Pretty upset that I spent $1000 for the tech to damage my steering wheel housing and leave my negative battery cable loose. I also got a letter in the mail that i have a recall and my car can catch fire. This letter was sent the day i dropped off my car and they did nothing about the recall. How was something that big overlooked. I emailed the service manager 2 time with pictures of the damage and never heard back. I also texted the service writer but again, never heard back. My next step is to contact corporate.

Had problems after doing regular maintenance and the check engine light comes on after two weeks. Called to get an appointment but have to wait 3 weeks and no call back from the advisor. Starting to wonder what kind of work did they do for maintenance. It is frustrating talking to certain advisors.

I m very conflicted about this rating. The service personnel at the dealership are wonderful. They ve been very helpful, but they have had my car over five weeks now Waiting for an engineer from Kia corporation to determine how to fix my EV !Kia corporate cannot seem to Get an engineer over to check it out. I m very disappointed. I d love to buy a new Kia based on the cars themselves and my interaction with the people at this particular dealership, but Kia corporation has been a disappointment in many ways, including my communication with an advisor there.

Jazmine was very helpful she took the time to own my concern and I appreciated that the team there in service dept read her notes and let me wait for her so nothing changed in the plan. My car issue ended up being a warranty issue and was repaired the following week.I m appreciative of her care with my car and concern.

Terrible customer service in the service dept, rude people. I chose not to buy a new Kia from their location so I never have to deal with there service department in the future. Sales department seemed amazing, very accommodating.I set up my appointment weeks in advance, drove two hrs down and two hrs back for them to tell me they couldn t do the work. I had even spoken to the manager but when I got there, there were no notes on my account about the work to be done and the car sat until Monday when all the managers were back from training.I hope they learned something they can pass onto their rude staff.

Let s start: I had to call twice to make an apt. I had to leave a message on the machine. I got no call back and had to call a third time to make the appointment.I arrive on the date and no one is at the counter well that is because the entire car lot were in meetings? I was told this would take an hour on the phone only to be told once I arrived that it would be a few hours!!!!! I was then told I would need to return as they needed to order the part for my recall!!!! You texted me Kia you should have had the part. I was told I would need to return and they would call me.I never got the call back and had to call again twice only to be told that the person on the phone could not confirmIf my parts had been ordered yet and she would need to transfer ME to parts so I could find out if my part were ordered and delivered. I explained to her that this was not my job it was their job to provide me with this information, I was transferred and had to do it myself.I then showed up and had to wait for some one to check me in for my return alt but a manager of this area did walk by and tell me someone would be with me shortly, what was wrong with him helping me check in? You lead by example!!I did not get any customer service at this location it is seriously lacking proper management

Service department looked over all my issures, recall was performed along with tire rotation and 30000 mile service. They looked for the best prices for me. My 2018 Kia is running like new.

No stars!Service is not worth a starService manager hides and does not return calls or make any contact with customers after they damaged my car!I had a full point inspection and yet they marked my coolent as good and it was almost empty!Check engine light on and they did not address at all!

Made an appointment online for normal factory services. Check in was satisfactory. Didn t feel pressured to have additional services completed same day. Looking forward to return for any necessary services for my Kia Soul.

Customer service is definitely lacking at this establishment! After being sold a NEW car, I was told the center screen was not working but I would be contacted first thing in the morning for a priority appointment to fix the problem the following day. By the next afternoon I hadn t from anyone so I called. Was told the person that works on that part won t be back until Monday and to come get a rental, of which I did only to receive a call on Saturday to be told I had to return the rental! Again was told I was priority . Several phone calls later and trips to the dealership as a priority customer it took them three weeks to resolve my issue, but had to get a different car! So disappointed in the service I received.

