Update: I had to return a week later because the back passenger tire that was replaced felt wobbly and unbalanced. I made a 5:15pm appointment, arrive by 5pm, and was out by 5:40. I checked in via the appointment confirmation text which is super convenient and was greeted as soon as I arrived at the counter. The lobby seemed to be less busy than last time and there also seemed to be plenty of work for all to do by the number of cars in the lot. I ended up buying another tire also. I told the person my tires were not balanced or rotated when I left and that the car felt wobbly. He assured me they would get it done by 5:50pm. He said they were going to replace my driver back tire which had more life left than the front two so I asked why not replace one of the worse tires and put the new tire in the back and move the old back tire to the front. He said yeah they can do and I received my car back around 5:40pm.I have been here twice. My first experience was many years ago and it wasn t the best. I m back here to get a tire that the West Sacramento location couldn t provide. The person I spoke to on the phone assured me the tire was in stock here at the Arden location and that I wouldn t be waiting any longer than an hour. When I arrived, I parked easily and entered the facility. There was no one at the counter and a few people already waiting for their vehicles to be done. A few employees walked by me without saying anything until someone from the garage finally asked me if I d been helped. He took my information but didn t really seem too interested in paying attention based off him stopping what he was doing with me to have side conversations with his fellow employees. Eventually we went to check my tires and he took my key. There were no more than 8 employees present around 420pm when I arrived. They worked quickly as I watched cars come in and out of the garage at a rather quick speed considering. Exactly an hour later we were in the road! Took longer than I would have liked but I m thankful they had the tire and I was didn t have to wait a whole other day like I would have had to at the West Sacramento location. I would recommend.

I had a bad experience with another Cooper Tire distributor/installer who denied me a tread wear warranty of less than 45k on 60k tires. I contacted Cooper and they suggested I go the America's Tire and that they would honor/process the warranty if my tires met their terms. I have to say the customer service and my experience was exceptional at America's Tire, in & out on time with a new set of Cooper Endeavors in which I received a credit for the tread wear mileage difference. Great value and great service, I'll be back for my next set of tires.

America s Tire and its technicians got the job done above and beyond my expectations. Went in for some air and had a nail in tire s inner side wall, mind you I own a BMW i3 those tires are order only. It was Saturday and raining, typically this was a Monday delivery Tuesday at best, but the Lord saw it differently and 4 hours later that day I had a new tire and the issue was taken care of, thank you Arden America s Tire.

Had an appointment this morning to have one of my tires fixed after discovering a screw in it. Come to find out there was not only a screw but ALSO a nail in the side wall so unfortunately it wasn t salvageable but they replaced my tire and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend buying the certificates for your tires when you purchase from Americas tire because it will save you in these situations!! I only paid $24 to replace my tire. The guys here are always so nice, knowledgeable & do everything they can to get you in & out quick. 10/10 would recommend

Hands down best place to go for tires. They are awesome. No need to explain. Just go there when you get a flat and find out for yourself. Five stars all the way!

What awesome service here at your Arden Way store! My sister and I came to a dentist appointment in Sacramento and unbelievable when I drove into the parking we got a bolt in a tire. We called nearest America s Tire Store and I was desperate we drove over immediately and the service was so quick & efficient. Definitely deserving of your business.

After 20 years of almost perfect service from Americas Tire, the company finally made a mistake on my new tire purchase. In remedying the situation, everyone I dealt with, from customer service to the store manager to the tire service technicians, EVERYONE was so caring and competent that I ended up even more impressed with the company. Yes, Americas Tire sells high quality tires at the best prices I have ever found, but their expert, energetic service is what sets the company truly apart from its competition. No other company I have found prioritizes customer service and customer satisfaction as highly as does Americas Tire. I plan to be a loyal customer for as long as I own a car.

Great store with great service. I recommend making an appointment as the wait can be long if you don't. Every place tries to upsell services and America's Tire is no different...but it's a soft sell if at all. Been going to this location for about 8 years - no complaints.

