Hands Down the best Mechanic Shop! This gentleman gave me the best price, service and quality of work, I could have asked for. If you want Honesty in service, this place is it. Replaced a Starter on my Camry, excellent job.

I m glad that other people got good service and returned to get more service from this place. Unfortunately, I did not get that type of treatment and after having struts replaced on my Honda I decided to bring my work vehicle in for an easy repair. The response I got was that they are too busy. Then I remembered that they didn t bother checking that the parts were correct upon arrival which delayed getting the job done by an extra day and having to take more time off because of the lack of quality control on something so basic as to make sure that the parts are correct before having a customer arrive.I got the repair at a Napa Certified repair shop and got my vehicle serviced and at a very good price. And now the other shop is getting the service needs for all of my vehicles.Now I m too busy to even consider unprofessional places like this that avoid helping and don t treat customers equally.Obviously, I do not recommend this place.

This is hands down the best auto repair place I've ever been to. The owner, Thinh, is honest and does excellent work. I've been bringing my cars to him for years, and now my daughter does as well. If you have a toyota, lexus, or honda, TLH automotive is your best choice for an honest and reliable mechanic.

Our check engine light came on and the car was idling roughly. We were two hours away from home, on a Saturday. We called and he had us come in. He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it while we waited. You can t beat his knowledge level and his customer service. I ve done business with Tin over 10 years. Good honest mechanic. My Dad used him my brother and myself still use him.. I ve taken my Dodge, Toyota to now including my Chevy: all hade different types of repairs done. All were completely done correctly and less than a dealership. He can do work on the engine, brakes and bearings and all in between. I m taking another car soon to him and It will be fixed right and less than other shops. I ve never seen him do bad work. Transparent and affordable parts and labor. Great service.I shopped around for quotes on a window regulator replacement from several auto repair shops. Most of them quoted me 120 for the labor, but the cost of parts ranged widely from 170 to over 300 with the total ranging from 300-500 I went online to check the pricing for the part and it goes for 50-60 dollars. I asked the shops if they would be willing to provide me with part number and receipt from the part provider and they all refused. If labor cost is 300, just say so, dont try to tack it onto the parts cost.Anyways, I came here and got it done for 200. I would highly recommend this place.

Mr. Thinh is a great advisor, very professional technician. He fixed and serviced both of my cars 2013 Acura RDX and 2020 Kia Optima in a short time few hours with a reasonable price.I recommend it.

I love this shop! They are honest and don t over charge for unnecessary things. We have been taking our vehicles to them for years and would not go anywhere else now. love the place!!! when my corolla made a rattle noise i went two dealerships they were gave me a run around not helping me. i ran into someone who recommended this place i took it in and thinh nguyen is amazing!! great service love his energy he looked at and told me nothing wrong with my car i was relieved because he gave me knowledge and told me anything happens come by! new customer for his business and have 20 years of Japanese cars i knew hes the guy for my car!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great prices and amazing service, my parts weren t here on time so he went and picked them up. Great vibes and overall great place to take your car, I don t use mechanics but this is the only one id ever use and recommended. Amazingly kind and trustworthy mechanic! My wife and kids were driving up to the mountains when an engine light came on with exclamation points. I found TLH on the internet and they were well rated. When I spoke with a mechanic he said they were very busy, but when I mentioned the engine light he said he d take a quick look. He realized immediately that it wasn t a problem, reset the light for her and sent her on her way. He didn t even charge her Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I haven t yet gone in to have service done on my tundra. Got an appointment in 2 days. But very informative mechanic. As I ve had several issues with other local mechanics wasting my time. Time is money. TLH was one of the few mechanic shops open on weekends that don t price gauge. Got several estimates for a timing belt swap, and all the weekend shops priced me at 800-900. But TLH was very informative and talked me into doing 3 other things while the whole front end is taken apart. I was skeptical at first, but every question I had he had a reasonable answer for. And after a little research online I was able to confirm everything he suggested. And for 900 he will be doing the timing belt, fan bracket, thermostat, and new spark plugs. The owner seems to be very transparent, I mean who likes going to mechanic shop and getting the call several hours later with a laundry list of other things that cost another 1k. I d much rather get a full scope of what to expect and and just deal with it rather than being surprised by this and that.-James BlevinsService: Engine repair

My favorite Auto shop in the entire Sacramento area. Good honest people who don't rip you off and do a very good job. Why would I support the name brand companies who are rich and scam you. My family has trusted Thinh with our cars for many years now. He is honest, fair, and does his best in everything he does. Whenever my Toyota comes in for servicing, he always tells me what needs to be done, and he is a great teacher. I appreciate the way he tells me what needs servicing immediately yet he keeps his servicing prices very affordable. I highly recommend TLH Auto Repair to anyone who wants a skilled, professional, and forthright auto mechanic/specialist.

Very professional, informative. Got me in on a Sunday within 2 hours of my phone call. Normally when shops know they're only a handful open they price gouge. Complete opposite experience with Thin, the owner. Easily half the cost I would pay at any shop in the Roseville/ Sacramento area for stud replacement and brake installation and adjustment. He went above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing. So kind and thorough. I came in because of a concerning sound when I would start my car and I left with new knowledge about my car, an oil change, my tire pressure checked, my break fluid and pads checked, and he even did a quick fix on a piece of my front bumper that was hanging off. The crew was very kind as well. Will never go to another shop when I am in Roseville. Best auto repair experience I've ever had. Car was sputtering, check engine light ON. Figured it couldn't have been my spark plugs as the dealer had just replaced them about 10k miles prior. That was Thinh's first instinct as to the cause of the misfire, and he said he would check them out which requires a decent amount of disassembly hassle for my Honda. Very personable guy and explained everything. Communicated the whole time I was back at work via text including photos of the loosely-installed, burnt out plugs. Replaced all four with brand new OEMs for $150 including labor! Car has never been running smoother. Thinh even texted me a couple hours after I had left to ensure everything was good. Amazing service; definitely will be a repeat customer! Thanks!

TLH Auto Repair diagnosed the problem with my car over the phone for FREE after I had spent $275 at another shop (5 Star Auto Repair) even though the problem persisted even after they fixed it.This mechanic has stellar ratings for a reason. He is very knowledgeable and has incredible ethics. That call earned him a customer the next time I need something. You should call him before you spend your $ elsewhere.

The staff at TLH are honest and very knowledgeable. I brought in my 2012 Hyundai with starter issues and they replaced the starter with one that I purchased from AutoZone. They completed the work quickly and on a Sunday afternoon before we had to work the next day. The mechanics there are former Toyota dealership mechanics, with decades of experience. I will go to them in the future for any repairs we need.

Informative and direct. I took in our Toyota Sienna and found out the mechanic here had 20 years experience at a Lexus/Toyota dealer. They were fast and didn t gouge me. Highly recommend.

I've finally found a place to take my vehicles to. The owner took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car (bad starter). He even stayed open late so I could drop my car off after hours. He was even able to have it completed the NEXT day. On top of that he installed some new light fixtures that I had been holding on to. He made a customer for life. Above and Beyond Good Service. Good pricing too!
