I been coming to Mountain View Tires Rowland Heights for many years now and they always take care of me and my cars. Sam is always easy to work with, he will give you all the details if there is anything wrong with your car. He won t try to oversell you on anything. He just lets you know. Same goes with Alonso a fairly new member to the Rowland Heights Store, but very straightforward and knowledgeable. He won t try to oversell you on repairs, he just lets know what you need and lets you decide. FANTASTIC TEAM ! KEEP THE BAR RAISED ROWLAND HEIGHTS STORE !

Rowland Heights facility is excellent, we rather go to service then car dealer and rates are better then dealer. We enjoy the facility team and have no complaints only praises.

Just got the tire patched here. Got a big nail in the wall from the highway. Called in and they told us to come on over. Thankful we got it fixed but it s way too overpriced. $35 for plug patch? Last time I got that done it was $10. Checked the receipt and paper the manager Alonso gave us and the info didn t match up either. Disappointed in pricing and the lack of accuracy. Three stars for the worker who patched the tire.

I asked for walkout price on 4 Pirelli tires, unfortunately when my wife arrived to get service as it was her vehicle, price increased by over $200. I called to find out why the change and received the oh i did not quote with the road hazard guarantee. Unfortunate as I live in area and like to support local businesses. Not here though.

If only I can this place a negative 5 reviews, I would! We all heard of these auto places taking advantage of the elderly and women in regards to providing service (if you can even call it that). This would be one of them. My elderly mother brought her Lexus here for service to replace the TPMS light for the tires. It was her only day off and had to leave an in-service at work (as she works as a nurse) when she was notified that her part is in and it s ready to be installed. It took them almost six hours to supposedly install this. At the end when she was advised that it s installed and supposedly fixed, the light on the dashboard for the TPMS is still lit. She was told that she needs to drive this and it will take at least a couple of miles before the light turns off. Well that was Thursday and today is Saturday, and the TPMS is still lit. Mind you that she drives at least 20 miles everyday to work. Would you think that the dash light would ve been off by now?Another incriminating evidence that this place had done was that on the receipt they gave my mom it stated that she came in for an oil change! Oil change!!! Charged her $241.00!!!!My elderly mother has a huge heart and was being considerate on giving the business to locals and support the local economy. Never again! She was charged for that much for zero service, hoping this business will refund her otherwise it will get reported. We will update this review for for the outcome.

We made an appointment to change my daughter s tire pressure sensors for her car. Service was fast and courteous. The pricing was quoted over the phone and once it was inspected and problem verified, we only had to wait one hour. There s a waiting area with enough seating for at least 8 customers. The representative helping us went above and beyond in checking her car, even checking the tire pressure on her spare tire in her trunk before we left. Highly recommend!

John over at Mountain View tire in Rowland Heights really took care of me and need. I had an emergency blowout on my wife s car and I had to get a new tire put on. I was in their shop at five minutes before they close and they took care of me within 10 minutes. This place is where you wanna go. If you have an emergency, they don t care about the time they close they care about the customer.

Sam is the manager there and he always takes care of me and my family with the highest care and service! Highly recommend for tires and auto repairs!

As I was out running weekend errands, my car wouldn t start. After 3 tries of trying to start my car, I finally was able to get it running. I called here on Sunday around 11:40 am and a worker told me to bring my car in to be diagnosed. I brought my car in within 15 mins from the call and I was helped by Yong K. throughout my entire experience at Mountain View Tire. He found that it was my starter giving me issues and it needed to be replaced. Although I came in on such short notice, he was able to take my car in and it was done within a few hours! Yong K. was very friendly and helpful during the experience, I felt that my car was in good hands and the price was reasonable! My car starts perfectly with no issues or lag and I couldn t be happier! Thank you for the great service! :)

My boyfriends car had a last minute leak in one of the tires on our drive from LA to San Diego, so we were forced to stop here. Were told it couldn't be patched (which I almost doubt as his reasoning didn't really make sense but we were in a pinch/rush) and that he needed 2 new tires. Fine, we accepted it and were told it would take 45 minutes to put on the 2 new tires. Here we are 2 and a half hours in now, still not done. Shop workers seem to be slacking off, eating snacks instead of getting the job done. Nobody giving us updates on what's going on. So we are now stranded 45 minutes away from home and still an hour and a half away from our destination, missing the family party we were supposed to be attending. In my experience it shouldn't take 2 and a half hours and counting to put on 2 tires, but maybe that's just me. About an hour and a half into our wait, someone called my boyfriend asking if he wanted new wiper blades? No-- how about you just complete the job we are here for...? Also, the AC in the office is broken so we've been melting in here while waiting an insane amount of time. Wouldn't recommend coming here for all you'll experience is insane wait times for simple jobs.

I change my 4 tires and it was a super cool, mr alonso gave me a french fries, and mr jhon was super nice thank so much guys im happy with my new tires

It was not a terrible experience, but not a good one either. Thats why I m leaving 3 stars. It could have been 4 stars if the store manager Alonso was just a little bit more welcoming. He didnt even seem to care after I honestly told him that was not a good buying experience for me. I made an appointment one day prior to my visit and I even chose the 4 tires I wanted. When I arrived there, they had no idea about my appointment and my tires either. My car was there for around 6 hours for 4 new tire installation. Come on guys, 6 hours?!? Even with the appointment? ( Under this review you will propably see the store owner s response as they say they are sorry but no, thats a lie. If that was true they would have solved these problems after the negative reviews of recent customers)

Very happy with the service and workmanship this location provided. The team member, Sam, was very helpful in assisting me and took a minute to actually find out what my expectations were, rather than just pushing the easiest or most expensive on me. Kept me informed throughout the process and provided a quality final product without damaging my specialty wheels. Also, they put tire shine on after installation, which seems minor but is a nice touch that most shops don't do.

