Found these guys on a Facebook marketing ad. To be honest, didn t know what to expect but came in and was taken right in. Yussef was very knowledgeable in setting me up with the right suspension lift kit, wheels and tires for my 2008 Toyota Tundra. Good experience from beginning to end. Exceptional customer service. Best Tire AND Suspension shop in Roseville. I bring all my trucks here. They recently lifted my 2023 F150 and now it rides better than I could ever have hoped. Highly Recommend this shop for their professionalism/customer service, pricing, and availability.

Sorry to say my experience here was not a positive one. Was referred here from another shop where I had some work done. I just needed an alignment. They told me to leave the car and come back in an hour. I asked if they want my information? They said that wouldn't be necessary. (If any problems arose I'd have really appreciated a call saying it's going to take longer, instead of showing up and having to wait. Thankfully that didn't happen.)I came back an hour later to pick up my car. Had to wait a while for someone to come to the front to ring me up, no big deal, that's common in mechanic shops. However when it did come time to ring me up, the person helping me was on their phone playing a game the whole time! No eye contact, totally distracted. I received a generic payment receipt but no explanation of how the alignment went, no printout of the camber angles, nothing.All of that said, I might not write a bad review if the alignment was good. HOWEVER, before the alignment my car was tracking straight and there was no vibration. After the alignment my car is tracking right and vibrating over 70mph. Completely unacceptable service overall. Would not do business with again and will tell anyone that asks to stay away. Now I have to spend extra money to take my car somewhere else where they can do it properly.

I just got a leveling kit and some new all terrain tires for my 23 F150. The owner Yusef is the one that helped me. I was a little nervous shopping around because I just wanted my truck to get done right. I'm happy with the way I was treated and especially happy with the way my truck looks! Thanks for the good work

Not sure what the negative reviews about customer service are about.I went into the store looking for a New Tire & Wheel Package for my Cadillac ATS. I was greeted by one of the guys in the garage when I got out of my car and he passed me on to the store manager. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me about 10 different options for my car IN STOCK.....Good selection of wheels to choose from. The Prices at this place are very competitive with similar stores in the area. They gave me a Good Deal on a Wheel and Tire Package! They do Wheel Alignments too!....which I needed and they did for me for a good price! I was in and out in about an hour! Quick and Simple with No Pressure!

We bought 2 used tires that were supposed to be the same size as our other 2. They are not.Additionally, one of their tires was already plugged and is leaking. May Karma be yours!

Do NOT go here. They use classic bait n switch...show you one tire and install another. Never again. It's interesting they didn't say anything about the replacement having a hole in it at the time. Only after. I inspected the replacement when he showed it to me and it was fine. There's no transparency here.

I was in a pinch and couldn't find my tire size anywhere these guys more than came up to bat. Absolutely fantastic service, quick, they take pride in their work, and have very reasonable prices, and good selection of rims. They are a lifesaver and deserve a raise! I will have these guys on a shortlist for next time I need tires!

Don't know what all the negativity is about ? Dj was very helpful and patient with me in dealing with my OCD on choosing the right size wheels and tires and for giving me an amazing package deal compared to the prices at a few other shops that was nearby. Much mahaloz Roseville tires and wheels

This shop handles business when it comes to making your ride look good,my Yukon is saucy and looks good with the 6 inch lift and 24 inch rims and 33 my tires I give these guys five stars and also they good people and respectful and will work with you if you need rims and tires and lift kits done go to them much love and I am out your boy Jamel.

At first they said a 45m wait for a used tire change, but when I mentioned I was in a hurry, they got on it immediately- which is of course appreciated. Felt like a quick drive-thru. $50.

I've never had as bad of an experience as I've had with Roseville Tire and Wheel! They're amateurs that do shotty work. Do Not trust them to work on your vehicle. They are a complete waste of time. The people I delt with purchase the business recently and obviously dont know what they're doing. Save yourself the anguish and go with a reputable company that has experience in the tire industry.

My passenger front tire needed to be patched/repaired on Memorial Day no less- the shop was miraculously open and got me in within an hours time. Sold me a new/used tire for $40 and I was good to go. Out the door start to finish in 20 minutes. I'll be going back for general maintenance,etc after this experience

These guys have no idea what they are doing. They talk in circles and added $100 bucks on any changes you ask about. When I drove the vehicle it shook very bad. It was almost undrivable. The tires were over inflated to 44psi. If they were trained at all, they would know that factory recommended tire pressure is on the door jam. It's man dated by law on newer vehicles. Witch is 30psi on this vehicle. All four tires were out of balance from 2 to 3.25 oz. When I returned, they tried telling that the car was to old and thats why the vehicle shook. I'm a Master ASE certified tech. I am ASE certified and have the L1 Advanced certification. Im also a factory trained certified master senior tech for Mazda and Ford. Also certified on Subaru.These guys are the type that give my industry a bad name. DO NOT GO THERE!

I went to this tire shop yesterday a little after 5 pm and they were excellent. They were very fast, cheap and the guy that helped me was very nice. I will be using them in future and recommend others to do so too.

Just got my front tires replaced and aligned today. As I left I saw a new engine light involving my gas tank come on that was never there before. Did my due diligence when I got home investigating the problem and looking up what the root could be to see if it'd be an easy fix before resigning to calling them up to see if I could bring it back in so we could look at it together (since the problem started right after I left) which the guy on the phone agreed to. I drive all the way back and then one of the guys insists that it was like that when I got there, wasn't their responsibility, and they didn't work on my engine so I should just take it somewhere else.To their credit, the price for tires and labor is great, but the extra hassle and cost of FIXING what they break and take no responsibility for is not. If you enjoy having to go back to a mechanic to fix new problems, this is the place for you.

These guys will change numbers on you real quick. Make sure the quote you get includes tax and everything. Also had them install a lift. The outsourced it to another shop. Come to find out I paid double for install cause he was paying the other shop. Labor cost per hour is posted on the wall. This guy charged me twice that based off a estimate of how much time it would take to install the lift. It ended up taking them less than half that time. Then I had to get the truck aligned twice after. Don t waste your time here

Purchased new rims and tires for my truck, prepaid for service. When I came back to pick up my truck I was advised he did the math wrong and I owed $200 more. I told him that it was his error and in good faith I would meet him in the middle. He refused and demanded payment. Terrible customer service. Will not return. Buyer beware. Ended up paying 3k, and no warranty. Yikes!

I had called ahead to purchase a used tire, which they said they had. I arrived at the store, they located (they claimed) the right tire, and then removed the tire from my truck. After I stood around for 20 minutes, they told me they didn't have a tire that fit on my truck, then tried to sell me a single tire in a different height than the other three tires. What the heck!
