Experts in Mercedes diagnostics, maintenance and repair. The dedicated and professional service provided by the staff, exceeds Mercedes dealership standards. West Covina Mercedes put a big scratch on my bumper while moving the car in the repair bay. Arcadia Mercedes added too much oil in the car and I had to drive back again (a simple oil change) because the warning light kept going off every 2 minutes. For the ridiculous prices they charge, you would expect to be treated better!

It was time for an oil change on my 1997 S class Mercedes Benz. Just like many of you reading this. I went there because they had good reviews. I was not disappointed. This is a family run business and they give you great quality service and straight to the point honest opinion on what they found that may need future repairs. However, they did not pressure me nor did they try to upsell me like other shops will do. Since I'm also in the automotive business, I know their prices and quotes are very reasonable and fair. You will not get ripped off here. However if your looking for the cheapest price...this is not the place for you...because as we all know, cheapest also comes with flaws. Here you will get quality, experience, honesty and friendly best fair pricing. I will be going to them for my future Mercedes needs.

They really care about the repair and what it might cost you. The owner and the mechanics are transparent and will give you their best opinion and offer affordable options if available. I live in Long Beach and take my Benz here for everything. Turn around time for a repair is super decent! Props!