Used to be fond of this shop, before the former crew, Edward, Sam, and some others who had long gone. However, when a few new faces came into the picture last year, my experience took a 180-degree plunge. Especially Alonzo, who came across as a little off and out-of-tune from the get-go, acting like an authority, making up scenarios out of thin air. When the due time came for wrapping up the job, he started adding more cosmetic lines, stretching out additional days, and raising the price by hundreds more than the original offer, which was already in the high hundreds, sheer trampling on patrons' commonsense and exploiting of their bottom line. Seemingly, his antics were endless, including smirking, side-eyes, fake giggling, and being untactful - anything but customer care and professionalism. When I stumbled upon the old-timer, Sam, again at this location recently, it was a nice surprise, intending to reconnect and rectify a few wears and tears. Unfortunately, the above mentioned bad apple geared up with more pranks and gibberish, overshadowing any positives that could have been.Not ruling out any left over chance to reconnect with this spot again, however slim, only if the negative energy is gone and the one horsing around out of sight!

I had a very bad customer service experience from here. First, they are not capable. I came in to fix the air conditioner of my Mercedes on the 8/28, they told me it s the condenser leaking and cost is around $1K, I thought okay and let them go ahead. I came in and picked up after receiving their call on 8/29. On the way back, I still didn t feel cool air. I decided to give it a few days and unfortunately I had to came in on the 9/7, they did another check and told me the processor is not working too and will cost another $1K+... if we were told in the beginning of the two issues, I wouldn t do it at all... they kept saying when they gave it to me the first time on the 8/29, the air conditioner was working... what a big excuse for not being able to identify all problems in the first place? This is also my second point, bad customer service, keeping making excuses is the worst. Lastly, they have the worst attitude, the manager here only threw to a cold sentence - our owner wouldn t do anything and you can go to dispute to our headquarter... no attitude to solve the issue.Bad bad, be careful.

I revieved bad customer service from Alonso Espinoza, the new Store Manager. He is very rude and a liar. I brought my car to conventional Oil Change and I ve been a customer there for 2 decades. He gave me the estimate for Synthetic Oil. I told him I am only doing it for Conventional Oil and he kept pushing that on my history I am using Synthetic Oil. I told him that I have my previous receipt and only then did he say that he will change it to Conventional. But when they completed the job they still put low grade synthetic oil in my car. I used to have free tire rotation for life because I recieved that deal from the shop when bought my tires from there, but before I left the shop he suddenly told me that the tire rotation is no longer free for conventional oil change in a rude manner.

I'm in the Coast Guard and just had a long drive from Jersey. I was overdue for an oil change and came in. They took the time to recognize other problems and personally brought me into the shop to show me the inside wear on my rear tires. They were almost bald! Thank y'all again. Only thing is wish the oil change was a little cheaper $77.89 is a little much when the sign says 29.99 oil change. But still 5 stars for being respectful and very helpful!

It's my first time going there for the brake pad change all the services all good. They let four guys check one thing to make sure. It is a satisfactory service, and I will go there and re comm it to my Friends.

First time here , my mini van tires need replace ASAP . Hugo was extremely helpful and friendly. He matches the price from another tire shop and found me the best deal. He also offered drop out and pick up service, so I don't need to take my kids waiting in the shop . Very Satisfy with Hugo Service. Will be back soon to get oil change here.Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Mountain View Tires and have known their manager (Sam) for years. I have had multiple cars serviced through their shop. Their work has always been excellent. Diagnosing an issue with a car can be an extremely difficult thing but Sam and his staff know what they are doing.If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, with great pricing and excellent customer service - GO HERE!

I made an appointment for a tire change on their website. There were 3 consecutive open appointment slots. I get there and the guy tells me they can't take anymore appointments because they're swamped with work. They get 2 stars because the guy at least tried to see if they even had the tire I needed, which they didn't. I drive a Toyota yaris ia. My booked appointment wasn't honored and they didn't have the tire I needed. I came to Rene's Tire Service on Valley with no appointment. They're evidently busy but took my car in anyway.

Hostile and Abusive Service!I drove by this place and tried to buy 4 tires. The employee looked at me with hostile stares that frightened me. I gave him the size of my tires. He quoted me $100 higher than any places. When I commented the price was too high, he instantly cussed at me to buy from somewhere else, which I happily did. Stay away from this hostile and rip-off place.

I was in there for half an hour and no one came up to help me or even ask if they can help me. I even look in their garage to make sure they knew people we re waiting and still no help.

I think they're reasonable as far as pricing goes, I don't feel like they push you to buy things, (I don't feel pressured). Just be prepared to wait on the weekends they're super busy...but there's Winchells walking distance you can go and eat to kill time

My go to shop for emergency patches or brand new tires. The salespeople are patient and their work is very reliable. I also enjoy their prices as they are not unreasonable compared to say oh I don't know... FIRESTONE.

Amazing! Wonderful service and staff, I make an effort to drive out there to take my car because I prefer this location over others. Highly recommend!
