EXCELLENT SERVICE. I came for my 30,000 mile service and not only did they provide a video of the mechanic going through the multi-point inspection, they also identified an alignment issue that had been previously overlooked. Rebecca was super sweet and very helpful and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new service provider.

Had an oil change done recently and a few days later noticed drops on the garage floor. Oil is caked all over the undercarriage, and coolant is everywhere in the engine bay. Took time to take the truck back in to confirm no damage or leaks. Service Advisor noted the tech just did a poor job, and they would clean up the mess! Got home only to realize they barely did anything and basically did not clean a thing. What a joke and low quality work. These guys are untrustworthy. They will not touch my truck again!! After two visits, I still have an oily mess to clean up. Pictures don't do it justice. We have purchased two brand new trucks and one used vehicle from this dealership. Those will certainly be the last!

I only went in for an oil change this time, but as usual, I always sense the high standard Lexus wants for us. I have to throw a compliment in for service agent Chris Lawson. A good man, I intend to request him on the regular whenever I come in for service. I like the way he treats me as a client, and this guy knows technical car stuff like I do. I like a writer who articulates tech advice, and who actually informed me of a couple things I wasn't aware of as well. Makes me feel comfortable taking my RX here for service, thank you.

Logan was very easy to talk to and did a great job. Explaining what would be done and when it would be ready.Also informed me that I could get a free drink while I waited for my car. Turned out I had the car back before the estimated time. He also helped me get information about replacing an outside mirror. He explained the cost and the time it would take. I've made an appointment to get the work done.

I bought my car from this dealership. When i got my car I purchased a extended warranty. So I have been having issues with my car only have had it for a year now. Anyway made appointment for service. I dropped my car off for service. They called me the next day saying They could not service my vehicle because it was a Jeep. Why was that not told to me when i made the appointment? I rented a car and everything. Called Jeep and they re booked for the rest of the month. Highly disappointed

Roseville Toyota always provides excellent service. Each person who has helped me has been gracious and courteous. The videos showing the overview of my car are very helpful, and communications are fast and clear. They even helped me put on new windshield wipers when I stopped by at a random time to purchase some in the parts store. This is service I know I can count on to be consistent, reliable, and providing a positive experience.

Before I went in to Toyota I had went to Firestone to get my tires balanced and left with an extra lug nut and a consistent grinding noise on my front tire. So eventually my fianc� and I made the best decision to go into Toyota in which we should have in the first place because that s where we always go, anyways they not only fixed the problem but Steve was nothing but amazing & the crew fixed the problem that day . #LetsGoPlaces

Excellent experience! This Toyota Service center uses advanced technology to access your cars needs. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I fully trust this dealer with my car. I've had a great experience from purchase to present moment. The customer service demonstrated here is becoming more and more rare in businesses. I value this Service center and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

It was difficult to schedule a time to bring my truck in for service, I had to wait a week and a half for an oil change. Arrived at dealership and service advisor was great. The service was complete in an hour..My tires were measured at 8/32 brand new but I have 38k miles, so not accurate. I drove my truck home and parked it in the driveway and 6 hours later there were several oil drops on my driveway. The lube technician spilled oil over my front suspension and then I get to clean it all up. You would think paying double the price for an oil change would have better results then what I received.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Made me feel comfortable about having brought my car back to Toyota for service, stayed in touch via text, and had me out and down the road in short order. Very pleased and will continue to bring my Highlander in for any and all of its future needs.

I had a service appointment for 1:30. Drove in right at the time, was checked in by Kyle who was very nice and very professional. I left within 40 minutes, with a new cabin filter on the front seat as the one in my car was still clean! Thank you Kyle and Roseville Toyota.

Customer service was great and got in and out even before my appointment time. My only complaint is after they cleaned my battery they failed to tighten the positive terminal. Driving home my car speakers went out. Figured it out and fixed it. Other than that it was a good experience.

