After an hour and a half wait for them to change ONE tire and battery I was back on the road only to read my receipt the next day and notice my receipt says my bill was $161.31 but she charged me $199.?? And some change, guess I get to go back again. Fun fun. Not!

Everyone at this center was super friendly and professional. I had a really bad experience at another location and I was a little scared to see how this location was going to be. But the minute I drove up I was really impressed with Arturo. The next day I came back to install my tires and was helped by so many nice guys Bruce, Jonathan and Luis. Then today I met the manager Jerry. Really appreciated all the help and advice they gave and they did an excellent job! Thank you all.

They are doing a great job, actually better than last year to me, they re covering seats with plastic cover before use. You can shop in store and pay with auto service and there is a waiting room as you see in the pictures.

I had such a great experience at this Auto Care Center. Brian was so nice and helpful. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend.

I guess they did a good job. The main issue I had is that the service I asked for (basic oil change) isn't what was done. Instead, they changed the oil and filled it with the full synthetic oil ($20 more than the service I specified that I wanted). I get that the manufacturer recommends the full synthetic oil and they went with the manufacturer recommendation...what bothers me is that they didn't even ask if I wanted the higher cost or give me the option to not have the service, if I wasn't ok with it. When I brought this up to the manager (I assume that's who was called to discuss it with me), he just said, "Yea, sorry. That's a training issue." Will definitely not be returning here for future automotive maintenance.

I exchanged a battery for my car. It was under warranty, fortunately. However, it took 3 associates and 30 minutes to swap it out. Also, the website says they open at 7am, but nobody was available in the auto center (and roll-up doors were closed) until almost 9am. Waiting outside with other customers, I called the auto center and the person who answered told me they wouldn't open until "around" 11am! Shotty service, but in the end, they honored the warranty on their defective car battery.

Unorganized, poor communication, and extremely slow service. Took me about an hour and a half just for a battery replacement, and I was the only customer there when I first arrived. Oof!

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Guy who checked me in was mumbling stuff I thought meant he heard me say tire rotation and check tire pressure. I was there almost two hours, had to ask about my car being done when I saw it parked outside. They forgot to do the tire rotation and the tire pressure light was still on. So I m currently at another shop getting work done that they flubbed. Good price thoigh.

Took car into auto center(Folsom) not Roseville for oil change. Nice efficient shop with pleasant employees. Finished in about one hour, few cars ahead of me. Roseville location total mess and closed, no employees showed up .

Terrible service. Auto care service center employees couldn't answer what the current estimated wait time was for an oil change and kept me on hold and redirected me to other departments until they eventually just hung up.

I m still waiting for them to refund my money they owed me because they broke my oil drain plug. I had to buy it with my own money. Until today, I m still waiting for a phone from the manager. Walmart Auto Care Leadhill location. It took them forever to do my oil change. What a mess.

I'd give them no stars if I could but went to get an oil change, and the person who made the change left the oil cap off and a dirty rag inside, causing many malfunctions. No one has been held responsible, and they were not willing to help out fix what they caused. If you do get an oil change here, make sure they put all the caps back on, and they don't leave things inside your hood when they are done.

They do a great job changing your oil for a decent price. The only drawback is you have to wait about an hour and a half to three hours for your car to get done. I would recommend getting there early for an oil change. Price for full synthetic is $54 for 5 quarts and a filter. I hope they don't raise their prices.

I get my oil changes here on all my vehicles every time. Great price on full synthetic, fast, accurate and good customer service.

UPDATED 'sAnd Edited my Review:I drove to this Walmart after buying a new battery at a different location, in NEED to have it installed - in time to make it home safely!I was 5mins late but came from Walmarts other Rsvl location - I'm from out of town and I had no knowledge of their hours nor the easiest way to get here. Once I got there, I was turned away.And-here I stand, another 25mins later, in line to file a complaint, because as a 70yr old senior, I don't think i should have to wait until morning when i was sent by the other store?! Yes I'm angry and VERY disappointed with walmart. This all could have been avoided.UPDATE:I was able to speak to the Manager of the Auto Center who actually LISTENED compassionately to my story - he then asked a couple of his gentlemen employees to stay over their scheduled time - and my battery was installed!Blessed be to all of them..Just knowing that I'm not going to be stuck somewhere as it has happened with this failing older battery, is such a RELIEF - You can't even imagine the problems I've had with this vehicle purchased only a month ago!THANK YOU AGAIN SO VERY MUCH GUYSAppreciatively,Jk VillA continued Supportive Customer

Nice people working here and the first thing I noticed was how clean and shiney the garage floor is. Jerry, Art and the staff were so pleasant to me, and every other customer I witnessed that it was a pleasure to get some new affordable tires here.