Extremely horrible service. Yesterday, I had my 2017 Kia Sorento car serviced in this location. The lady in the service center had no clue in explaining the issues found during service. What's the point of having someone as service representative who dosent know or have knowledge on car issues. They were so hurry in closing the service center and dint answer any of the concerns I have. Today again my car engine light is on and is cranking on. Tested if battery is an issue and apparently it is not according to battery plus after they ran few tests. So we are relying on them (kia service center) to debug the issue and paying premium for it and they are delivering zero results and poor service. All they did was oil change and charged bomb for it. I could have got that elsewhere. I would caution everyone to not use their service and save your money going elsewhere like Midas.

Experience was good. Check in upon arrival was good. They offer coffee, water and snacks for free if you choose to wait for your vehicle while it is being serviced. Staff is friendly. They also have a tv showing popular shows or the news.

Scheduled an oil service and tow hitch install, 2 weeks out. Confirmed twice all the details.Drove an hour, got an Uber to work. Then got an Uber back to the dealer. $68 total.Got there, the original reason I Scheduled was oil service. It never happened?????I had to sit for over an hour while they changed the oil.Soooo Pathetic

I took my car in it was still under warranty, and part of my warranty was a loaner vehicle. but Roseville Kia wouldn't give me a loaner vehicle until they diagnosed my car which was about 10 days. the warranty company said they should have gave me a loader car the day I dropped mine off. To be without a vehicle for a week and a half while mine's being diagnosed was insane.

I had a less-than-satisfactory experience at the Kia service station. Although the purchase process at the Roseville dealership for my new 2023 Kia was smooth, the service station visit was quite the opposite. During my first 8,000-mile oil change and inspection, I encountered an unprofessional atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait by a man on the phone, while nearby, a group of women, led by Bianca, was laughing loudly. As Bianca assisted us, her constant laughter made me uncomfortable, and when I inquired, she mentioned it was about something on a coworker's phone. This lack of professionalism led me to take my business elsewhere. I called later to speak to the manager, but despite providing my number, I never received a callback. Dealing with car services should be taken seriously, and such experiences are disheartening.

I love working with the Service Department. They are friendly and helpful -- much nicer than the "luxury car" dealership I used to go to. First I want to share that have been using Kia Service Center since 2016. I also purchased my Kia Soul there. Every Experience since then has been Exemplary up until my last 75000.00 mile Service on September 25th. I waited while the Service was performed which was fine. Here's the upsetting part. I received an email several days later. Stating that I needed Brakes which I knew ( I have a brake Mechanic in the Family) so that wasn't the issue. The email also stated that I have a nail in one of my tires (didn't mention which tire) and that I can call to schedule an appointment to have the Tire repaired!!!! Every other Service I've had there I have been told what should be done if i need (anything Extra ).Like I'm told I need new Windshield Wipers ETC.....But it's OK to send me Driving Away with a Potential Safety Hazzard.... A Blow out on the Freeway Or Something Worse an Accident, without advising me at the time. OF COURSE I WOULD HAVE HAD IT REPAIRED IF I WAS ADVISED AT THE TIME....Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my vehicle to get a basic service at the dealership. I had to wait almost 3 hours to get the service. I can't understand why it would take this long when I had an appointment. They have no respect for your time.

Outstanding customer service. Lowest APR I can find with any other bank. Warranty for 100K miles, cheapest service for the life time of your vehicle, you name it - they have it. I don't know every one over there but the people I been dealing with had been open and honest to me.

Great Service Advisor John Zito helped me get car on track for missed $60K service. Since I was waiting, he got me in and out as soon as possible. I have had my car for almost 5 years and John L Sullivan and Roseville Kia have always serviced my car. I have a city commute of 35 miles a day and my Kia Nero gets anywhere from 49-52 miles per gallon. I love this hybrid and happy I did my homework before buying.

Had to take my EV6 in for some required updates to the system, was told 3 hours and they were done in just over 2 hours. Friendly staff, very clean but dropping off the car requires some skill because the area is on the smallish side. But love the service!

Erika in the service department at Roseville Kia is AMAZING and WONDERFUL! She is so helpful, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes out of her way to take good care of me. I also want to recognize Brandon who is also a GREAT helpful, caring person. I appreciate these two fantastic people so much. I am a new Kia owner and the special customer service Erika displays is so refreshing and treasured.