These guys are consistently great and on top of things. Very quick and get stuff done safely despite always being busy all of the time. Don't know how anyone could knock them. Got my tire repaired as a walk in about an hour despite them having plenty of other vehicles in the air. Adam was professional and kept things moving and let me know accurately when the car would be done and got me back on the road. Thanks everyone.

I went in to buy a new rim and between testing a rim size and it not fitting, my gas pedal broke in their care. Did they fix it? No. Did they try to fix it? No. It got pawned off as my problem. Thanks for "saving" me money on my rim because I have to spend even more fixing the thing your staff broke. I will never come back and will steer everyone who will listen far far away from your terrible "store" that has the worst service I have seen in over a decade of working on my cars and going to shops. I'd give this place a -50/5 stars for the service that I received. Save your money and take your car to ANY other tire shop for rims and tires

2023 Tesla Model 3.In for tire rotation and rebalance.Guys were super knowledgeable, friendly, and explained things very well.Felt comfortable waiting there the entire time as they were extremely fast.Will go back again and recommend to everyone.

Bought new tires here 1500$ they ask would you like coverage on them I said yes. Few month later get a flat. Non fixable, I take it in to another location they say sorry you didn t buy the coverage. Thanks Arden americas tire

This is the only place I go for my tires. Always have a great experience and Shawn was the one who helped me out today. I came to him wanting to swap some tires and rims, but me being me I made it very complicated. He made everything make sense and helped me, beyond a reasonable doubt, confirm what I was doing will be safe for my road trip. Thank you again!Wish they did alignments here but oh well. Service makes up for it.

Courteous prompt Professional Service. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced with a new tire. Work was completed much sooner than expected. Very grateful for this shop for getting me back on the road quickly.Highly recommended

I have never had a bad experience at the Alta Arden store. Recently i have had the absolute pleasure of meeting one of the tire techs, her name is Emelie.. She's helpful, informative and outgoing. She goes the extra mile for her customers. Today she got me out of a pickle i just wan wasn't ready for and had me back on the road in less than an HOUR with no appointment. A walk In, on the day before Thanksgiving? That's amazing!! THANK YOU AMERICAS TIRE!! You have a real Gem with Miss Emelie, she's a keeper for sure!!P.S.She even got me into a brand new spare tire, as my current one is out of commission.

On 11-1-23 I left the house for work. I had only traveled about 1/2 mile when my low air pressure light came on. I really didn t want to get dirty in my white shirt. I decided to go to America s Tire since I did purchase my tire from that location. I THINK It was Jacob that rescued me. All 4 of my tires needed topping off due to the cold-snap.Jacob was so friendly! He had a line of cars needing an air pressure check, but that didn t seem to change his dedication to the customer he was serving at that time.Am�rica s choice offers this service free of charge.So how often do to get a much needed service free of any charge?So to Jacob ..thank you for rescuing me. I m sorry I didn t have cash in that day to show my appreciation. I ll get you soon.

Could have been better.Spent alot money getting new tires.Young man that helped was nice.But they didn't clean stuff off my tires and lost 3 of my stem covers.Tires have rubber hanging off too.I shouldn't have listened to my insurance people.To late now.I know better next time.

