I had taken my car to Victor's before and had a very positive experience dealing with Mike. So I went back to get my AC blower motor replaced...First of all, you are entitled by CA law to a written estimate. I didn't demand one and the owner didn't care to give me one. To avoid nasty surprises make sure you ask for a written estimate, and *have them supply the replacement part* (the owner implied there's no warranty unless they provide the part). My car did get repaired alright, but I had to cough up almost four times what the verbal estimate was. Highly unprofessional. My advice if you end up taking your car to V�ctor's: ask for Mike, the owner's son and manager. Good luck.

Top quality work and affordable prices. Original parts are significantly reduced! I've been bringing my BMW here for over 5 years. I used to have my dad take it, but I feel comfortable enough coming here on my own now because Mike is super friendly and honest and never tries to upsell you anything. The place is always busy, especially on Saturdays and it's because they have built a strong reputation and loyal relationships with their customers. Sometimes when I pick up my car I notice it's clean and sparkly, Victor has even washed the engine a few times. Take your vehicle here, you won't be disappointed!!

I dont know what to say about this shop that has already been said. Victor, his son Mike, and the rest of the crew are some of the finest mechanics in the industry. I default sometimes to the dealership because I'm paranoid about some of the maintenance issues that come up, but some things are overpriced with dealership mechanics and Victor's prices are fair or greatly affordable for the same quality of maintenance. Definitely recommend if you're from the Walnut, Industry, Rowland Heights, and La Puente area.

This shop is the best shop in terms of quality and honesty. He is cheaper than factory and will give you the option of using factory parts or aftermarket and give your honest assessment. I ve been using factory Mercedes parts and I would say that he is at least 40 to 50% cheaper and he s got factory trained technicians and he uses the same diagnostic equipment. His service is my AMG Mercedes, my RS4 Audi, which I since sold. My wife has since switched to Tesla. And my son has a new M4 which he ll be servicing soon, so I trust him with quality cars because he is a quality shop.

I ve been coming here for years now. I ve brought 4 cars to the all mighty awesome Mike. He s very prompt and efficient. He s always giving the best prices and makes you feel like family when he takes his time to educate you on what the issues are. He also has great referrals for muffler shops and tires shops because this shop does not handle but always does what he can to take care of you. The whole crew here is top notch. I got recommended this place by a tow driver. My car broke down and needed a fix in the local area. They were able to get me back on the road quick and have been back ever since for all my car needs.

I had a great experience here! The shop gets busy, but Mike spent the time explaining everything to me until I understood; I appreciate his patience as someone who knows very little about cars. My car was fixed up quickly and I didn't feel like I was getting upsold or taken advantage of either--I'm happy with my car, what I paid, and I feel safer driving it after coming here.I'm not looking forward to the next time my car breaks down or needs maintenance, but I know where I'm bringing it when that time comes :)

If you have not yet used victors then you must give them a try. The first time I used victors was six years ago. I was having problems with the electrical on a Toyota Celica. I bought the car to refurbish it. When it came to do the electrical system on it I could not find a mechanic who really knew what to do. Some told me to junk the car and some told me that it would cost a lot of money with no guarantees. Then one day I was driving down Gale Ave. and saw victors. I pulled in and talked to mike, who is the son of Victor. He was very professional and told me what the problem was and gave me an estimate. Ever since then I have taken my cars to Mike and his brother Rocky. In this world today it is hard to find a good mechanic. Well, not only does victors have great mechanics, they are also honest and wont shake you down. Its a family business that is ran by the father and two sons. I believe that any business the three decided to open would be successful.There always booked so you need to call ahead to make sure they have the time and space for your repair. If they don't they will tell you when they can do the repair. They usually do not keep cars overnight, so your car is finish the same day. The prices are more then fair and you know that they will back their work.Look, give them a try and see what you think. This well known establishment needs no accolades. They are one of the top notch hidden gems of domestic and high end mechanical repairs. It's worth it to be a customer here where getting it done right is priority one. Mike is not only the service manager but also I consider on top of all things about all cars. If you have any issues both he Dad and his all you come in contact to this well run Family business. Never have regrets about coming here. Now I just may have cost myself additional time for my own needs after posting this review but they deserve it. Thank you for all the great work you do.

Mike here was awesome! He was ready when I arrived to get my break lights replaced. Got on it fast and finished! Despite limited space area at the moment (it was a weekend and very busy with many customers- that's a good thing!) and summer heat he still kept a smile on his friendly face. Professional and clean service! Even took a look at the head lights that we also having issues. Even taught me a little about my car that I wasn't aware of. All for a very reasonable low price! I can say im a guaranteed satisfied customer that will be coming back here for other needed car work!

