What exactly is the point of being open until 7 pm if you can't sell parts after 530? I ordered parts last weekend. Was told I would get a call when they came in (probably Tuesday or Wednesday)... it is now Friday, so I called. My parts have been there since Tuesday, but I can't get them because they can't sell anything after 530... I live an hour away. Ordered them here so that I could get them on my way home from work. No one ever mentioned that I had to be there by 530 to get them, or I would not have ordered them since I work until 530. Now I get to spend 2 hours of my Saturday driving to get parts because Toyota customer service is horrible!

My husband ordered a radiator hose connector needed to repair my car and called before leaving the house to verify it had arrived. When we got there they said couldn't find it. Elk Grove Toyota was significantly more professional, confirmed they had the part, and managed to not lose it before we got there.

This place overcharged me. I went back after I reviewed the receipt and asked questions regarding why they charged so much?He Paul Koontz tried explaining to me that the repair took 3.5 hours. So I showed him the old part and explained to him that I can replace the part in under 15 minutes as it sits on top of motor next to air intake. 2 small vacuum hoses and 1 small electrical clip and part slides off. It's that simple yet Paul Koontz the service advisor told me it was 3.5 hours in labor. Paul Koontz said he made a mistake on the paperwork and did issue me a check for $306.90 which I got in the mail 2 weeks later. I just wonder how many people they overcharge when we as customers put our trust in these dealerships that rip us off. Paul Koonzt sounded more like a salesman that day trying his best to convince me that it took their PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN 3.5 hours in labor. Do your research is my advise and stay away from PAUL KOONTZ.....

Disappointed! I ordered/purchased front driver & passenger floor mats (OME) for my 2008 Highlander from Roseville Toyota's part's website. My current OME mats are worn, however they're thick and deeply grooved rubber mats similar to those sold by WeatherTech. The Roseville Part's website showed these same OME mats on the product image. The product I received was a cheaper thin version (no deep grooves for water retention). Apparently what I received were the only ones available. I didn't want these cheap mats, so I return them but got charged a 30% re-stocking fee. Understandably mistakes are made, but I didn't get the product I ordered according to the product image (how else would I know they changed the product). At the very least they could have waived the re-stocking fee. For those ordering part's on their website (or any part's website) call to ensure that the image is an accurate representation of the product.

Told me I needed to keep my receipt for my warranty. Not that I needed it for the core deposit. I have my receipt, saved with all my other warranties and tax documents. I'm not going back there a 3rd time. All they had to do was tell me I needed to bring my receipt for the core deposit. This is just the last visit. Every single time I come to this place, I leave angry. They're disrespectful, greedy, and a consistent disappointment.

Ordered floor mats and some maintenance parts online. Order was processed in a few hours and shipped out in the same day with USPS priority. So it arrived fast as well. The oil filter box did get torn apart but the filter seems undamaged! Highly recommended as their online price is the best around and process is quick.

Ordering from Roseville Toyota Parts is so easy and their price for the bed liner was the cheapest I could find online. It shipped to my house before the expected date. I highly recommend ordering Toyota parts from this dealership

I purchased brake parts for my Highlander online. The items were priced well. A parts person from the dealership called to verify information to make sure the parts would fit. The person was polite and helpful. The parts arrived in a timely manner, the order was complete and accurate. I would purchase here again.

I ordered parts online, but had to pay an additional $15 in over-sized shipping after order was made (radiator). Ordered a belt which should have been a 2 pack (per every other part #), but only received one belt.On the plus side, Once additional $15 shipping payment was processed, the shipping was very quick. That $15 shipping charge made the online purchase experience 3 stars:(

The Roseville Toyota parts department is an awesome team! ... I ve been ordering parts from them online for nearly a year and I have never had any issues whatsoever. They are excellent in communicating via email and/or phone call. And also, the staff has ALWAYS been kind over the phone and in person. And most importantly if you order online you get a discount and the parts I ve ordered have always been the correct item, which is soooooo awesome!! .... no headaches!!!Sandy

Bought the parts for my 2002 Highlander during 12/1/2020 to 12/31/2020. Took advantage of free shipping over $75. Cost of the parts are much cheaper then my local Toyota dealer. I am happy wit the purchase. Customer service online/offline were good too.