The service provided is adequate (meaning the work is good) but I am not sure if we are going to bring our car here anymore for non-urgent things. We had a broken fog light, we looked how much the part was online and Toyota's price they charged for the part was 5x that. I realize you have to make a profit but 500% upcharge is a lot to pass on to customers.

I love the service depart Roseville Toyota, I always have a great experience. From the valet checking me to my service writer Gabriel. It s fast & easy. They also give a video of your service that was done. I will always be a return customer.

Service was OK. The team members in the drive up were on it, very friendly and gave specific instructions. Service writer was not that friendly, lots of awkward silence as I was waiting for her to finish other work. I called due to tire problem and they got me in on the same day to check my tires. It was a good thing because I had a leak in the tire plus they were pretty worn. I had them replace all four ties. They had me in and out within 1.5 hours.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had scheduled the service appointment with more than 7 days in advance for a recall regarding the second key. When I checked in, I was informed everything was in order and it would take about one hour to get my car back. After 90 minutes, I was informed the service could not be completed because they had lost the key, so I needed to make a new appointment.Just terrible service!

I was not listened to or treated like I meant anything to their Dealership. This appointment was nothing but a money grab and there was nothing but excuses for why nothing was covered on the 2 or 3 extended warranties/service I purchased just months ago. How are the back brakes down to 2mm only 9 months after buying the car? How does the battery not pass/need to be replaced so soon? This should have been addressed when sold as a certified used car. Here are your recommendations for $900, no thank you, I ll do them myself at a fraction of the cost if you don t want to stand by your product.

Most excellent, as always. One of the techs asked if I wanted wiper blades installed, I said I would wait until it rains. Today it rained, I commented to the tech that I for sure got my money's worth out of those two strips of rubber! All the staff members I have encountered at Roseville Toyota show a remarkable set of "people skills," I always come away appreciating my truck and the service I get there. Thank you.

My service advisor, Logan, went above and beyond in helping me get to an appointment on time! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation which sometimes can take awhile. I let Logan know that I needed to get to another appointment in a short while and would go ahead and reschedule my oil change and tire rotation for another time if the Toyota service appointment would take awhile. Logan said he would try and work it out and he did! My car was ready so quickly! I appreciate his help and great customer service!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

2023 Vehicle in for routine service went just fine. However, the passenger mirror, glass only cracked sitting in our driveway. My wife talked to someone about the glass replacement, $221.00 they quoted her. Order it she says. Now back to the service. Get a text with a $798.00 estimate to fix mirror. After several calls, and speaking to a number of people who couldn t be less interested in talking to me, i get nowhere. No answers, and the service phone just rings. Ok, they re busy, i get it. 2 hours later, another text with the same quote. This time i call in, still can t get anyone in the service department, so i leave a message. 2 hours later i get a call, rep trying to justify the charges. Mind you, the vehicle was purchased from Roseville Toyota, the same place we get it serviced, 10 months ago. Finally i said that i would just buy the mirror somewhere else, and do it myself. Thats when rep decides to step back, and do an internal review, and look for the glass that was ordered for our car earlier in the week. Hours go by, i get a call from someone else, trying to schedule the $798.00 service for the mirror, they didn't even know my car was with them. After having to explain to this person what was happening, she apologized and had the rep finally call me. Car was supposed to be ready at 11, its now 1. Now the service rep, we found the glass, it ll be $221.00 plus labor. Whats the labor cost, 30 mins he replied at $110.00 an hour, but in your case, it will be almost $80 Moral of the story, nice when assisting up front to my wife. Tried to charge her $600 more the quoted, still ended up charging almost $100 more. We have many choices for service, Roseville Toyota, will no longer be one of them. Bait and switch garbage in 2024, trying to take advantage of my wife, disgusting!

I was thrilled with the ease of dropping our Highlander off for routine maintenance. The fact they were proactive in getting me an Uber to and from work. It made the whole experience frictionless. Thankful to have bought our Toyota from there.
