Carrie and her crew got on my travel trailer issues quickly. Repairs were made and she took photos of damaged parts so I could see what was going on. Pricey but what isn't these days. I would definitely return for other work because I feel that they are honest and reputable.

We took our Motorhome to another shop in Rocklin to repair damage from a break in. It was a substantial repair the entire entry door was replaced and all of the luggage compartment locks popped open. Luckily our insurance covered the damage but the shop left the door and locks unfinished. I grew impatient because they made it seem as there was no solution and we'd have to just have a door with all the screws exposed to the elements. This other shop will get their own review but its a 3 letter name in Rocklin. A friend and neighbor recommended Allied. I scheduled and appointment and the same week I got in. They immediately had a clean solution for trimming the door. While there I decided to have them install and upgraded ECC (Electronic Climate Controller). They told me a couple days and sure enough it was done. The installation is immaculate and couldn't have been better. I'm very happy. Knowing I had a solid shop now I had them take care of a few other maintenance items, sealing up the roof and replacing any running lights that were out. The roof looks great and all my lights are working. Allied has a new customer and referral partner. I'm happy paying a fair price for good work. Besides if money is am issue RVing shouldn't be your hobby. Thanks guys.

Small company with great knowledge and friendly staff. Get that personal service few places have anymore. Keep in mind that the service department is in a different building a bit further down the street from the parts building.I had a last minute trailer wiring issue and they had me scheduled within 2 days. Carrie and her crew went above and beyond tackling my issue quickly. Will only go here for trailer needs. So glad Rack N Road recommend this place.

I purchased some of the parts for this trailer in the photo. Needed custom fit parts and they had the parts on hand. These guys have really great customer service and they make sure you have the right part before you leave. Over the top. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

// Update 01/31/23 - Allied Trailer has issued a substantial refund to my sister for this issue, which she received in yesterday's mail. Although it took awhile, they did right by her and I appreciate that. Accordingly, I've changed this to a 3-star review.//Update 01/03/23 - As you can see below the owner (I assume) of Allied Trailer Supply has reached out and offered to take a look at this transaction. I wrote to him/her the following day and offered my sister's contact information as well as copies of her receipts. It has been two weeks since I did that and she has still not heard a single word from them. This will be updated if they actually make contact with her and offer to remedy the situation to her satisfaction. But so far - absolutely nothing.//Original Review - I have VERY mixed feelings about this place based on work they did to my sister's trailer. First, she had a crack in a shower pan made by the previous owners who were very heavy people. Allied changed it out for her and did a very nice job on it, and I thought the price was reasonable considering the trouble they had to go through. But about a year later she had a black tank gate valve that was leaking pretty badly so she took it to them to have both the black and gray tank gate valves replaced. Both of these valves were in the rear, middle part of the trailer and were completely exposed and easily accessible, unlike some that are buried inside insulated compartments. They told her it would be about $200 when she dropped it off. But when she picked the trailer up they said it took THREE AND A HALF HOURS of labor and charged her around $565!!!! I couldn't believe it when she told me about it. There's a Youtube video out there of a complete novice replacing one of these in just over NINE MINUTES!!! It's literally 4 bolts and nuts and two gaskets for each valve!I am getting ready to replace the same valves on my 5th wheel and I just ordered them for a total of $36.43. So the cost of the valves is NOT the issue. I would have done the work for her myself except for the fact that I live 350 miles away from her. She is a senior citizen who lost her husband to cancer 5 years ago and is trying to get by on her own now, and it's hard enough for her already without people RIPPING HER OFF. It makes me FUME!

Needed a new AC unit for our RV Trailer and they were one of the only places nearby to have it in stock. They were very helpful in explaining what was needed and also helped in loading the unit into our truck.Overall, the prices were great and so was the customer service.

The people at allied are very friendly and helpful I've never had a problem going there matter of fact I showed up there one day and they had just closed and we had an emergency with our RV and they allowed me to come in through the back door and purchase an item even though that they were shut down and they had already closed out their till and I just think that they are the most helpful nice friendly place to get anything you need for your RV I would recommend them to everybody

Went in to get boards for a refrigerator. Guy quoted me over the phone two something. When I went in it was 350. I asked why the difference. He apologized for making the mistake and discounted. I paid and wandered around the store. The guy then realized he had marked wrong sticker on box. Came and found me and refunded back to original price! That s nothing but honest right there. He could have let me walk out the store and not said a thing. Great customer service. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me when I ordered and was great. And I was greeted and helped right away when I walked in. I ll definitely be going there for any needs. Awesome group of people. I m new to travel trailer and they were very helpful and informative.

