Thank you so much showtime collision! All staff are very professional and so nice! I have had a great time coming in to their office to handle everything with my car. They were very helpful with my rental and helping me understand everything they were fixing. Big shoutout to Hannah and Beau but all ladies in there were so sweet. Thank you Jacob for returning my car looking just as when I took it off the lot! I am very very pleased!! They even cleaned the whole inside of my car, filled my wiper fluid and wrote me a sweet note with a candy bar. I was so blown away picking up my vehicle SHOWTIME IS THE BEST

I got rear ended in Big Bear Lake and asked a local mechanic for a recommendation on a body shop. This was the only place he mentioned even though it was 45 minutes away. I decided to give them a shot because of their stellar reviews... I was not disappointed! Showtime lived up to their reputation and went above and beyond in every area! My car looks amazing, and the full detail they did was a fantastic bonus! The communication was excellent and the work done on my car was superb. I even got a thank you note with a Snickers bar when I picked up my car!Thank you very much to Lea, Hannah and Mike for all your help. I know that you all work very hard to provide the customer service that you do, and it makes a HUGE difference. It's so rare to find a business like that anymore. Please don't stop what you're doing! You will be my sole recommendation if anyone asks me if I know a good body shop.Also that office is sweet! Love the desk and decor!

Showtime is the best body shop, and one of the best businesses I ve ever done business with. It is a well run, organized, clean and courteous place. Their bodywork is impeccable, and the customer service is outstanding. They made the process of getting my car fixed through insurance, seamless and easy. Even the rental car was handled by them. I barely had to do anything, I was updated and kept on target continuously and my car came out beautiful. You ll make the right decision using them for your bodywork.

Awesome experience at Showtime! They kept us informed every step of the way. Messages on statue on the repairs every couple days! The staff are very professional and polite. This is the only shop I will be taking our vehicle moving forward! The vehicle was returned immaculate and on the date promised! Best experience I ve ever had! Thank you SHOWTIME!!

I've unfortunately needed auto body work several times in the past 25 years. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I highly recommend Showtime. The quality of work and expertise, organization, professionalism and kindness of the staff make the experience easy and pleasant! As an added bonus; the office decor is clean and unique and the dogs are super cute!

I just want to said thank you so much for the work being done. You guys have been spot on from communicating and updating its awesome. Your team is amazing at what they do from the front office all the way to all the tech that work on the car along the way. Anyone who need their car repaired this is the spot to go too. BEWAREThey don't know how to bid properly, so expect to be asked to pay out of pocket after insurance approves their original quote.And the workmanship is not up to par. My 6 year old could have done better.They had my truck over a month and spray painted it minutes before I picked it up,not sure what they did with my mud flap, but they thought a touch of spray paint would do it. I'm gonna be trading my truck in due to not trusting anything they've done internally, the things I can't see. I can only imagine :(I would recommend you go elsewhere.Horrible service.!

I cannot tell you how appreciative I am to Showtime Collision . I have been dealing with a great loss in my life and they handle not only my personal feelings to heart and they took care of my truck like it was their own. The team did a beautiful job on my truck. I will never forget the way I was treated by all!! if I ever need anything done in the future, I will go out of my way to go to Showtime Collision.

I went to Showtime Collision after damaging my 2022 Chevy Colorado. The staff when I walked into get my estimate were very friendly and made me feel like I was not just another customer walking through the door. The waiting room has a very welcoming atmosphere and is designed around classic cars!Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They made sure that if I had any questions they were answered and that my bill was clearly understood.After they took in my truck, the staff kept me up to date on the repairs and the status of my truck via email, text, and phone calls. It was a breeze to follow along with the repairs and know when my truck would be coming home with me!When I picked up my truck it looked amazing. Better than the day I purchased her. The repairs were done extremely well and looked like it had never been damaged. They even detailed my truck to the point it looks better than when it rolled off the factory floor!This autobody shop is the best on the mountain, in Southern California, and even in the USA! Thank you Showtime Time Collision for your hard work on my truck!

I want to thank everyone at Showtime for repairing my brand new 4 month old Ford Raptor after it was hit in an intersection. The repair quality is awesome. And the truck looks better than it did new inside and out. If I ever need any vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely be using them.

Amazing customer service and amazing work! I could not be happier with the entire experience with Showtime! They kept me apprised of everything going on with my car and answered every single question. They are extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure I was happy. This place is customer service s is top notch. I have used them twice now to repair my vehicle. Both times they repairs have been picked! They communicate with their customers incredibly well. Showtime Collision is the best team of specialist I have ever had the pleasure of working with when you need repairs done.Lisa, Mae, Mike and the whole team really care about you the customer and your vehicle. Updates come to you phone frequently to keep you informed of their progress.They had a rental car ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my Subaru making the exchange so easy and smooth. I could call them anytime if I had any questions or concerns.Lisa even stayed a little past closing because I was driving in from work to drop off and pick up. And when i picked my SUV up, it was beautiful. Washed and buffed out even dog scratches on my door no charge.Their exemplary team does the finest work. My car looks better the the day I bought it new.Lisa made sure I knew to call them anytime if I needed to or ran into any problems. Their care for you doesn't end when you pick up your vehicle.Forget the rest. Save yourself a lot of time and worry. You're in their good hands and they take care of you like family.

There's is no better place to go on or off the mountain than Showtime to get your car fixed. Unfortunately, we have needed several collision shops over the years, and Showtime is the only one we have Been TOTALLY satisfied with.
