My experience with MB Stars was excellent. I visited them to have an illuminated logo installed, and I was impressed by their honesty and transparency throughout the process. The staff provided us with an honest response, informing us that there might not be warranty coverage for the installation.Their transparency in operation was truly commendable. It's refreshing to encounter a company that prioritizes honesty and integrity in their dealings with customers. I appreciate MB Stars for their upfront communication and would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking similar services.

EXCELLENT service. Very easy, let me drop the car off, they diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. They even gave me a call every step of the way to let me know where they were in the process, and then had very fair pricing. Thank you so much! I have been going to Michael and Albert for years now for my C250 & I cannot thank them enough for all of their help and kindness. I work a ton between two hospitals and drive quite a bit. Im usually short on time. That being said, if I feel like anything feels off on the car, or I have any questions about anything while I'm on the road, I'll give them a quick call. they've been very honest with me in terms of how much I should worry about the issue at hand, what my timeline is in terms of when to come in and see them, and what I can do in the interim while I still need the car (my schedule can be hectic). They're so understanding and trustworthy. I recently called them from my smog check to make sure I wasn't being nickel and dimed, and they gave me the kind of answer I would expect from someone I trust. I appreciate their honesty and their patience with me and my crazy schedule. Additionally, when it comes to the services they've offered, I've been blown away with the quality, efficiency, and fairness of their prices. In the past, I have brought my car in because my check engine light would intermittently blink on. They have gone through the steps and took photos of what they found m. what I appreciated the most was that once they found out the issue was something small - it came down to cleaning a part (again they take photos to show what they're working on), they didn't feel comfortable charging me for a service that wasn't that difficult of a fix. Thank you for always being so honest and kind. I have been taking my Mercedes there for a few years now even after moving out of the area I still will make the drive. the guys are friendly and professional very knowledgeable and are not pushy to get additional services done like a lot of places do. Pricing has always been very reasonable I highly reccomend them

Took my 07 Mercedes s550 here for a problem which ended up being the starter. Great service. It was recommended to me and I'll definitely recommend to anyone else owning a Mercedes.
