Associates weren't nice, after going there my wheel well panel came off and started rubbing on the tire, wouldn't recommend. Take the Sams Club price and go to Americas Tire, they do far better work there. They forgot to turn off my parking brake on the way out and started skidding the tires too.

I had an incredible experience with James at Sam's Club Tires! On a Saturday, while driving back from SF to Roseville, my tire got punctured by a nail. To my surprise, even Toyota, where I originally got my tires, couldn't assist me. However, James stepped in and ensured that my tire would be taken care of the same day. He not only diagnosed the issue but also took the time to educate me about it. He explained that the nail couldn't be patched up because it was struck on the side, and he presented me with various options, patiently guiding me through the process.What truly impressed me was that he didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge about tires; instead, he was incredibly patient. He even installed my spare donut tire free of charge! While James was assisting me, there was another team member working in the back (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and I'm equally thankful to both of them.I'll definitely be getting my next set of tires from Sam's Club. Kudos to the excellent service and professionalism I received (Sam s Club Tires 4:30P-7P). I am very pleased.- Charlene

I have gone here twice to get my tires patched after a nail went right in the middle of the tread. Each time they declined repairing due to the tread being bald , but were happy to sell me a new set of tires. Knowing my car, I knew my tires weren t bald because I can see and feel the tread on the tire along with tire depth the being well in the green on middle and edges. I went to Goodyear and they took the nail out and patched for me no problem at no cost. Additionally, the mechanic at Goodyear said the tires were in perfect shape and no where close to replacement. Be aware, if you do go here, to not get sold on tires that aren t needed.

Thanks to the nice associate that took care of the flat tire on my car today. I was impressed with how kind he was and how he went above and beyond to fix the tire and get us on the road again in a short amount of time. I wish I had gotten his name, but I didn't. Truly a great employee. Thank you

My tire was fixed, while I shopped. So fast and efficient. And best of all the flat tire was fixed for free. Thanks Sam's Club

had spoiled all natural drink (super food *brand* NAKED)...spent over a grand here had to return two high priced items for faulty quality...
