I purchase a 3 core metal tank radiator from them back in 2004 with a lifetime warranty. I m happy for it lasting over 15 years. However it recently sprung a major leak requiring me to call in to have it replaced. They did not have my purchase on file but I was fortunately able to find the original purchase invoice for proof of purchase. They were initially unable to find a matching replacement and attempted to get me to accept a less efficient and lesser value plastic tank radiator. After a few more calls and over a week of down time I was finally able to speak with someone at their call center that was able to help get me the correct replacement. Unfortunately the radiator tank was delivered damaged (large dent and bent tube). I cannot have my vehicle down any longer so I was forced to accept it.Funny thing is the ladies at the shop spoke very poorly of the call center personnel yet the people at the call center was able to get my correct replacement when the shop employees could not.

They had the radiator I needed & said they'd have to order the heater core on Friday 2/24, assured me it would be in on Monday. Got a call on Monday it was delayed. They didn't give me a receipt (should have cancelled then) but we took a picture of the will call paperwork. By the following Thursday, heard nothing so I called to find out. The guy couldn't find anything they had no record of it. My card was charged, I had a picture of the document but he couldn't find anything. I called again the next day, now they had the invoice but said the order was cancelled & a refund would be issued in 3-5 days but he was going to verify with accounting and call that day to confirm it was processed. Never called. I filed dispute with my card & called againBack to no record or info. Called again 3/10 this time she had my info on her desk (????!?!!) needed my invoice #, don't have one. Now she needs the radiator invoice, but I have the radiator. We around a few times then she said she would process refund right now but that the warehouse sent another radiator, no heater core. She says she processed the refund today, we'll see shortly. The didn't give meds an invoice or document, charged my card (I know my screw up) has no clue when I called to follow up, no follow up from them, cancelled my order but never told me or refunded the charge, don't seem to have been ever planning to get the cheater core or refund to me. Awful business practices, no follow up, no info for me, misleading us on the status & useless blockages to resolve, did not even apologize for litany of errors. Not even a discount or courtesy credit. Never going back & will let people know what awful service & processes they have. Terrible & frustrating is the kindest thing I can say. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

Man this place rock great customer service if i could give 10 stars I would Robert at front counter went above and beyond to make it happen for me this is my first time here and I will be back and will tell everyone I know to come get parts from here you name it they got iy !!!

By far the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to use. Quality of product? Useless. Ability to contact them? Useless. Returns? Once again, useless. If I could give less than 1 star I'd would.

They do have big inventory of radiators but their service could be better. Bought two radiators, but used only one, the other one was never out of box, when I came for a return the lady on a front desk said the serial number on a box does not match the number on the invoice so she couldn't refund my money. If you decide to buy something from them don't count on their warranty, if they can't refund money for brand new undamaged part they probably won't do it for used.

A very impressive experience, fast quality service. The 1st radiator had a leak and they immediately delivered a replacement to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new replacement radiator. The staff goes the extra yard to insure happy and satisfied customers.

When you call and order a radiator, you might expect the price that they quoted you, but not if you order from Gabe. In my case, I was quoted $90. The next day, my son actually ordered it, but the price went to $100 because of shipping when it was actually in stock. I called back to complain and was quoted the original $90, but when I received the part, it was actually $95. I asked Gabe for his supervisor but he then asked me "for what" to which I replied "to talk about you" and how my prices have changed three times while speaking with him on two of the three occasions...The bottom line is I paid $10 more to NAPA, but didn't have to chase some fictitious price and I got a Denso branded radiator!

Really bad customer service. After all the info from my car they gave me the wrong radiatorI ended it buy it from another place autozoneEven with a better price.If you return an item they take forever to give you the money back. They processes your return whenever they feel like itBad place do not shop hereThey do not deserve even one star

Diane at the Fairfield store was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help. Unfortunately the evaporator was machined incorrect and would not allow the hoses to fit.

Great service by the ladies at the counter. They look up the radiator part I needed and gave it to me less than 5 minutes. Great price too.