Walmart Auto care in Roseville never disappoints. Out of the many interactions I and my family have had with them over the years, not once have any of us been burned by unprofessional mechanics. They are pleasant, helpful, easy to get on the phone, and give excellent customer service. And then there are Walmart prices, too, which can't be beat by any honest mechanic. I buy the exact oil and filter I want (they don't carry them), and they do the job right every time at a great price. I can't recommend Walmart Auto center enough! A+

I stopped by the Pleasent Grove store for a oil change but they were booked up so they checked at the Lead hill store and I got my oil changed.

Called to make an appointment for services for my tires and was told by the person on the phone that Walmart does not replace tire pressure sensors. This is after speaking to 3 other Walmart auto centers that confirmed it is a service they offer but either a machine was down or the parts were out of stock. If you are going to lie about services what else are you not going to be honest about?

I have updated this because, I was able to the massive multi tasking that eats into the general work duties of the friendly employees.My Online and in person Tire purchase was a very good and money saving experience.Thank you !!!Auto Center review, called to check for online tire purchase arrival. The phone rang for 6 minutes and when they answered a 3 second pause with no greeting then Hung up. I hope the tires are better then the communication.

It's an easy place to get to. Right off the freeway...the products are your typical with the value you would expect from Walmart.However , I found a coin in the parking lot that might be worth more it's face value, though!

I walled into the store at 103pm. Went back to the tire area. There was no one there. Three separate employees walked by me and into the tire bay. Each one making eye contact with me as I waited for service. One of the employees actually went and banged on the bay door after making eye contact. I wait 15 minutes before I call the store to request service. There are 2 two of us waiting. They call for the service. The original service person that walked by came in annoyed asking if i asked for service. I told him i needed tires he said "I'm adding oil to a car. Youll need to wait" he gave the same response to the gentalman behind me. He comes in 2 minutes later. Asked how many tires i need. I told him 2. He said i should of pulled around back and to go do that now. I asked him if i can buy them first since i know the size. He said no. I pull around back and he directs me to the second lane from the left and walks off. I wait 7 minutes before someone comes over and tells me to move to a lane over. I do this. Give him all my info all for him to tell me they dont carry my size of tires. Which could og been told to me when i was in the shop and said i knew my tire size. I just wasted an hour of my day.

My advice is never go to the Lead Hill location to get an oil change and Fuel maintenance service. Was there at 7:30am no other customer my car was finished by 9:00am. I think that the tech that worked on my car tampered with my car. He said I had a loose hose and that he fixed it. Why is he looking over my car? Now my car seems to be running rough which it wasn't doing before. Now I have to take it to toyota to have them look to find out what is wrong. I called walmart but they denied everything and said that the tech did write notes about my car. I have a feeling that it was having problems with my car after he worked on it. He's just covering up his mistake.

Oil changes a great value.Tire installs they lack experience.My first vehicle they did a good job of tire install but cannot get sensors right.I second vehicle I bought tires and they got ready for install waited.Then they kept giving me reasons why they couldn't install.First the side steps were gonna be a problem.Most pickups have these and mine don't hang down like some do.Then after 2 hours my 20 inch wheels were going to be a problem.They are factory wheels standard equipment on a lot of models.My reccomendation is buy tires here and pickup or have shipped to somewhere that does professional tire install.I took to my local dealer and they installed correctly without excuses for $20 more .Well worth it .If you shop here oil change while you wait is good value if no tire rotation.

So if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Its 5 pm they close at 7 pm 2 hours to go and they cannot take anymore cars. There are 3 cars total incredible and they call this service. How in the world have they succeeded it can't just be on price.

I'd give no stars or even less if possible.Said that department wasn't open due to not enough using it. They should update their website to reflect that so that others don't waist their time and gas driving there thinking it was open.

They continue to say they are open at 7am but every time I call, oh someone didn t show up for work, oh someone called in sick, oh there isn t enough workers, oh ect ect this is crazy and been going on now for months. All they can tell me is oh you can go to the one by sams club that s 30min away ! Whatever