The three stars are for the four new tires I bought and were installed quickly and efficiently. I have always thought this store was great -- their staff, the efficiency and professional attitude of said staff. But the lack of five stars is because today I'm not a happy camper. In addition to the four new tires, I had them install new windshield wiper blades. Into about 20 minutes of waiting time, the manager of the store came in from the bay and called my name and said "I'm afraid we have a problem." He was smiling while he said this, which confused me, but I asked what the problem was and he told me while installing the wiper blades a staff member had cracked my windshield. He quickly handed me a card with the claim number on the back and a phone number of the insurance company that covers America's Tire Stores and told me they would call me within 3 days (and to call them if I didn't hear from them in 3 days) to set up a place I can take my car to have a new windshield installed. He then said he was sorry and returned to the service bay. It appeared to me that "I" have a problem and he was happy to dispense with it. When my car was ready, I found four cracks running about 4 inches each vertically from the bottom of the windshield and they were still traveling (getting longer). I realize mistakes happen, but now I have to wait to hear from the insurance company and then rearrange my week to take my car to a shop to have the windshield replaced with no compensation for my time or trouble other than a rather unconvincing "sorry." At the very least he might have offered to pick up the cost of the wiper blades. I did not expect to have another service problem after buying four tires and having them installed. But in future, I will never have this store install anything but tires. They also need to take a course in how to handle customers when the staff has screwed up. Smiling and informing the customer of the damage quickly and without sympathy is not acceptable behavior.

My always good experience with the Arden Way, Sacramento, shop was exceeded yesterday. I stopped in for a tire-pressure check and to replace one wiper blade. Adam couldn t have been more pleasant and helpful despite my showing up near closing time. I left with full tires and 3, not one, new blades which Adam replaced on the spot after he offered me a deal I couldn t refuse: ). He was awesome, and I can t recommend him - or this shop - more highly!

We have multiple vehicles and get all of our tires here tires here. The service is top notch and they usually finish way before the estimated time. Today I accidentally arrived an hour early but Francisco was able to help right away. We ve have had all positive experiences here :)

Enroute to a Women s Conference from the hotel, stopped to get gas at Costco and notice a warning light on dashboard.One of my tires was flat as a pancake, smile.Waited in Costco a parking lot for AAA.Costco didnt have the tire, however, one of the males (Rob or Mike) referred me to the tire center.I called and spoke to a nice person, Oscar(?), to see if they had the tire.Staff were friendly and helpful.We had already missed the first class session and asked if it would be okay to leave my car there until the conference ends (12:30pm).We called Uber and headed to the conference.Fortunately for us, the hotel, Costco, America s Tire, Capitol Christian Center were within 15mins away.I immediately called after the conference and noticed they had called to let me know my car is ready.Upon arrival, was helped within minutes.An adventurous day in a city we re not familiar, however, although late (had about 1 hr and 20mins) we were able to attend the last day of the conference.Thanks to the gentleman who was courteous on the phone, the gentleman who took care of me upon arrival and the gentlemen who didn t allow us to wait in line for a long time.We were pleased!Impressive!Thanks America s Tire Staff!Looking forward to seeing a center opening soon, more West.

The appointment process was easy. Upon arriving at the store, I was helped immediately, and the service writer was very friendly and professional. The service workers did a great job on my vehicle, and they got it done faster than the time quoted. The girl who worked on my vehicle and drove it out to me was very friendly and professional. It was a very hot temperature day and everyone was working quickly and very nice.

Joshua C Cox is the sales dude that helped me and he was great. I had a deep puncture on a hard to get all terrain tire and they were able to order the tire and get it in the same day. They figured out some extended warranty magic and I barely had to pay anything for it. They also support military. Great service and help. This is a good company!

I cannot say enough great things about the service I received here. After a very stressful and long day dealing with my flat tire at other unhelpful places, I brought my car here and was greeted by incredible service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they repaired my tire FOR FREE very promptly. I am so grateful. They have earned a customer for life.

Very polite staff on hand fast Clean Service in and out in 1 hour two new front tires windshield wipers, great store they take care of you fast courteous service had a screw in the tire replaced it for 13 bucks

I have always come here for my tire needs. These people are polite, professional and give you the best customer service I've ever experienced. They offer a nominal charge road hazard warranty for every single tire they sell so if you need to replace any tire for anything involving a puncture or sidewall damage that cannot be fixed, they will replace it with a new tire free. They work their butts off to get you back on your way as soon as possible. Prices are reasonable and usually come with several cost options. Appointments are appreciated but they'll do their best to accommodate walk-ins.Best tire shop in Sacramento, by far.
