Found this shop on Google Maps and came here based on the reviews. I came in to replace a flat tire. Carlos Jr. helped me immediately and let me know he has a used tire that is pretty good condition. He then noticed my oil light was on and told me he can do that as well. You honestly cannot beat the pricing here and he is very helpful, honest and informative. I have to change my brakes soon and he was able to tell me how much time I have on those and quoted me on that too, which is also a price you cannot beat. Overall amazing experience for my first time coming here and being a female (I know a few places that would take advantage of my lack of knowledge of vehicle maintenance). I will be coming here for all my auto needs.

Great place for Run Flat tire patch. They are honest and quick. I highly recommend this place for any tire jobs especially if you have a nail on your run flat tire!!.

Had a flat tire on the 60 freeway and saw the Tires sign so i drove to Carlos s tire shop.Had a great service and replaced my tire same day. Thank you so much!

Carlos Sr and Jr are awesome. I have take our families 3 cars there. From a new Jeep Wrangler to our daughter s prius. Very honest and upfront. They even gave me a discount because I bundle a couple of services. I was looking for a mechanic that will let me bring my own parts since I had already bought my sensor. And Carlos was really helpful and give me an affordable labor price. He installed it right away I was out in about 1 hr. He also give me the oil change special and since I call and make an appointment I got an extra discount. Make sure you call him when you are going because there is another shop beside him and they will try to get you. Car-los auto repair it's the one near the get wall.

I ve been coming to Carlos for the past 2 years and so grateful to have met them. They are honest and reliable business owners that know how to take care of customers. I ve had to replace tires brakes and other miscellaneous things and I don t go anywhere else. Hard to find good mechanics and they are some of the best. Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service and honest. Went in after running over a large bolt on the freeway. Even though they were very busy, they were able to fix my problem within 30 minutes. They were honest about fixing the tire and didn't try to sell me a new one unnecessarily. Will recommend to others.Service: TiresService: Tires

We didn t actually do business here(building is confusing), but we ended up getting help from the insurance company(next door building) the guy came out and helped us fix our tire(not a good fix) and little did we know it was not CAR-LOS AUTO REPAIR &TIRES(beware make sure it s CAR-LOS) that helps you. After we picked up the tire that s when we found out it was the wrong business that helped us and we were scammed by the insurance company next door, but Carlos was nice enough to load up the tire for my wife.

Honest and really helpful!!! Went in with a Tesla flat tire. It turned out there was wheel damage. Did not charge for consultation. Filled up my tire for free. Amazing service!!!

I moved here to Rowland Heights almost 4 years ago. I needed an oil change so i googled a nearby place. This place popped up and it was closeby. Drove to the place, asked them for the service i needed, and helped me right away. Ever since then, this father/ son duo are my go to for any service regarding my vehicles. Theyre knowledgeable, they have great customer service, and the passion in what they do. Id recommend this place to anyone nearby.

Best Tire shop I've been to! I unexpectedly needed an emergency repair to my tire and the employee stopped working so he can fix my tire! I was in such a hurry, I really appreciate his help! Both gentlemen were awesome and friendly! I highly recommend this tire shop!!

Excellent service! My tire was not repairable, but they at least plugged it so I could get back on the road for now. They also noticed two broken studs from the brake job I had done recently, and offered to get the parts and fix it on the spot for what I consider a good price. Carlos is awesome. He walks you through everything your car needs and the price is very reasonable. Had an oil change here for my Mercedes and was very happy with the service. Would come here again.

I've had my mechanic for years but couldn't get to him because my brakes were on strike so I googled something local.The price was right, very informative with my options, service was great and fast.I am seriously considering replacing my old mechanic with Carlos.

Reasonable oil change price. Brought my own filter and oil and they changed it for $20. Also inspected my car and found a coolant leak that I've been trying to look for.Edit: upon further review, it seems that they OVERFILLED my oil level far above the "max" dipstick line...

I went there with my boyfriend for tire change. Speedy service and Carlos focused on our safety because we ll be driving kinda far. He s very friendly. Highly recommended, reasonable price.

I have been here twice now for an oil change. Not only are they professional and nice but they are fast and provide excellent service! It is a breath of fresh air going to a auto repair shop and not feeling like they overcharge and always find something else wrong with your car! I would recommend them to anyone.