Went to our local dealer because the dashboard engine light went on right after we got it serviced. The car is a 1997 Toyota Camry, still runs very well after 240k + miles on it. Go into the service repair and our technician calls and says that we need a vapor compressor. He can't locate one. I search on Google and lo and behold, Roseville Toyota Parts has it as well two other dealers. I do some price comparison and the Roseville has the best pricing. Order the part on Friday, thinking it will show up either the following Monday or Tuesday. Doorbell rings around 4pm Saturday and it's the part! Amazing, took it to the dealer on Monday and installed. Thank you Roseville Parts!! Quick and easy to order online

Wow! Super fast response. Thanks Roseville Toyota parts department. I contacted Roseville Toyota Parts via email and within a few hours I was contacted and the next day parts were shipped compared to my local dealership who after a week didn t respond and still haven t. Roseville Toyota knows how important customers are and how important parts are to get to them ASAP. They even offer pickup at dealership.

So very easy with Roseville Toyota Parts Dept. to order on-line and have quick and convenient pick-up at their customer counter. I have ordered several items while restoring a 2001 PreRunner and the parts staff have been very efficient in having my order ready when I arrive. Even if parts have to come from their central warehouse, I usually have the parts within two days at the most. Great service all around.

I was hesitant to order parts online here, given the dealership's poor reputation, but the parts department is well organized and had the parts I needed for a fair price. They had my order ready within their eta window, and had spectacular email communication.

Most the time its great. However today there was 1 person working and I waited about 15 minutes in line with my newborn. Usually pretty fast though and customer service is always amazing they deserve 5 stars

Customer service was speedy and courteous but heads up - buy your in-stock part from their website before you pick up because they will quote you a higher price without first purchasing it online. Ridiculous but you've been warned.

Parts were perfect, just took some time to get. Only thing I would have liked to have received an email notifying me they did not have them in stock and had to get them from somewhere else. I had to write and email to them to find that out.

Roseville Toyota's Parts Department exemplifies excellence. because of its awesome staff--especially Jim [last name unknown].Whether I've typed in the wrong VIN number for my car or don't know the part number or part name for that thingy I need for my whatchamacallit, Roseville Toyota's Jim has quickly, patiently, courteously and knowledgably ensured that I've gotten the right parts for my car.And when I've made errors in my orders, Jim has quickly emailed and/or phoned me to get my approval to send the right part for my car--rather than just sending the wrong part I'd ordered for a car or truck I don't own.Also, if the part I need is cheaper than the wrong part I've ordered, Jim has ensured that the price difference was refunded to my credit card.As someone with blonde roots, I'm so very grateful to Jim and his co-workers in Roseville Toyota's Parts Department: Without them, I'd be walking, bussing and Ubering during a pandemic--rather than keeping my old Camry running.Because of their awesome customer service, I'm now "a Toyota girl for life" and will buy another Camry when I can afford one.P.S. I also love that Toyota makes great vehicles and parts that are built to last, and its website's Parts Section doesn't make us customers ever log into an online account (or even have an online account if we don't want one).And the Toyota website's Parts Section lets us email our shopping list to ourselves, so we can finish shopping later.Great job, Toyota, for doing the right things and hiring great people!

I ordered 4 TRD Pro wheels on the day of Toyotas big sale. I'm sure they were swamped with parts orders. My wheels arrived in less than a week just like the parts department email notifications said they would. Great job Roseville Toyota!

Beware the 35% restocking charge on anything you return. Along with the $7.95 processing for pick up. Yikes talk about getting your money anyway the can. Plus you have to drive past all the cat calling salesmen roll your windows up!

Received all 4 mudflaps, but only 1 set of screws to mount them .Need 4 sets of screws. Will have to go to the dealership to get the rest of the sets. Not convenient. We live an hour away.
