Very expensive price.$1800 repair cost includes $1200 labor. Take oil change just 2 months ago. Come again to repair engine problems. He told it would cost $300 to change the oil again. When I asked why the oil needed to be changed so soon after the change, he said there was no record of the change in the computer. This makes me very suspicious that the last oil change not doing right and caused the engine damage 2 months later. Then he told me that an engine temperature of 85 would cause engine damage. Replacement engines are expensive and require immediate repair. The panic he created made me very worried about my car. Agreed to a $500 repair. After I took back my car, the engine temperature still showed 85. I checked some information online. 85 is normal temperature and does not need to be repairDon t give you car to him ! They will let you know everything inside the car needs repair except for the windshieldHe's gonna make you very worried about your carAnd very expensive price you must pay!Service: Oil change

Took my bmw 328i to get brakes "fixed" two years ago. Ken said the engine light for brake sensor should go away after driving. The light never went away. Came back this time cause my brake light was on and he said 1500 for everything. Of course I didn't pay. What a scam.

Very good repair store all my cars are repaired here almost 10 years (Audi A4/ BMW E70 X5/ BMW F15 / Subaru Crosstrek/ Mazda CX-9/ Acura TL) Very professional and also Ken is the only mechanic I trust for many years, I will continue to patronize until the day Ken retired. I love TB Auto and Thanks for take care my cars so many years!

I have been coming here to Ken to service my cars for years. He is not the least expensive in the area but he lets you know what is the best service for your car and why. He also tries to use manufacture parts if possible. I have to say my 2013 Toyota Sequoia runs a lot more smooth and quieter after I started coming to Ken. If you are going to keep your cars for years I recommend TB auto. If you have a lease and does not have time to go to the dealership Kem will take care of your car. If you are a loyal customer sometimes he will charge you just the parts and not labor for small quick jobs.

It is rare to find a shop like Ken's. Honest, friendly and professional. I have a 2018 Porsche Panamera. Hard to find a capable service technician outside of the dealership. The owner Ken is fxxking bs liar, he has very good speech, but unfortunately he only want to squeeze u out. Shop around when they ask u to do a major repair. My bushing are good but he keep saying it fall off. Their mechanic might be good but Ken tell good story in the end u pay alot.

This owner Ken is an axx hoxx, bad attitude and high price, if you mention other store has lower price and better services, he will yell at you. Very poor service.
