Love this place and these guys! We have done business with this location for several years as have several of our friends. We are members of an off-road club and several of our members do business with them. They are always helpful and willing to work with us to get to a resolution. They take the time to explain the products and help with home installations.I recently bought a new soft top for my Jeep and Nate took over half an hour with me on the phone talking through the different options, explaining the pros and cons of each. It was incredibly helpful and gave me confidence when I pulled the trigger on buying.Thanks! Your hard work and positive attitude are great! Keep up the good work.

These guys literally saved my life!My brother spoke to TJ about the issues I d been having with my Jeep. I had just put on some upgraded wheels and tires but my Jeep couldn t go faster than 40mph without the death wobble.As it turns out , the set was never properly balanced. TJ and his crew determined that my tires were full of water which was causing the wobbling. Something 2 different tires shops didn t manage to find!4wheel Parts took care of all 4 tires , balanced everything out . Got me back to driving safely. I can t thank them enough for keeping me safe!

I originally ordered my leaf springs from another vendor to save $50. They took over 2 weeks to ship and 1 got lost in transit and I had to have my bank reverse half the transaction. I ordered 1 replacement from 4WP which was in stock at their San Jose location. It was delivered to Sac within a few days and I picked it up with no hassle. Could have had it shipped to my house for free but I wanted to check out the store too. Overall good customer service and experience.

4wheel parts Sacramento is my new place!!!!! I love their employees. Nate went above and beyond. My new axel I purchased from 4wheel parts Santa Rosa had a catastrophic failure and when I reached out to Santa Rosa, they had apparently closed that store and every interaction there after indicated that I was screwed. I am a disabled vet and my jeep is my therapy. I could tell I was headed towards a depression because I did not have the money to buy a replacement and get back on the trails. But once I made contact with Nate, he made it right! He called, emailed, and relentlessly pursued every possibility until he made it right. I cannot thank you and your team enough. I am forever grateful, and even though their store is 2 and a half hours from my home, I won t take my off-roading business anywhere else!!Sincerely,Mitch

Amazing place! Went in looking for a fender clip to fix my fending. They took the time talk with me and look at my issues. Came out with a few options, which one fixed the problem, and even gave me a extra one so I could have a reference point when I got home. Will be going back! Thank you!!!

First-time customer*** Greeted immediately even though there was a long line. My wife and I don't have a tricked-out truck or Jeep - Jeep Renegade - but the customer service technician, Allen, was respectful AND knew exactly what I wanted - seriously finising my sentences as I described to him what I wanted. Honestly, I do most of my own work, but when it comes to wheels, tires, and professional installation - these guys are 100% worth it.I did research at one of those Instagram wheel sites, and thought I was getting a good deal, but 4 wheel parts to get a second quote, I got the wheels and tires I wanted - KMC with Wildpeak A/Ts. With the price offered, I had to get the warranty with them so now I am covered.Also, wanted to get my lightbar connected with my auxbeam system instead of the janky, twisted situation I created myself (and nearly burned down my jeep). They gave me options on the location of my light bar controller which took out my rat's nest and now looks SUPER clean.Not only that, but they have gone above and beyond with customer service. Even after installation, my tire pressure monitor system was having troubles before I took it into 4WD parts and continued to have issues after I got the new wheels/tires - they are texting and calling me to come in ASAP so they can handle it. Really top-notch service!!! Will be a repeat customer!

4 wheel parts installed a 3 inch falcon lift on my 2018 JL Rubicon. They did a great job for a fair price and I've loved the ride and look of my jeep ever since.

Enjoyed my experience here. I did get placed on hold via phone for a long while one day but was explained they're very short staffed. Understood as most places are. Instead, I took time and went in, worked with Nathan directly. Wonderful customer service, helped with ALL my questions and we ordered parts. My jeep install was 1.5 weeks later. Great job gents!

Not great. Customer service was very lacking. They have a large selection of items they can get but this location does not have much on the shelf but good luck getting them to speak to you on the phone to check inventory.

Cody is the guy to help with all parts and any questions you have. He helped me a lot with my first truck I build (2012 Ram) and now I did a 2020 Ram and he was there for me too. Gave me good advices and got me everything I need very fast. I go to 4wheel parts because Cody is there and very helpful.

Very helpful staff. Greeted me as I walked in and asked if they could help. My jeep battery was stolen last night and I needed hood locks. I needed them now and they had them in stock. A few minutes later and I was out the door. They have the goods and are great if you need them asap!

I buy most my parts from this location for my Jeep Wrangler most parts are either in stock or next day available. Cody is the guy that helps me with building my Jeep right, it's very helpful when the sales guy knows Jeep's and off-roading it makes it 100 times easier and more efficient. He is also a great advisor into building anything custom. Highly recommend this place those guys know off-roading.

Very clean shop and store, pretty well stocked for all your late model offroad needs. Slim pickens for older trucks and SUV's, but some items can still be ordered for your Cj's, Xj's, and Fj Cruisers.

I have been shopping at 4 wheel parts for years now. I've bought multiple sets of tires, wheels, and lifts. They also helped me outfit my 1998 Jeep XJ with a winch and countless other accessories. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I trust that they will get me what I need the first time. They have recently had a store management change and Cody has the store looking amazing. There is way more stock on the floor which is very enticing. It sure makes me want to buy more! I just want to say thanks to all the staff at 4wheel parts Sacramento for the quality help and expert advice. I will continue to shop there for years to come! Great job guys!

I was having a hard time finding some step nerf bars for my Tacoma and this was the fourth place I went to and they found the ones I wanted within 15 minutes of me being there. I ordered them on a Saturday and was picking them up the following Wednesday. Everything was high quality and fit perfect and the price was reasonable..I am thinking of going back and getting a light bar next check this place out you will be glad you did.

Awesome customer service! I was extremely satisfied with my store visit today. Checked out the Stockton location first and was directed to this location for the part I needed. Greeted as soon as I came in, was updated all through out my wait time(they were busy) and was assisted by multiple team members who went above & beyond.Keep up the great work guys!

Returned tires on 9/17/22 to the Sacramento store. Informed refund would process 4-5 business days. Today is 10/13/22- still no refund. Have called several times, each time I get an excuse why the refund was not processed and get a promise that it will be taken care of and yet still nothing. Almost a month and nothing - very inappropriate. They should pay me interest on my money they have.

Mario and Nate at 4WP in Sacramento came thru for me for a spline lug nut socket that some how I misplaced and was not in my F150. I m on a road trip from Oregon to Arizona and unfortunately had a mechanical issue which needed the front wheels removed,and the repair shop didn t have the correct spline socket. So they saved my butt.Thanks again to Mario and Nate for the assistance.Thanks,Chuck Stollings