Would have been nice to get a call about the quote/bill before doing the work and just sticking it to us.Sent my girl int with her 17' trailer hitched to a X5 BMW. Needed brake light wiring repaired. Was charged $389 for 7-way plug replacement and 4-way wire. I generally do these kinds of repairs myself, but was too busy in the office this week. Feels like they took advantage of my girl. Not happy. Seems like they saw the '69 Sanger and BMW and thought she can fork out $400 for a $150 job. We usually go to Rack-N-Road, but they were booked.

We have been coming to Allied Trailer Supply for a little over ten years. Being owners of an older rig, we needed their expertise and guidance. The entire staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. We are greeted with a smile and "how can we help you?" each time we enter their store. Granted it is not a big, fancy, flashy store, but it is a very well-stocked store. Their repair facility also does a wonderful job -- they have replaced our roof and vents and after three years, we have never experienced a leak! Their prices are very competitive and fair. Oh ... and when leaving their store, they thank us instead of us thanking them (how many times has that happened in other stores?!!!). Very honest, trustworthy and old-fashioned service. Thank you all for what you do for us each and every time we come into your store! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!

Stopped in to get an adapter for a travel trailer. Got it and a really nice 30 amp ext cord. Prices were reasonable and the service was stellar! They have quite a variety of merchandise and it was nice to actually touch things I ve previously only seen online. Check them out if you have an RV for sure and they even have something for you tent campers and weekend sportsman.

There are so many reasons as an RVer or ANYONE who either wishes to buy one or wants to continue to "maintain" one...to visit a MUST stop and shop with competent, knowledgeable and wonderfully assisting staff...truly an RVers best friend, and that's Allied Trailer Supply! One of the BEST businesses in Sacramento!! It's well stocked and their staff are VERY supportive in finding what you need, when you need it, and they "go out of their way" if they don't have a product, to find a product. This is especially true of STEVE FONTES, he's an exceptional consultant whose invaluable years of experience and WELCOMING and GRACIOUS manner is truly above and beyond expectations!I feel honored to know him, I am always THANKFUL for his assistance, and encourage any and everyone to experience ALLIED TRAILER SUPPLY, a one of a kind business! Just got my trailer back from Allied Trailer. The repairs are fantastic. The end cap was coming loose where it meets the roof. Allied fixed the problem just like new. Also had new roof coating applied to roof and it looks great. Repairs and work were done quickly and very professionally. Coating is all the way up to the vents so there won't be any rain leakage. GREAT WORK!! Will highly recommend Allied Trailer Repair to anyone needing their trailer worked on.

This used to be our store to buy supplies for our trailers, not anymore! I don't know what happened, but I am impressed by the lack of knowledge and the lack of customer service. I went there to exchange some parts that the warehouse told me they order wrong for my husband (the warehouse people were nice and even wrote the part numbers for me! ). They send me to the warehouse and It was wrong AGAIN! At this point, I just have given up and went to get a refund and went to another store. In less than 10 mins a very nice employee showed me all the right parts with knowledge and he was NICE! Please if you are a rude person and treat people with a superiority complex find a job that you don't have to deal with people.

My contact Norma was great, returned phone calls And was always pleasant. The tech JR was also great, gave me a thorough walk thru on my hitch, wiring, and brake controller install. He even took a late lunch, knowing I was there waiting right about 3hrs and finished my job first. I will for sure be coming back here for my trailer needs.

-These people are the BEST anywhere! We were 2 days into a 3 week road trip and developed a refrigerator problem. We called on Sunday and left vm and Monday at 8:30am they (David) returned our call. We told him that no one could see us until Wednesday or Thursday and he told us to just come on by! We got there around 9:00am and by 10:10am, we were on the road with a fixed unit!! These people are amazing, they didn't "scalp" us, treated us so nicely, and saved our vacation!! David and Ray were/are amazing with their out of this world customer service. If we lived in California we would be devoted customers forever! Thanks guys for taking care of our rig and being so kind to people on the road! Love ya!

I went to allied trailer supply because of their excellent reviews online. Let me tell you, those reviews were right. The work and customer service I received was better than I have received from any business in a long time. In an era of scam capitalism and businesses, this place's old school honest business practices is a breath of fresh air. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Thank you Allied Trailer Supply, you have a customer for life.

Well it's hard to beat prices on stuff online but these guys come close, and of course you can actually see what you want or need to buy off a shelf. Some of the items I shopped were cheaper than the big A. Or Camping W. Combine that with the sales staffs knowledge base and you have a winner. It's imperative to go buy local or there won't be any jobs for your children or their children besides delivery driver.
