I went in at 3 pm on a Thursday. They were fast and efficient. It only took 25 minutes.There was hot coffee available.The restroom was clean.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

While the service provided is what you would expect, the professionalism of the technicians was severely lacking. A young lady was ride her bicycle by as my vehicle was being worked on, and several of the technicians started hootin and hollaring and whistling. Thats disgraceful as a man, husband, father, and business owner. I would never employ persons that feel it is appropriate to display such actions.

Best Place!!! Been coming here for 5 yrs. May different cars and always great service. I have tried many oil change and auto repair shops over the years. I paid $68.00 for a synthetic oil change last April. I paid $107.00 today for the same oil change. Over a 50% increase in a year and that was with a $10.00 coupon! They are nice people but that was my last oil change at Speedee.

Got my oil change 1/9/24, checked my tires on 1/13/24 non were above 20 PSI, this is part of your check list, statement said it was done, NOT ! Thanks Mario, Ben, RJ, Jason, great job guys !

I came in for an oil change on my car, brought my own filter and oil. Expected wait time 30 minutes took 1 hour 30 minutes. When the employee checked my cabin air filter they broke my glove compartment and it doesn t stay closed anymore. Also didn t give me my leftover oil since I brought more than required. Terrible service.

I was highly disappointed. Truck was low on transmission fluid due to a slow leak on pan. I was not made aware of. And the wiper blades where 2 weeks old. and after service they are now streaking

The people are always nice and service is fast but I m getting a little tired of the price always going up. This time it was $104 for an oil change I used to pay about $85 for. Each time I go, or at least every other time, price is higher and I go about every 6 months. Might need to look into other places next time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Called to see if they were too busy for a walk-in. The person who answered the phone was very courteous. He advised me that they can't perform oil changes on Mini Coopers, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, or Porsches,, fortunately I just have a Subaru. No high pressure upsales either, just showed me the filthy air filter and offered a replacement for $25 which was a great deal. I pulled up and out in under 40 minutes. Will definitely be back

This speedee oil change is has the most amazing service! They are very knowledgeable and Sam gave me the best customer service there is to offer! Thank you Sam for your wonderful service knowledge and to Devin, Ben, and Luis as well! I always get my service done here and will continue to do so in the future.

I was so shocked to witness and experience how well they treat their customers.. very professional. Trustworthy and all. One of the mechanic changed my oil but also seen I needed new filters.. Than he cleaned my windshields! The nice lady up front checks your tires for free. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone I know! For single mothers this is the place to go! They are honest and will thoroughly go through what you need done to your car. Thank you again!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I wanted to try a new oil change place and my friend had suggested SpeeDee. They were so friendly and honest guys. The place I went to before were totally trying to scam me and over charge me.I will definitely be back to SpeeDees. Great customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I arrived to SpeeDee at 4:53 (they close at 5:30) and was told they wouldn't take me. I explained that I really needed just a basic oil change, that I took off work early to get there in time and wouldn't be able to again and asked if there was anything they could do since it was over half an hour before close time. They discussed it with the manager and decided not to take me stating that they had already sent someone home early and it would take them too long with the staff who was left. My recommendation would be to not have closing hours posted if you won't adhere to them, instead you could post when the last car will be accepted. (I then drove to the Jiffy Lube on Manzanita and they took me no question and could not have been nicer, even though they were also short staffed and it was only 10 minutes to close by the time I made it there.)

These guys know their stuff. Great attitudes and plenty of smiles. They'll tell you what your car needs without trying to sell you on all of it. Don't overlook this corner spot. Just because it's small doesn't mean it's not high quality.

This place is great. I brought my car in to have an oil change and they couldn't remove the cap due to the previous change but they still cleaned the windshield, vacuumed, and check the air pressure. So I brought my other car in and they were able to change it quickly. Staff is very friendly, the waiting area is clean and the prices are very fair. Won't go anywhere else while I live in this area. Thanks guys!
