They sold me a battery that was almost a year old and discharged. The manager told me that this is normal. Also had a rude comment when I told him it was not normal. Check the dates before purchasing. All the other batteries on the shelf were only a few months old. They were just trying to get rid of their old stock. I had to take it because I needed one today. Let's hope they back their warranty.Update: Heather from Advanced auto customer service was able to resolve my problem. Katie at the Rancho Cordova store helped me out and took care of it. The original battery they gave me was so old and sulfated and would barely take a charge. Thank you Heather from customer service and Katie from the Rancho store.

I called on 7pm 11/18 and a guy answered the phone and specifically told me they had a specific part. We drove 35 minutes away just to find out the sales guy was not accurate. We wasted time, and money and all the guy had to do what be thorough. I really can t believe this and I am very disappointed. I would NOT recommend. Try o Riley s or auto zone.

Great help with finding the right wiper blades & installed them for me! Cheerfully helped my sister find the tire gauge she wanted. Really great service!

I had a really good experience at this store. Had an issue with my license plate frame, and Carlos (as well as his coworker) worked with me until the issue was resolved. Really impressive service. This is where I ll always go when I need car related items.

I had forgotten what they call that wet stuff falling from the sky, but I did realize that my wiper blades were shot. I went into AAP on Arden & they couldn t be more friendly & helpful. Got new blades on sale & they even offered to install them. I pridefully refused, but after fifteen minutes of not figuring it out, I humbly returned & Tom politely installed for me. Didn t even tease me for my masculine failure ha! Great customer service guys! Thank you

The people are so rude they will not give you your money back when you return anything cause they don't do returns on things if they electronics they don't return electronics because they don't do it Buyers beware evil amongst management

Always get my oil from here, one of the few stores that stocks liquimoly on shelf. Tom is always helpful and finds you great deals.
