I bought rims and tires for my Van. I choose side 260/45/20 and asked them will work for my Van. They said that would be nice and good. They keep saying good words to get customers. Then after replaced, My wheels was crashing on the body of the car. I came back to ask and tell them fix it. They changed smaller tires and charged $85 for labor fee. And then the problem was still. I came back again and they changed another smaller tires and charged me one more time $85 for labor fee. Even my old tires are more expensive than new tires but they didn't return. Please dont come to here

I ve been supporting this local branch for a number of years now and they never disappoint. From friendliness, attention to detail, and going above and beyond in customer service, my family always felt positive with every set of tires purchased and maintained for all of our cars. I like that they re honest about options, work with you on competitive pricing/price match, and give advice. Great place to get your tires installed, mounted, and balanced. I went in for my appointment at 10:15 am and was out by 11am. I bought my own tires from Amazon and brought them in to be installed for approximately $30/tire. The good thing about installing it here is that you also get the American Tire Warranty: free tire Balance,4Tire rotation, and flat repair. Staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend this place.

I went in to America's tire to get some tires put on my trailer. They said it would be a couple of hours wait but if I make a appointment they would have me in and out in 15 to 20 minutes so I made the appointment for 3:30 . I went back for the appointment and they said it would be over a hour wait. So why did they make a appointment when it will take the same amount of time. They messed up the rest of my jobs.Thanks America's tire for screwing up my day

I took my car in for a scheduled tire rotation and the mechanic broke the lug nuts on the front wheel. They had to tow my car to a collision repair shop for the repairs needed. On top of that I had to walk about four miles home in the heat. Wasn t a nice walk for a 67 year old man in the heat

I have been a loyal customer at this store since they opened. I have shopped at various Americas Tire stores in my area and this store surpasses all others. The employees are always friendly and helpful, treating each customer like a friend or family member. They give the best prices and high quality service. Make this store your go to location for tires and wheels.

0 stars. Came today to check my tire pressure, stood there for 15 mins and everybody just ignored for the first 5 mins then I got out my car to get help and somebody said we ll be out shortly yet nobody came. Don t waste your time here!

This America s Tire did a great job with a tire change for my Tesla Model 3, from start to finish. I bought the tires and made an appointment online, checked in with Isaiah in the showroom who was friendly and didn t try too hard to upsell me (just the certificates), and was in and out in an hour. I had read horror stories about tire shops puncturing the battery on Teslas so I called ahead and confirmed that they work on Teslas every day. I also installed my own pucks in the shop s parking lot before my appointment just to guarantee that they would use the correct lift points. I m pretty sure it was unnecessary, Isaiah assured me they do have the pucks, but they patiently went along with my paranoia and used the pucks I had installed. Thanks America s Tire!

I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to come and put air in my tire, I see two boys there. I am not saying that they are not working, one already seems to have finished and went to sit down or do something else, but here I have bought the tires for my cars, but now I am thinking very seriously about not going back because I know that the service is free and It wouldn't bother me if they charged it, but if they took care of me.

I purchased a tire and the pressure sensor did not reset automatically. When I returned to ask them what happened I was greeted with a friendly person named Joe. He and Edgar quickly fixed the problem for me for which was my problem with the car. I appreciate the extra service and the cordial employees. The give great service and the prices are right. This place is not cusi friendly at all, and the service is not good. I came here one day and because they were low staff they couldn't do a free air check. I came the next day before closing and then they said there is no more air checks and they stopped doing that at 5:00 p.m. right after they just finished the air check for somebody else that was in front of me.This was the first time and last time I've tried this location. I'll stick to the one in Elk Grove off Bruceville.

I normally buy tires through Costco but this time I decided to check out America's tire since they had great reviews. I first purchased a set of brand new tires for my vehicle and was in and out quick by appointment.I drove my vehicle around with the new tires for a couple weeks but I really wished I had went with a bigger tire. I called America's tire and the team member told me I had a 30 day satisfaction and if I wasn't happy, they could exchange them for a new set, no questions asked. Not only did they swap out a new set of tires, they also price matched a local warehouse store and made my purchase even cheaper. Amazing!I am so happy with my experience (both times) with America's tire at Calvine rd. and I will definitely be back for my next tire purchase!

I found a defective tire on my car today. I was able to do the whole purchase of new tires from home and have the new tires put on in the same day. The shop had me out of there in about 45 minutes. I really couldn't ask for more.

Went there to get a tire rotation and balance and the service was top notch from beginning to end. From the ease of making the appointment on line to Jeff my advisor handling the service, I was in and out in less than an hour. It was an awesome experience. You can't go wrong going there for the care of your tires.

Been coming to america tire company for a decade now. This is the only location that has no problem making you stand waiting 30 mins just to speak to someone even with an appointment. Picking up a car? Another 20 mins just to pick up your car. Ridiculous

I had an appointment @ 1700 hours, but due to bummer to bummer traffic on I80 and a little on CA99, I got there @ 1738 hours and did not make my appointment. Jack was so awesome and had my service done anyway.The service and the people who work at America's Tires / Discount Tires is what keeps me stays loyal since 1988.Awesome job team America's Tires

Top notch service from start to finish at America's Tire on Calvine Rd. From the jump, Joe worked with me and got some White Letter BFG KO2's delivered to his store and his crew got them installed same-day and let me tell 'ya... the tires look great on my truck! Everyone was professional and friendly. Definitely great service at this spot. Thanks, Joe.

Awesome store. Came in with concerns about a TPMS light and a nail in the tire. Edgar came out and pulled the nail, and showed us it wasn't leaking. He then took a look at the TPMS issue and determined they were all working at the moment. Edgar then explained it could be on its way out, and may need to fail fully before we can know which to replace. Edgar was super friendly, informative and helpful. Great experience.

Went there because we'd had a spare tire in the back of our SUV for a couple months that needed to be put back in the storage place under the car. Went to a couple of places who couldn't help us before we came here. John helped us. John was so helpful and came out to our vehicle right away and took care of us with a great attitude and good conversation. I'm giving your shop an A+ for customer service! Thanks for having people like John. The rest of your crew looked very professional too.

I was searching for a set of tires and it was helpful to get an idea of the cost out the door. If you see a different price online, I suggest doing a screenshot to be certain that's what you're getting in store. I paid more than I expected but I needed a set badly and they were able to get me in the same day. Took them about 45 minutes which I feel is pretty good. They're practicing COVID protocol and customer service was pretty good.

The free air check at this location is very poor. I waited 25 mins for someone to attend. This happens everytime I've been here. Could be my luck.
