The prices were good. Service was ok. I was upset that the technician who changed my tires tried to charge me for a tire sensor, saying mine was broken. It was not broken before I brought my vehicle there. Otherwise, my dash wouldn't have recognized the tire pressure. I appreciate the associate Junior who helped me get tires shipped, but the other employee made it hard to leave 5 stars.

A-1Tire is a 5 - Business Junior is very nice and dose the work himself we recommend A-1 Tires for upgrades & Repairs.Our vehicle is the red 2024-CX 5 Custom wheels and tires very beautiful job him and his staff Have done.They were patient with my family and had over night deliveries for choice rims and tires. Thank You.

This is family own tire and mechanic shop who offers variety of services like New tires, Specialty rims, wheel alignment and balancing and all kind of car repairs. They always have extra help just to expedite the service experience. I had a check engine light for hybrid battery of my Camry 2009. Tech first diagnose the check engine light and than explain me the solution. Toyota dealership was charging over $400 for trunk battery replacement but they replace a new battery for $265. My personal experience was great. Waiting area is clean so as the restroom. I certainly save around $180 on this job. I send one of my friend for new tires for his Mercedes 300 and he saves around $200 on Goodyear tires. Definitely recommending to others. They are located next to Chevron on Stockton Boulevard and Fruitridge next to McDonald s.

Best Shop in Town, been using them since the were on Broadway. Bought a lot of different sets of Wheels & Tires from these guys, they always take care of me when I have any issues. Just go in, and they will take care you.

With numerous Wheel and Tire Shops in the Sacramento area. There is no need to look any further than A1! Trust me, being new to the California and the Nor. Cal. area I stopped by many Wheel and Tire shops to get quotes. Hands down, Junior Tariq is the best and was a pleasure to deal with! Extremely reasonable. Great job to everyone down at A1. My Z looks Great!

Excellent customer service. Ramil was very helpful. Went in to fix a nail in my tire, and got a quote on new tires for my truck. Explained different style tires. Very helpful and informative. The prices were perfect also. Highly recommend this place. And thanks Dayon for making sure my tire pressure was A1

A1 Tire Outlet is super helpful, I d recommend them to my grandmother. I came twice and both times were last minute. That s why I feel the need to leave this review, moe helped me the second time, I did not get a name the fist time. They took care of me fast, they were patient and understanding, plus they have a nice financing program. They may even work deals with prices. Don t hesitate to come in to check them out.

Had car problems with my wheels and water pump had great service from Romeo he was able to accommodate our needs and make sure we got our car done in time I would definitely recommend them.

I m so fed up and disappointed with this shop. I keep having to come back multiple times since September 2022 with my car s squeaking or grinding brakes. I told them of my issue multiple times and nothing never gets resolved or done right the first time. Every time I come in I m informed, It s just debris in the brakes. It s seems like quantity over quality is the motto here. It s very frustrating, annoying, and embarrassing when you re the only car on the road that has a terrible squealing dying pig noise in your brakes. I literally had to go another neighborhood tire shop to get a second opinion of my brakes. Sure enough they found my brake parts and caliper was not greased properly and was bad. My squeaking brakes are sustained for now. Overall poor work quality and customer service. They always try find something else to charge the customer with too. Annoyance!

They were quick and efficient. Great customer service too. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to get it fixed right away. I was in and out in less than a 10 mins. It was great cuz I have 2 little kids and we didn t have to get out of the car and anything longer would have been a pain.

I ve been here multiple times before getting new tires, and having my car worked on too. This morning I went in to a disgruntled counter employee, who already didn t want to work with me because they were pretty busy already . He proceeded to try to charge me for things I wasn t ever charged for before, and when I told him the service I was receiving was different that service I had gotten in the past from another employee, I was told too bad, he doesn t work here anymore . I think I too along with that employee will also no longer be getting my car looked at here, which is sad because I thought the mechanics in the back did decent work the last couple of times

I was able to get in and out quickly, I ve been here a few times, Rameel was really helpful, kind and very honest. Answered all my questions and made sure that everything wants explained and resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this place, they do great work, offer great service, and awesome deals. I initially brought my 2012 Hyundai genesis coupe for a motor, window regulator replacement and was pleased with the results. Thank you auto experts; Rameel, Dre, and Kay for working on the regulator replacement.

i was calling them to call for a tires and they said that they can't sell it and just hanged up. very rude customer service. Dont recommend this place. find a better tire shop.

Just wanted to say this is a great shop with high standards of professionalism. I was declined for service for a flat because I didn t have an appointment at other shops but this business simply helped me and didn t give me a hard time. Great customer experience here!

Was looking for a specific rim for my car and I found them here, even better than what I originally had in mind. They have a very nice selection of rims and tires. He quoted me for my own tires and for the whole new tire and rim set. Soon as he noticed something wrong, he contacted me immediately and even sent pictures of the issue so that I didn't think they were trying to go pocket fishing lol. He took care of my baby for me and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some sick rims and tires. Thank Junior!

They do good Business here. Come here all the time for my Tire, Brakes, Alignments or whatever other Suspension work I need. Been coming here for years, even when the use to be on Broadway. Keep up the good work. I love their Customer Service, always take care of my vehicles needs. Ask for Junior =)

If your on a budget and need new or used tires this is the place to go. I am always happy to give these guys my business. The prices are always great and so is the service! I needed two new tires and a alignment for my Yukon 4x4 and it cost less than $300.00 dollars. E rated 10 ply tires. Give them a call, they are always happy to help.

This place is trash they don't know how to use thier thousands of dollars machines. Went in to get new tires and have them balanced. The guys here broke my valve stems and charged me $20 for new ones. They also said they balanced the tires since that installation on 7/15/19 I had to get them balanced again at a completely different shop and the shop I went to said 3 out of the 4 tires were not balanced. Do not go to this shop unless you want scammed. Oh ya the tires they sold me are directional I was never told that when purchased. On top of everything they did not give a receipt when I asked for one.

If i could I'd give them ZERO STARS! They don't deserve a single one. Went to them for a shock and spring issue and they replaced my shocks and springs after i TOLD THEM they had just been replaced and they charged me just to give me the same results because they didn't know how to diagnose it. Don't go to them for anything else but tires they will scam you especially if you're a woman with little knowledge of cars. Then i went up the street to another place and they told me the reason without having to replace my new shocks and springs that my vehicle has air suspension in it!!! I hate these people! Customer service guy was rude as well.
