Had my oil change and brake fluid service done on my M5 Comp and Andre and his team were exceptional. Great value and excellent service. Would highly recommend! Will be returning in the future for all my service and repair needs. Thanks Andre!

This is the most honest and customer oriented mechanic I have experienced in my 70+ years. Andre has my complete trust to repair my car the best and at the lowest price. I also take my cars to him for a pre check before purchasing. Never disappointed I recomend highly.

HONEST Review. We just took a car here to get inspected before purchasing. We met Andre the shop owner and he was very personable and genuine. Our family has owned auto shops and his shop was super clean and organized. They did the inspection as asked and were very reasonably priced to the point where I didn't want to write a review and keep this place a secret so it doesn't get crowded, but Andre deserves the business.We will be taking our future business here. They are highly knowledgeable and have the up to date equipment to diagnose your car. We were thoroughly impressed. We will bring all our Porsches here from now on. We were recommended this place by family and friends who can vouch they do great work.

First thing you will notice is how clean the shop and office are. Andre is friendly, knowledgeable, and will work with your schedule.This shop is Honest and does Quality work at a fair price, much better than the dealerships. The mechanics are knowledgeable and experienced. They keep up with the latest technology needed to work on VERY expensive cars. As long as I own my Mercedes I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

I ve been going to Tristar motors for several years and so has my family for all of our German cars and honestly Andre always does an amazing job! We ve easily saved thousands over the years on repairs/maintenance & up keep! Just wanted to say this guys knows his stuff, and he knows it better than the stealer ships do.

Andre and his team do a wonderful job. I have been bringing my Mercedes vehicles to him for the last eight or nine years. On at least two occasions over the years, the Mercedes dealership had misdiagnosed vehicle issues and proceeded to try and charge exorbitant amounts of money for the repairs ($10k plus). Interesting with those two occasions, Andre was not able to replicate the "issues" stated by the dealership. He found and fixed other minor issues and the vehicles run just fine. Hard to find German repair shops that are honest, organized, clean, and reasonably priced. I've started to bring vehicles here for dealer covered warranty repairs as well. No more dealership service centers for me.

Andre has saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in the year that I've been bringing my Audi to him. I've had issues looked at by the local Audi dealer with ridiculous estimates, that Andre has taken care of much more resonably. I have also been in several times where he's been able to do a quick check of an item on the spot and hasn't charged me a dime. It's rare these days to find a great, honest auto shop...this is one of those gems!

Andre at Tri Star Motorsports is the most knowledgeable person about Mercedes cars I've ever dealt with and I've been driving my Mercedes for over 15 years. These guys are stars when it comes to diagnostics, fixing what needs to be fixed for the right price, getting it done timely and communicating professionally. These guys are the best! If only everyone performed like this company..,

Ever since my car's warranty ran out, I've been going to TriStar. Andre's always been fair and honest when it comes to what needs to be done to your car. The most recent issue I had with my car was my dead battery and a failed ignition coil and after I got it back, it runs like a dream!! If you have a BMW, Benz, or Porsche, Andre is your guy!!!

I am a former professional race car driver, (Formula Cars / Sports Cars), and have exclusively owned Mercedes Benz and Porsche automobiles for most of my adult life. I was introduced to Andre and Tri-Star about 10 years ago and have not taken any of my high end German cars anywhere else, other than to Andre for ALL of my service and repair needs. Prices are far more reasonable than going to the dealer and the quality of their work is factory quality. I wouldn't even consider taking either of my current Mercedes anywhere else for ANY form of service at this point.

I've been using them for about a year now and have refered all of my Mercedes / BMW friends to him. Andre is very personable and does an excellent job on my vehicles. In all my years of dealing with mechanics, Andre is by far the best one I have dealt with.

Andre's customer service was excellent keeping the car overnight waiting for parts. I first went to the dealer for an oil change and issue with the headlights. The oil change on the Boxter was $219. The estimate to check into the light issue and the oil change was $357. I do not know what it would have cost total at the dealer, but the total cost for the swithch and oil change was $420. The oil change was $140. The lights work great, I am back on the road. I was impressed.

Let me put it this way. If all people do their job and treat people as well as Andre and his staff do, this world will be a much better place to live in.Of course it is a given that Andre did a good job on our cars (230 SLK and 430 ML).But it is NOT in what he did that I am giving him a 5 star rating. It is in "WHAT HE DID NOT DO... OR... WAS NOT" that he earned this 5 star.He was not an opportunist. He did not gouge us. He did not overcharge. He did not magnify needs for repairs. He was not hurried. He was not materialistic.I am a perfectionist and a task master. Andre exceeded our expectations.

Everything about this shop is great. The customer service was beyond excellent and super honest, they'll tell you want needs to get done right away and what can wait. Fast efficient service, very knowledgeable and their cleanliness at that shop is beyond organized. All tools are super clean, oil cases/books neatly stacked, you could tell everything has a home in that shop only thing missing is your car and trust... making this your mechanic will give you a peaceful mind. I've got 99 problems but finding a mechanic ain't one PEACE!!!

extremely honest and knowledgeable, Andre is a great guy and has been extremely helpful to me every time I come to him. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great shop to service or repair their german cars.

I own a 2003 E320 and I took my car in for service. The air bag that supports the struts had deflated suddenly and violently while I was driving. He analyzed the problem, remedied it and returned it in the time frame promised.I so am in awe of the professionalism, product knowledge, customer service and many other traits that the owner displayed. I thank you Andre.Great job Sir!

I have trusted Tri Star for years to service and repair my vehicle. They always provide the most knowledgeable and friendly service, and they go out of their way to make sure each experience is perfect! I recommend Tri Star Motorsports and I will continue to use them for all my auto related issues! :-)

These guys are the most honest and fourth right I have ever found. Amazing advise that is based on common sense and the best interest of the consumer. They know their German cars and go above and beyond in providing great service. Highly recommended.

My 1st experience was great. I have all the confidence this is an honest shop. I used to go to another local Bmw shop but that is no longer. My car had had a simple code error and tri star took care of it without up selling me. If you want an honest shop this us your place!

We can t recommend Andre enough. Incredible knowledge with solid integrity. If you own a BMW and live in the Rocklin/Roseville area, he should be your first choice.

This is one classy operation! I almost wish I still had a BMW so I could bring it in to these guys. The work was flawless and the prices are a lot cheaper that the dealers. Knowledgeable, honest and competent. What more could you ask for.
