people will be slow about fixing the car you just paid for with your hard earned money, but will bug you to contact the Finance Company and lie about the condition of the car so that they can get their payment quicker. If you do get a car from them take a mobile mechanic that will do an on the spot full diagnostic. Thank me later ;-)

I love this place!! Chris and Maria are awesome! They really try to work with you and I was referred by a friend who bought a vehicle last year and was and still is satisfied!i purchased my own car days ago and am so happy and greatful! I definitely recommend this to those trying to get a reliable car from people who offer great customer service and if you re trying to build your credit! Thank you so much auto select! You guys are awesome!!

Bad business straight liars. I haven't even had my car 3 month's and the check engine light is on and it's running hot. 2 days after i purchased the car i discovered it had a oil leak they claimed they fixed the leaking gaskets and didn't they just put some sealant in it and kept it for 7 days like they did major work to it.

I Thought That This Place Would Be Amazing, Only To Find Out I Would Immediately Have To Spend $3000 In Parts And Labor. No Registration In My Name And Failure To Communicate These Things Were Wrong. I Went In With A Repo And Jacked Up Credit, He Was Understanding Willing To Put Me In The Vehicle That I Was Asking About But When It Came To Talk About The 2 Cars I Had In Mind He Said This One Is The Lowest And Basically The Best To Fit Because Of My Down Payment! Worst Decision I ve Ever Made. I Was Taken Advantage Of And This Vehicle Was Overpriced

I bought my son a car from here and it's way past the three month mark and still no registration even though it was marked for 2500 I paid over 3500 and the registration was to be included with that cost and every time I call they say they will call dmv and call back tomorrow but never call back. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR REGISTRATION AND KEEP THE MONEY!!!

Auto select spams Facebook, OfferUp and other websites with fraudulent ads that lie about the price of the vehicle tenfold. If I see an ad posted by these guys I don't bother reading any further because they are all the same: they say they have some 15 year old vehicle for sale at a price of $2500. Clicking the ad will reveal it to be a $2500 down payment and the vehicle is actually $15,000.00.If their very first interaction with you is a lie what else are they lying to you about. Good luck with a warranty.To Autoselect personally: Stop lying and spamming