Out of all the places I've taken my car to, Victor Quality is the best in servicing my vehicle along with reasonable and affordable pricing. This family-run company is the best auto repair shop that I've ever been to. They have great customer service, fantastic repairs, and incredibly reasonable prices. They're upfront with what you need to get your car back on the road, and are very consistent with the quality and speed of their work.Ask for Mike when you get in; he'll always take great care of your vehicle!

If I could give zero stars I would. This shop has compromised the safety of my car twice. Initially they forgot multiple lug nuts on my tires and accused me of lying when I brought my car back and asked why they were missing. Now I m getting told by another shop that did the alignment for my car that the people at victors had broken a stud for my front suspension and rather than fixing it, just put silicon on the stud and stuck it on there giving the false illusion that it was on correctly. I would not trust this shop to do any work on your vehicle if you plan to keep yourself and your passengers safe.

When they tell you mechanics are dishonest, it doesn't apply to these guys. They tell you if you don't need something done. I thought I needed to replace my fuel injectors but they told me it's fine when they could've easily took $200+. I bring my car here for everything and if you make an appointment they take your car in right away. They always give the best quotes and honest work.

I was referred to Mike by a mutual friend who is knowledgeable about cars, and what can I say. I've been a faithful customer now for going on three years. I trust their work, and service on my car (Lexus GS 300). Excellent Shop. Go to Mike...family owned with affordable prices.

Not sure how they got all those good reviews, but we certainly had he worst experience.Our 2007 Nissan Pathfinder were jerking when driving. Found out it was a manufacture defect, but Nissan didn't have a recall (If you google it, you'll find lots of complaints and discussions on that problem, another dishonest merchant). We could have fixed at the Nissan dealership for this problem, but had to pay $3000. Went to Victor, told him the problem, he said no need to spend $3000, he'll replace the radiator and flush it a few times, we'll be good to go. So we spend $900 and wasted lots of time. The car was still jerking as before, we questioned him, he responded as if he was unaware of the jerking. Later gave us some lame explanations. After 3 months, our car stopped running. My husband called Mike since there's a 1 year warranty for the repair. He says we probably have to replace the transmission, it usually costs $3000, but because of the warranty, they'll give us a discount of $2500. What a great deal! We could have fixed it at Nissan for $3000, but now we would have to pay $3400 even with their generous discount and so called warranty???!!!!We certainly are not going back to this place, full of lies. Had wasted too much money and time on this place. We hope others don't have to go through any horrible experience like us.

Everything you want in a mechanic. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair prices. Mike really knows his stuff and is always willing to help. Don't be surprised if they're super busy, as they usually are. Make sure you have a flexible schedule in case they can't take you in right away. I have taken my Jetta and my Camry to them, no problems. Will continue to give them my business.

Great and knowledgeable service. Unlike other mechanics they only recommend what is necessary for your car and don't add to your bill. I witnessed them doing magnet services for no charge. Victor himself self and his son Mike are always pleased to see you. The only problem is they are very busy. But that's expected from such quality establishment.

They've been taking care my '12 civic since I bought it. Transmission oil change, breaks, sparkplugs, battery. All service were done correctly & prices are good (it's hard to find an honest reliable mechanic with affordable price). Just can't stand the wait time, average 2 hours & no stores or restaurants around the shop.

This is the BEST place to take your car... great customer service, good prices.... and they FIX the problem the 1st time and do it quickly!! Love this shop! They don't take advantage ... even women get told the TRUTH about what is wrong with the car...

I have to admit that based on the high recommendations I'd heard I was ready for a a bit of a disappointment. I'm ecstatic to admit I was wrong. Victor, Mike and the guys are not only knowledgeable but professional and welcoming too. They had me in and out promptly with a BMW software update and I couldn't be happier. They've definitely earned my future business and I look forward to my next visit.

I got my timing belt job done here a few years ago on my 99 honda civic and i recently had my wheel bearing replaced here as well on my 02 civic si. And the latest repair was the timing/water pump/coolant n hose job on my volvo c30 and so far so good. Mike is very thorough and trustworthy. I totally recommend this shop. They tackle any if not all jobs ranging in all levels of difficulty =]

I went to this shop on a recommendation from another shop but was very disappointed. I basically stood at the counter for 45 minutes while the owner was socializing while he chain smoked half a pack of cigarettes! And imo, That's perfectly fine because the customer can get assistance from the other employees/family members. WRONG! They were equally disinterested in acknowledging my presence and certainly had no desire to assist me. If Vincent has that much business to treat new custormers like sh*t,good for him. This shop probably does good work but Don't waste your time if you want a little customer service!
